The purpose of the present study is to verify the two hypotheses: (1) Online services are fundamentally automated versions of the reference services. Accordingly there will be a major impact on reference services when Online service is introduced into the traditional library environment. The chief impact will be that the use of data bases retrieval service supplements and improves the traditional reference service when Online service is coordinated with the traditional reference service. and is fully incorporated into the existing user service areas. (2) The availability of data bases retrieval service will make it possible for the first time for the reference services to offer substantial search services of any kind resources limited to the printed sources. In light of such circumstances, libraries would provide better service to their users and greatly increase the productivity of reference librarians. There will be also the recognition that a result of an improved professional image for reference librarians and the library heightens user interest. This change may be translated into increased usage of library services generally. To achieve the purpose, 4 Research Libraries adopted Online retrieval from DIALOG's data bases-searching and reference services available in-house were chosen.

This paper is a study on the cyber education center, OpenEdu, developing on internet. The conventional cyber university is allowed for ID user only, but OpenEdu is opened all internet user for open education and it has a various content. free of charge and high quality. Also. in this system, we support the various 500 contents, other efficiently services and it is a self-learning(asynchronous) distance education application(HTML, PDF. Front Page) on cyber-space using the information super highway It will make the cyber education center from new paradigm of distance education. The purpose of OPenEdu provides a async. distance education service, free of charge to obtain many various contents on internet. The future study is enhanced user interface and upgraded content quality.

3차원 입체 영상은 기존의 2차원 평면 영상과는 달리 사람이 보고 느끼는 실제 영상과 유사하여 시각정보의 질적 수준을 몇 차원 향상시키는 새로운 개념의 실감 영상 미디어이다. 3차원 영상단말기 기술은 멀티미디어의 기술발전을 기반으로 하여 통신, 방송, 신호처리 등 다른 분야의 기술들이 모두 집약되어 있다. 방송의 경우 현재 DMB, DVB-H 및 FLO와 같은 모바일 방송 시스템을 통해서 3차원 TV 서비스가 가능하고 기존 이동 통신망이나 와이브로 또는 와이맥스 망을 통해서도 3차원 서비스의 제공이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 3차원 서비스의 제공이 가능한 모바일 방송 및 통신 시스템과 관련된 국내.국제 기술 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

Korean service industry has been rapidly growing so far and economic trends in korea is shifting to service economy. However Information Communication Technology (ICT) investment and use in service sector are still relatively low in comparison with US. Keeping the current state of the service industry in mind, this paper is to review the potential productivity growth of service industry empirically by analyzing the effect of ICT on total factor productivity after investing the ICT using outlook of Korean service industry. The results show that service sectors, with more using ICT, show high productivity growth and stable TFP change during the financial period. Sectors with lower using ICT are more sensitive to changes in the business environment when compare to sectors with highly using ICT. Concerning the period of 1997-1999, the TFP growth of most of sectors slowed down and turned to recovery immediately afterwards, 2000-2002.

현재 방송에서는 제공되지 않은 해상도, 촬영 시점 등에 대한 사용자 요구에 따라 방송 서비스를 선택적으로 제공받고자 하는 요구가 생겨나고 있다. 기존 서비스들은 촬영 시점에 따라 정지 영상을 보여주는 정도의 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 그 한계점을 극복하고자 가상실세계에서 스트리밍을 제공할 수 있는 방법에 대해 연구하였으며, 실시간 멀티뷰 중계 서비스를 구현하고자 한다. 이를 통해 시청자는 다양한 각도에서 자신이 원하는 화면을 선택적으로 서비스 받을 수 있으며, 미래형 서비스를 위한 원천기술 확보에 도움이 될 것이다. 특히 스포츠 분야에 적용할 때 사용자가 즐길 수 있는 콘텐츠의 질적 향상을 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of therapeutic interventions on upper extremity function of children with cerebral palsy using systematic review methods and to suggest intervention trends in Korea. Methods : The subjects of the study were the researches published in the Korean Journal since 2008. Total 12 studies were selected through Korean research database engine such as DBpia, Scholar, KSDC, KISS and RISS for the systematic review. Key words were 'cerebral palsy', 'upper extremity function' and 'hand function'. The results of this study were analyzed by qualitative level and methodological quality level of evidence, and the results of each study were analyzed according to the PICO approach, that is Patient, Intervention, Comparison and Outcome. Results : For the level of evidence, Grade IV and V were most frequent. In terms of methodological quality, majority of the studies showed 'Fair' level. The subjects were the children with hemiplegia, and Single-subjects designs and case studies were frequent experimental design. Constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) was most frequently conducted among the intervention studies, and Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test was most frequently used evaluation tool. Eleven studies showed that the upper limb functions were significantly improved or were positively effective. Conclusion : Various intervention methods have been implemented to improve the upper limb functions of children with cerebral palsy. In the future, studies on intervention methods based on the type of paralysis and studies with high quality of evidence should be conducted in Korea.

The objective of this study is to survey user status of the cyber home learning system and to find the plans to enhance the level of user satisfaction ultimately. For this, online questionnaire research was conducted for 7,911 students in cyber home learning system under the Office of Education in D region and 582 teachers that participate on the cyber home learning system. Based on this, the plans to enhance the level of user satisfaction of cyber home learning system was induced.

We medical software is becoming important means to secure competitive power of medical service by explosive increase of medical device based on software, and the quality of medical service is affected to quality of medical software as well as medical devices. But domestic related study and development is not sufficient for quality of medical software, and a falling-off in medical software quality can induce a falling-off in quality of medical service. Therefore, it is necessary to raise qualitative level of medical service by progress and quality improvement of medical devices. Therefore, in this paper, we developed test module and qualify inspection table which can test medical software and produce result based on ISO/1EC 12119.

This study suggests evaluation criteria for the web-based question-answer databases provided by major Korean search portals. In particular, this study suggests evaluation criteria for the relevance of question titles, entire questions, and answer's. The evaluation criteria for the qualify of answers are also developed. Based on these criteria. evaluation of documents from Naver Knowledge-in are performed. The results of this study can be implemented to the development of test collection of question-answer databases. The implications for system designers and web content providers are discussed.

본 논문에서는 한방 온톨로지 기반의 자가진단 시스템을 위해 Jena API를 이용해 한방 온톨로지 기반의 관계를 검색하고, 이를 통해 검색 결과에 대한 정의와 속성 그리고 관계정보를 출력하는 시스템을 설계하고 구축하였다. 온톨로지 기반의 지능화된 의료 서비스를 이용함으로써, 한방분야의 질병 및 증상 정보에 정확성을 부여하고 체계적이고 질적으로 향상된 데이터를 제공한다. 온톨로지 기반의 추론시스템은 다음과 같은 특징이 있다. 첫째, 의미정보가 존재함으로써 검색가 틀려도 의미를 통한 추론이 가능하다. 둘째, 의미와 관계의 추론을 통해 정확한 매치가 없을 경우 유사 개념으로 매칭이 가능하다. 셋째, 단순한 키워드의 매칭이 아닌 의미정보를 이용한 정확한 매칭이 가능하다. 넷째, 관계정보를 이용하여 검색의 관련 정보를 추론할 수 있다.
