다양한 방송 통신 인프라 확대와 이동형 미디어 단말의 급속한 증가를 통하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 대중화 되었고, 유비쿼터스 시대로의 급속한 전환은 방송 통신 미디어 서비스 산업의 컨버전스화를 가속시키고 있다. 최근 방송 통신 네트워크를 연계하는 홈 네트워크의 보급과 방송 통신미디어를 통합하는 미디어 정보기기의 확산으로 가정 내외에서 방송과 통신 미디어 산업의 경계가 무너지고 있기 때문에 향후 미디어 서비스 산업의 발전은 사용자 입장에서 다양한 미디어 기기를 통해서 언제 어디서라도 원하는 미디어 컨텐츠를 서비스 받을 수 있는 컨텐츠 접의 용이성이 확보되어야 한다. 하지만, 지금까지의 미디어 서비스는 방송 컨텐츠, 인터넷 미디어 컨텐츠 그리고 정보기기용 컨텐츠 통의 미디어들이 서로 다른 미디어 포맷, 전송 그리고 서비스 방식 측면에서 상호 호환성을 확보하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 미디어 컨텐츠의 호환성, 미디어 컨텐츠의 접근 용이성, 미디인 컨텐츠 분배의 적응성 및 안전성 등을 제공할 수 있는 미디어 서비스 기술의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경에서의 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 정보를 메타데이터를 이용하여 데이터베이스화하고, SOAP을 이용한 멀티미디어 서비스 정보의 등록, 리스트 검색 및 상세 정보 검색이 가능한 멀티미디어 서비스 레지스트리를 설계하고 구현하였다.

신재생에너지자원 사용의 확대와 더불어 그 안전성에도 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 따라 신재생에너지의 개발과 보급을 위한 데이터를 축적하고 관리, 활용할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지자원을 보다 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 WebGIS 기반의 시스템을 개발한다. 공간 데이터의 관리, 공간정보 서비스 인프라를 구축하기 위해서 기 구축된 시스템에 OGC의 표준을 적용하고, 평가를 위한 공간정보를 연계하여 신재생에너지자원의 개발 및 보급을 위한 경제성평가 모듈의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. 이를 통해 신재생에너지 자원평가, 최적지 선정 및 잠재량 등에 대한 정밀한 분석 및 평가가 가능하며, Web기반의 시스템 개발을 통해 신재생에너지 정보의 활용성 증대, 신재생에너지에 대한 인식제고를 위한 도구로써 활용될 수 있다.

This study was conducted to identify the linkage and cooperation experiences in public case-management services of visiting health care practitioners. Focus group interviews were conducted with three people in charge of providing visiting healthcare services in public health centers. A semi-structured interview questionnaire was developed in advance through discussions among researchers In response to the interview questions, study participants described in detail the success and failure factors associated with linkage and cooperation that they experienced while providing visiting healthcare services. The interview data were analyzed qualitatively to identify the main themes and sub-themes reflecting visiting nurses' experiences with linkage and cooperation. The three main themes were: 'Guidelines act as positive performance factors for community-based linkage and cooperation', 'Unstable employment and lack of an integrated system act as barriers to linkage and cooperation', and 'Necessary for multidimensional approach to promoting linkage and cooperation'. Based on these results, the authors propose the development of clear linkage and cooperation standards and procedures, thereby ensuring job security for visiting nurses. Moreover, an integrated information system should be developed and implemented.

This paper proposed several activation strategies at both the government and company parts for the development of domestic third party logistics(TPL) to pull electronic trade era much earlier. In the government side, it must need to arrange and integrate complex regulation rules on the Logistics for more smooth access and use the TPL market. Also, it has to provide multiple support policies such as tax reduction, technical and financial service providing, and logistics information system to TPL. Finally, it should construct the government levels education system to train and forster a competent man who is well qualified as a electronic and logiscic expert. The TPL company must build up a total logistics information system concerned with an innovative operation system such as SCM, JIT etc. which can provide logistic services on demand to the electronic trade customers to maximize consumer satisfaction. In the shipper company level, it try to join a long-term strategic alliance with TPL to reduce logistic cost and increase logistic service to its electronic trade consumers.

In this study, it suggests the High Availability (HA) implementation plan of building a continuous service infrastructure as a strategy ensuring availability, as the importance of availability securing corporate business continuity emerges in the knowledge and information society. However, if the reliability of the criticality assessment of information asset is not ensured, it requires assessment measures for availability that can be managed by mapping with service maintenance assessment items, which are availability criteria based on the asset criticality evaluated through the asset value matrix because it is difficult to maintain security in conjunction with the value of real assets. Therefore, this study suggests the assessment measures for availability of information assets.

최근 의료데이터의 표준화를 기반으로 다양한 임상연구가 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 개발기술이 임상현장에 적용되지 못하는 이유는 상이한 인프라로 인한 일관성있는 결가를 도출하지 못하는 문제점과 부족한 진단지표와 기준 그리고 충분하지 못한 기술적·임상적 검증이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위한 새로운 통합 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 임상데이터는 OHDSI의 OMOP-CDM으로 표준화되어야 하며, 이외에 의료영상 정보를 포함한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 표준화된 데이터를 통해 지속적인 자가 학습을 수행하며, 질환별 진단에 필요한 개발 도구와 분석 소프트웨어 도구를 통해 다양한 타겟 질환연구를 지원한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 질환에 대한 비침습적 진단을 위해 의료영상을 기반으로 데이터표준화을 기반으로하며, 이를통해 인공지능 기술을 개발하고 병원 정보시스템과 연계하여 임상현장에 실증을 통해 검증하고자 한다.

In order to strengthen the disaster prevention phase and the management of social disasters, we will examine the plan of To-Be disaster management system interconnected by using intelligent information technologies such as IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile and AI. The disaster management system can be upgraded by constructing an intelligent infrastructure based on Big Data analysis of the disaster signals before and after the disasters generated by private mobile and IoT. Big Data of disaster Signals can be customized to users in a timely manner through AI methodologies of supervised and unsupervised learning and reinforcement training. In the long term, it is expected that not only will the capacity of disaster response be improved, but the management ability centering on prevention will be enhanced as well.

CrossRef operates a cross-publisher citation linking system based on the DOI(R) global identifier. The number of organization building a reference citations linking structure through CrossRef is increasing. This paper concentrates on developing a Citation Matcher Solution to effectively build the reference linking structure. Citation Matcher automatically builds and processes the reference citation and identifier mapping which used to be handled manually. After the copy & paste of the reference citation, analyzation is processed to parse the journal title, author name, volume, issue, and start pages from the free style text. CrossRef, PubMed, and YesKISTI's identifiers are collected by through a standardized method. Renovation of the building process for domestic scholastic resources' reference linking and matching will be made possible by using a Citation Matcher. The connection between resources and seamless access for the electronic full-text will enhance the usability.

21세기 지역경제는 지식정보화와 개방화에 의한 패러다임 변화를 요구하는 바, 산업구조 고도화 및 변화가 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 대기업 위주의 산업구조에서 벗어나 경쟁력 있는 중소기업 주도의 산업구조가 형성되어야 하며, 기술집약적 벤처기업의 창업을 활성화하고 대기업의 사업구조 전환을 유도하는 새로운 산업 및 문화시스템으로써의 지역단위의 네트워크가 구축ㆍ확장되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 시대적 배경 속에 지자체내 창업보육센터간 연계와 특성화의 필요성은 더욱 절실히 요구되며, 각 창업보육센터는 각기 특화된 창업지원 인프라를 통하여 예비창업자 및 창업기업가에게 창업에 필요한 능력개발 및 지식정보를 제공하면서, 협력체계 및 네트워크를 구축하여 상호 보완적으로 협력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충남지역의 특색과 창업보육센터 현황을 고찰하고 지역경제 활성화를 위해 창업보육센터들이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

수문조사시설은 하천의 이 치수 및 환경 기능을 향상시키기 위한 구조적인 대책과 비구조적인 대책을 수립할 때 귀중하게 이용되는 수위자료를 취득하기 위한 기본적인 시설임에도 불구하고 아직까지 선진 외국에 비해 고품질의 수위자료를 생산하기 위한 인프라 시설 및 연구결과가 부족하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 이에 하천 수문관측의 주변 환경 여건변화에 따라 낙동강홍수통제소가 관리중인 수문조사시설의 현황조사 및 개선방안을 제시하여 신뢰도를 제고하고, 이전 수위자료와의 연계방안 등을 제시하여 수위자료의 정확도를 확보하는데 있으며, 개정된 하천법에 맞는 수문조사시설 관리대장을 체계적으로 DB화하여 편리하고 신속하게 대국민 및 관련 업무담당자에게 제공하는 정보체계를 수립하였다.
