이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.

'96년도 국내유통산업은 커다란 지각변동의 해로 예측된다. 유통시장 전면 개방으로 할인업태를 앞세운 외국 유통업체의 진출이 본격화 되면서 유통시장의 대변혁을 예고하고 있다. 특히 정보통신 시스템의 발달로 기존의 제조, 유통, 소비의 경제 순환시스템도 대전환기를 맞고 있는 실정이다. 미국이나 일본등 경제 선진국에서 보여주는 멀티미디어 및 PC통신을 이용한 기업경영의 발전이 괄목할만하며 이에 따라 제조기업이나 유통기업들이 그 대응에 절치부심한다.(중략)

The National Geographic Information Clearinghouse (NGIC) in Korea has been established to share dispersed geographic information in many government organizations. The NGIC has become a main hub for sharing and exchanging geographic information in Korea. However, due to rapid technological advancement, citizens not only require more information but also demand more functions for NGIC. In this regards, this research tries to find the way of developing NGIC from a means of 'information sharing' to an arena of 'information use'. To do so, it suggests new technical frameworks and functionalities for NGIC. Then it recommend policy measures to improve current NGIC.

DRM 을 통한 저작권 보호는 대부분 컨텐츠를 암호화하여 보호하고, 요금을 지불한 사용자에게 컨텐츠를 부호화할 수 있는 암호화키를 포함한 라이센스를 발급하여 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 사용한다. 암호화된 컨텐츠는 내부 정보를 보호할 수 있도록 설계된 secure container 라는 구조체에 컨텐츠에 대한 메타데이터 및 컨텐츠 사용에 관한 비즈니스 룰과 함께 패키징되어 구매자에게 배포된다. 현재 개발된 DRM 시스템들은 컨텐츠 유통업자와 구매자 사이의 단순한 유통 모델을 지원하도록 설계되어 있으므로 패키징 작업 또한 유통업자에서만 수행된다. DRM 을 통한 컨텐츠 유통이 활성화되면 컨텐츠 제작자에서부터 제공자, 유통업자, 구매자에 이르는 모든 컨텐츠 유통 채널에서 컨텐츠가 보호되어야 하며, 이런 경우 각 유통주체에서 컨텐츠의 패키징이 발생할 수 있다. 이처럼 다양한 유통 모델에서의 컨텐츠 보호를 위해서는 각 유통 모델을 지원할 수 있도록 유연한 구조로 secure container를 설계하고 이를 지원하는 도구로써 컨텐츠 패키저를 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 유연성 있는 컨텐츠 패키저의 구조를 기술하고 컨텐츠 창조자, 유통업자, 구매자가 참여하는 유통모델에서 이를 적용하여 보고자 한다.

In the process of distributing blood many troubles are arising. In order to establish a drastic solution, the current distribution must be reviewed as well as its problems must be clearly grasped. This paper introduces RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system to solve the problems, which arise in the process of distribution, and to systemically manage blood. Among various RFID systems, the reader and tag suitable to the blood distribution are designed. Likewise, through constructing a DB that can cognize electronic tags, objects and blood-distributing RFID system are designed.

The GIS Network consists of the Clearinghouse Network Gateway and Clearinghouse Node and Geo-spatial Data Server. 지적정보는 정보자체가 가지는 높은 보안과 고유의 특성으로 인해 유통 및 활용에 어려움이 있고, 타 기본공간정보와의 융복합을 위한 상호운영성이 미흡한 실정이다. 하지만, 정보의 개방과 통합은 당연한 시대적 흐름으로서 개방과 통합의 범위는 점차 확대되는 추세에 있다. 최근, 정보의 공개 및 유통을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 공간정보에 대한 인프라 즉, 표준에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정보간 융복합과 서비스 측면에서 다양한 분야별로 많은 표준들이 개발, 운영되고 있는데, 특히, 메타데이터 표준이 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 메타데이터 표준은 정보에 대한 정확한 설명을 제공하고, 사용자가 정보를 선택하고 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 부가정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지적정보가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 수요가 창출될 수 있도록 한국의 환경에 맞는 지적정보 메타데이터 표준(안)을 설계하고자 한다. 지적정보의 특성을 감안한 메타데이터 표준의 구성을 통해 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 조기에 실현하고, 타 공간정보와의 융복합을 통한 시너지 창출 및 국가 기본공간정보로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

From 1990s the Ministry of Education and KERIS have developed nationwide academic resource sharing and service system based on universities, and have contributed to bridge the gap of information and to facilitate resource sharing between universities. Meanwhile, in Japan which starts 15 years earlier than us, the Ministry of Education and NII built nationwide academic resource sharing and service system with starting on the project of university holding resource sharing and until now have shown similar aspect of development like us. But lately, since information environment has been changing rapidly, Japan try to find new paradigm which goes around electronic resources management substitute for physical resources and open access based academic communication, institutional repository which disseminate university's research output to the outside world. This study compare academic resource sharing and service system between Japan and Korea and try to suggest for Korean academic resource sharing and service system development. In Korea, firstly we should try to replacing published resources management system to electronic resources', secondly, reorganizing oversea's resource sharing and service system, thirdly, reactivating institutional repository toward open access, finally, unification of distracted driving force.

This paper aims to analyze distribution structure of commercial Internet knowledge exchange markets. To that end, it has four specific study goals. First, define the type and volume of information available at the Internet knowledge exchange market as well as that of market users. Second, analyze distribution structure of the Internet knowledge exchange market. Third, identify current issues regarding infringement of intellectual property rights and conduct a survey to understand current standing of Internet knowledge exchange markets' IPR violation. Forth, assess application of Digital Rights Management(DRM) to Internet knowledge exchange markets and DRM's role in controlling unauthorized copying and illegal uses.

ISBN은 완전 자동화 된 도서 유통시스템의 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서의 ISBN 활용사례를 분석하고 그 문제점을 제시함으로써 도서의 출판에서 독자에게 이르는 출판정보의 유통과정을 통합하여 출판정보의 최신성을 확보하고 이를 기반으로 출판유통의 정보화를 이룩하고자 하였다.
