최근의 국가 민간의 정보시스템을 위협하는 공격들은 점점 더 복잡해지고 정교해지고 있다. 이러한 공격들에 대응하기 위하여 범국가적으로 사이버안전센터들이 설립 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 대량의 정보보호 데이터를 수집 분석 대응하는 것은 여러 가지 어려움들이 존재한다. 그 문제의 본질적인 부분은 바로 방대한 데이터의 양(量)이다. 다수의 보안관제 대상 인프라들의 모든 보안데이터를 수집 하는 것은 사실상 불가능하며, 대부분의 센터들은 네트워크 접점에 중앙관리형 보안인프라를 설치함으로써 그 해결점을 찾고 있지만, 이는 최근의 나타나고 있는 다차원적인 공격에 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다차원 분석시스템의 기본데이터가 되는 여러 보안정보를 효과적으로 수집할 수 있는 보안정보 수집체계를 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, the importance of information security is emphasized in IT related field. The agency related to information security implements the policies to emphasize the security and protection of the privacy. However, the issue in many companies and users is that awareness of security is still poor. Therefore, in this paper, we develope the learning program for AES(advanced encryption standard) block cipher, to raise the awareness of security. Also, wish to cause interest about AES cipher because user confirms process that is encryption/decryption through program of this paper directly and prove awareness about information security.

Smart factory of Manufacturing sector is rapidly spreading, globally. In case of domestic, it is on going based on KOSF. It is neither lack of invest nor security of information due to it has been spread from manufacturing sector. Hence, that's very difficult to efficiency prevent from new type of intimidation and security accident happened sometimes from this situation. According to research information security condition with recognized new menace, there is a most efficient way is provide education of information security without any extra budget to safely spread smart factory. Thus, this study of research has developed security awareness training curriculum from international standard, requirement of the industry, and curriculum of educational institution based on NCS (National Competency Standard). It is be very helpful to spread smart factory safely due to expert group has been test of validity.

Recently, as the internet is widespread rapidly among the public, people can use a variety of useful information services through the internet. Accordingly, the protection of information supplied by computer networks 5 has become a matter of primary concern on the whole world. To accede to the realistic demands, it has been worked out some countermeasures to cultivate the experts in information security by the government and many educational facilities. Already the government authority has carried out the each kinds of concerning projects under the framed a policy, Five-Year Development Plan for Information Security Technology. Also, many domestic universities perceives such an international trend, and so they frame their plans to train for the experts in this field, including to found a department with respect to the information security. They are ready to execute their tangible works, such as establishment of educational goal, development of teaching materials, planning curriculum, construction of laboratories and ensuring instructors. Moreover, such universities lead to their students who want to be information security experts to get the fundamental knowledge to lay the foundation for acquiring the information security technology in their bachelor course. In this note, we survey and analyze the curricula of newly-established or member-extended departments with respect to information security fields of some leading universities in the inside and outside of the country, and in conclusion, we propose the effective model of curriculum and educational goal to train the students for the information security experts.

최근 COVID-19 팬데믹 시대 도래로 ICT 기술 기반의 지능화된 사회실현에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있지만, 사이버 위협의 다변화로 그 범위와 피해 또한 확대되고 있다. 특히, 개인의 민감 데이터뿐만 아니라, 산업체와 공공기관의 사이버 위험성 및 노출은 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보보호 분야에서의 위협행위 등을 탐지, 분석, 대응할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발과 전문 인력양성을 위한 사이버 레인지의 국내·외 기술 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로, 더욱 지능화되고 발전하는 사이버 위협으로부터 이를 방지하고 대응하기 위한 사이버 레인지의 발전 방향을 논하고자 한다.

National Competency Standards (NCS) need to be introduced to train newly hired staff and to gradually improve employees' work performance in the information security industry. In particular, the introduction of a new NCS curriculum for new hires is important in order to retain and efficiently manage professionals in the information security field. However, the legacy NCS is not clearly designed for the information security field. So a formal curriculum has been suggested for institutions training the information security workforce. Therefore, this study establishes a competency unit based on the types of personnel, their duties, and required knowledge. To select the competency unit, this study reviewed prior research to understand the required skills and work knowledge, and reviewed recruitment-based NCS that public agencies and public and private companies have carried out, including them in the study. The selected competency unit was classified into a required competency unit and an elective competency unit based on the importance of the duties and the demands of training. Through a verification process for the new, licensed career path model in the NCS information and communications field, this study suggests updated NCS competency units and required courses to provide an appropriate NCS curriculum for newly hired employees in the information security industry.

언론보도에 따르면 우리나라 어린이들의 사망률이 인구 10만명당 25.6명으로 OECD회원국 가운데 가장 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 모든 위험상황으로부터 최우선적으로 보호되어야 할 대상인 어린이들이 우리 사회에서는 상당한 위험에 노출되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 지난 30년간의 급속한 산업화로 인해 물질의 풍요는 누렸지만 그 이면에 나타난 각종 안전사고는 점차 증가 추세이며 더욱 늘어날 것으로 예상되고 있다. 어린이의 귀중한 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 어릴적부터 철저한 안전교육을 통한 안전 습관화와 함께 범 국가적인 차원의 안전대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 이에 우리나라도 올해를 어린이 안전 원년의 해로 정하여 각종 안전대책을 마련하고 있으며 학교안전 교육의 중요성이 부각되면서 안전교육을 위한 프로그램의 개발 보급이 요구되고 있다. 이전의 안전교육용 프로그램이 한국산업안전공단, 교통안전공단 둥 주로 외부기관에 의해 제작되어 초등학교 현장에 직접 투입하기에는 적절치 않아 초등학생들의 발달단계와 교육과정 분석을 통해 초등학교 학생들의 수준에 알맞은 내용으로 재구성하여 본 프로그램을 설계하게 되었다.

본 연구에서는 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 문화산업이 제주 지역 경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 파급효과를 보기 위하여 산업연관분석 기법 및 AHP 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 제주문화산업에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 Porter의 가치사슬 (value chain) 모형을 토대로 지역발전전략으로서 지식기반 제주문화산업의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 문화산업에 대한 투자가 지역경제에 소득유발효과, 고용창출효과 및 타 산업으로의 전?후방 연계효과 등이 강한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 소득유발효과와 고용창출효과 등의 파급효과로 인한 제주지역 경제를 활성화시키기 위하여 기식기반 문화산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다.

개인정보보호법이 전면적인 법 시행을 앞두고 있고 지금까지 규제대상이 아니던 기업 종업원의 개인정보는 물론, 종이 문서형태의 개인정보까지를 규제대상으로 삼고 있어 개인정보보호 시장이 크게 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 규제범위도 정보통신, 교육, 의료, 금융 분야까지 다루고 있어서, 정부/공공기관 및 민간기업의 철저한 사전준비가 필요한 시점이다. 개인의 프라이버시 보호에 대한 이러한 발전추세에는 국내외 표준화가구를 통한 활발한 표준화작업이 밑바탕이 되고 있으며, 특히 미국, 영국, 독일, 일본, 한국 등의 나라를 중심으로 국제표준화를 활발히 추진하고 있다[1]. 표준화의 분야에는 개체의 신분확인을 위한 표준, 개인식별정보와 바이오인식 정보가 같이 사용되는 상황에서 이들의 바이오인식 프라이버시 및 보안요구조건을 위한 표준, 프라이버시 프레임워크, 프레임워크 기반 구현을 위한 프라이버시 레퍼런스 아키텍쳐 등 다양한 표준화 분야가 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 동향을 소개하고, 향후 추진해야할 중점 표준화 항목을 도출한다.
