As the situations that important evidences or clues are found in digital information devices increase, digital forensic technology is widely applied. In this paper, forensic based audit system is implemented by associating forensic analysis system with agent system which monitors and collects data for analysis in storage devices over distributed network nodes. Forensic audit system implemented in this paper can prevent, audit and trace the computer related crimes in IT infrastructure by real time monitoring and evidence seizure.

RFID/USN(Radio Frequency Identification/ Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 융합기술은 기존의 사물 식별 또는 단순 모니터링 수준을 뛰어 넘어 실시간 감시 및 제어와 자율 서비스를 위해 주변의 모든 환경 및 사물에 대하여 감지 반응 제어하는 지식 서비스의 자유로운 공유 유통 참여 개발환경을 제공하는 스마트 라이프 인프라로 발전해가고 있다. RFID/USN은 이를 기반으로 각 산업의 고유한 도메인 특성과 연계하여 데이터를 분석 판단 예측함으로써 지능적이고 혁신적인 프로세스를 창조하고 일반사용자가 기술을 의식하지 않고 시공간에 구애 받지 않으며, 언제 어디서든지 원하는 센싱 정보를 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 스마트 환경을 만들어갈 것이다.

오늘날 IT 환경의 변화는 내부 네트워크에서 새로운 보안위협이 발생하면서, 네트워크에 접근하는 접속단말기의 보안성을 강제화 할 수 있는 보안 인프라로서, NAC(Network Access Control)의 필요성이 증대고 있다. 최근 u-Campus 네트워크에서 다양한 보안위협에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 NAC 도입 및 구축의 필요성이 높아지고 있지만, 기존 보안 솔루션과의 복잡한 연계관계 및 운영체제에 대한 유연성 결여 등 여러 문제가 도출되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-Campus 내 네트워크 신뢰성 확보를 위해 NAC 도입 및 구축 시 필요한 로드맵을 제시함으로서, 각 대학에서는 효율적인 NAC 솔루션 선택에 필요한 지침이 되며, 다양한 보안 위협을 사전에 방어하여 네트워크의 신뢰성 증진과 무결성을 유지할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

The signal intersection is the most challenging space for autonomous vehicles. To promote the safe driving of autonomous vehicles on urban roads with traffic signals, autonomous vehicles need to receive traffic signal information from infrastructure through V2I communication. Thus, a protocol for providing traffic signal information was added to the standard traffic signal controller specification of the National Police Agency. On the other hand, there are technical limitations when applying this to digital traffic signal controllers because the protocols are defined mainly for analog traffic signal controllers. Therefore, this study proposes developing a signal information linkage module to provide traffic signal information from a digital traffic signal controller to an autonomous vehicle and an algorithm improvement method that can provide accurate traffic signal information at the time of traffic signal transition.

This study proposes the utilization of a model registry to secure interoperability among urban domain information models. It reviews urban information and data sharing along with related standards and standardization activities. By analyzing registry use cases in the context of Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI), it presents the concept of a model registry for facilitating information sharing and exchange among urban domain information models. An use case linking urban domain information models using the model registry is developed with a prerequisite of seamless implementation of smart city services. The paper discusses technical requirements and outlines technology implementation and validation through prototype development, highlighting them as future research tasks.

Our country has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and reseach infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

COVID-19의 확산과 급속한 디지털 전환으로 인해 비대면으로 소통하고 정보를 교류하는 메타버스 플랫폼이 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 새로운 플랫폼의 등장에도 불구하고 대부분 게임이나 상용 시스템 위주로 적용되고 있으며 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 적용은 요원한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기술의 적용 형태와 지향범위에 따른 메타버스의 '증강현실, 일상기록, 미러월드, 가상세계' 등의 4가지 유형과 메타버스 플랫폼 주요 현황을 살펴보고, KISTI에서 제공하고 있는 과학기술지식인프라 통합서비스 ScienceON과 연계하여 디지털 연구환경 조성과 개방형 협업연구 활동을 지원하는 메타버스 플랫폼 키온버스의 제공서비스 유형과 주요 기능 등 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 메타버스 적용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학술정보서비스에 적용된 메타버스 플랫폼의 사례로서 향후 메타버스 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

This research is a case study that describes the NUCLIS21(Nuclear Information System 21), an integrated web-based information management system of KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute), implemented to carry out the role of a national nuclear information center with government support as an information infra implementation programme. Through its user-centered single interface, the system aims at building an infrastructure for the national nuclear information center, as well as improving the information management system of the TID(Technical Information Department) within the institute. The system consists of two major parts which are an integrated module of the MIS and six different kinds of system. These include the Integral search system with OPAC, My Library, the Acquisition system, the Catalogue system, the Information Supply system, and the Serial Publication system. The DB is composed of Bibliographical DB, Original text DB and Abstract DB. A special feature of this system was designed as a unified network system through connection to MIS(Management Integration System) of the institute, so users can get research information for projects. Therefore, they have access to available information easily and access to the ongoing service of this system. Furthermore, users can share information by using our system. The survey has it that 75.7%(200 persons), 62.1%(164 persons) and 78.4%(207 persons) of the respondents are satisfied with the fidelity, speediness, and convenience of the system respectively, and the overall satisfaction of the respondents is comparably high.

'IT skills framework' provides a common reference model for the identification of the skills needed to develop effective information system making use of information and communications technologies. It is a simple and logical two-dimensional framework consisting of areas of work on axis and levels of responsibility on the other. It uses a common language and a sensible, logical structure that can be adapted for the HRD(human resources development) For example (1) gather labour market intelligence coherently and consistently (2) quantify the skill requirements of the ICT market (3) set up the career path for IT workers and so on.

한전의 신배전정보시스템(NDIS)은 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 활용하여 전국에 시설되어 있는 방대한 배전설비를 데이터베이스로 구축한 후 배전계획, 배전설계, 공사관리, 준공정산, 자산취득, 유지보수 등 배전분야 전반의 업무를 수행하고 고객정보시스템과 연계하여 영업업무를 지원하는 시스템으로 저압공급방안검토, 고압계통분석, 보호협조검토, Simulation 등 배전분야에서 필요한 다양한 기술지원 기능과 경제적인 투자계획, 효율적인 유지보수 등을 위한 배전통계 및 자원정보 등 장기적 관점의 경영정보 인프라를 구축하여 배전설계에서 준공까지 업무흐름 표준화, 업무처리 절차, 방법 등을 시스템에서 자동 지원토록하여 반복적인 배전정보 관리업무의 정확도 향상을 목적으로 만들어진 시스템이다. 신배전 정보시스템의 배전설비는 모두 위치값을 가지고 있는데 지중배전설비는 위치에 대한 측량 및 탐사를 시행하여 신배전정보시스템에 DB입력하여 사용하고 있으며 이 입력 좌표체계는 한정된 일부지역에서만 사용할 수 있는 동경측지계를 사용하고 있다. 2010년 부터는 이동 경측지계를 전 세계적으로 GPS측량값을 그대로 적용할 수 있는 세계 측지계로 사용토록 측량법에 명시되어 있어 신배전정보시스템의 배전설비를 전환 프로그램을 개발하여 전환하고자 한다.
