This study examined the nursing student's preliminary knowledge and awareness of patient's personal information protection. 187 respondents, who were trained in 2 different nursing colleges in Kyungpook province, participated in the survey from May 18 to June 12, 2015. Using the data collected, descriptive statistics, T-test and one-way ANOVA were implemented. As a result, the student nurses, who had heard about the Personal Information Protection Act showed a significantly higher awareness score of patient's personal information protection behavior than those who did not. The respondents educated in personal information protection were reported to have a higher score of awareness about the patient's personal information protection behavior. In this regard, it is vital for university organizers to develop education associated with ethics and information security, which could enhance the perceptions of personal information protection for student nurses before their working career begins.

인터넷 사용의 증가 및 정보보호에 대한 의식의 증가로 인하여 누가, 언제, 어떻게 해당 사이트를 이용 하였는가 뿐만 아니라 어떤 침해 사고를 일으키고 있느냐에 대한 이슈도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 방화벽 원시로그를 기계학습기법을 이용하여 보다 빠르게 방화벽 원시로그의 침해사고에 대한 지능형 모델을 제안한다.

'에듀테인먼트(Edutainment)'라는 용어의 등장과 함께 오늘날 게임은 새로운 교수학습매체로 관심을 끌고 있다. Morice(2000)에 의하면 오늘날 컴퓨터 게임은 교수-학습 과정에 있어 다양한 방식으로 접목되고 있으며, 실제로 사용자들이 열광하는 다양한 게임의 장르별 매력적인 요소가 학습에 접목이 가능하다고 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 새로운 교육적 패러다임의 변화를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 에듀게임의 효과적인 개발을 궁극적인 목적으로 하여 진행되었다. 구체적으로, 어떻게 하면 막대한 자본이 필요하지 않은 작은 게임의 틀 속에 핵심적인 학습내용을 담아, 에듀게임을 간단하게 조작할 수 있는 툴을 이용하여 어렵지 않게 만들 수 있는가에 대한 의문에서 출발하여 기획된 시나리오와 그것을 바탕으로 제작된 캐주얼 게임을 제시함으로써 교육용 게임의 설계 방향과 활용 방안에 대한 실질적 제안을 하고자 함과 동시에 최근 인류의 생활에 깊숙이 관련되어 있는 컴퓨터 사용에 있어서 이슈가 되고 있는 개인의 정보 보호에 대한 내용을 게임의 주제로 하였으며 그 제목은 '황토의 대모험'으로 명하였다. 게임의 형식은 퀴즈게임과 어드벤처 게임의 복합 형태로, Windows 기반의 모든 종류의 운영제체를 지원하는 통합형 멀티미디어 제작 툴인 Flash MX로 구현하였다. 황토의 대모험의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상용화된 멀티미디어 제작 툴로 만들어진 저비용의 간단한 게임을 통한 학습이다. 둘째, 사용자는 다양한 문제 해결 학습을 통하여 게임에서 제공되는 제반 지식을 습득할 수 있다. 셋째, 문제 해결과정에서 정보보호에 대한 의식을 고취하고, 정보보호 방법을 학습하기 전의 기본지식을 습득할 수 있다.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.

According to a survey on the infringement of SMEs, the level of technology protection capability is improving every year, but technology leaks and damage continue to occur. This shows that there is a need for a security management and supervision system that can strengthen the security awareness of SME executives and employees and maintain the security level continuously. The Personal Information & Information Security Management System(ISMS-P) authentication systems is the latest related standard, which has the problem of applying the same certification criteria without considering the types of certification target organizations such as ISPs, IDC, hospitals and schools, and SMEs.. In this paper, 73 evaluation items that can be specialized and applied to SMEs were derived by referring to ISMS-P certification and Personal Information Protection Management System (PIMS) certification. The results of the study show that the number of evaluation items decreased by 28.4% compared to the existing ISMS-P certification.

By studying the awareness level of students, for the need to protect personal information, and also by studying students' level of perception as to which information needs protection, this study aims to show that increased education is beneficial, and necessary, across all university majors. This increased education is necessary to improve information security, and increase the responsible sharing of private data which has many benefits, specifically in the Healthcare field. Utilizing student volunteers across multiple majors at a university in South Korea. These questionnaires measured the students' awareness of private information, their perception of private information and also the students' experience in receiving university level education regarding private information and the need for its protection. This study shows that, when compared to students in other fields, students in the field of public health had a higher level of awareness regarding the consequences of personal information disclosure for both public purposes and medical research. Within the parameters of this study, this outcome can be explained as the result of exposure to educational curriculum which contained information related to personal information protection. This increased education raised the student's awareness of which information is considered private, as well as, which information is valuable when responsibly shared. As a result, this study shows that an increase in education regarding information privacy, should be included in all university majors, and gives us evidence to support that this additional education is valuable to students at all levels and should be encouraged.

COVID-19 pandemic is an opportunity to recognize the necessity of information and telecommunications infrastructure which is base of information and telecommunication. This paper discusses the importance of information and telecommunications infrastructure in COVID-19 pandemic and overview proper institutional measures to fulfill state responsibility for establishment and protection of the infrastructure through documentary survey and normative study with juristic consideration. Information and telecommunications infrastructure has critical functions to respond to the pandemic and is one of the key to make digital transformation. A state is responsible for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. Institutional measures have significance for the state responsibility and they are formed by not only statute but also constitution with making state object provision for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. This paper shows premise and direction of further studies on related individual legislation.

Korea shifted the focus to competency-based curriculums in the revised national curriculum of 2015, and emphasized training creative convergence talents through informatics education. The informatics education curriculum included information culture literacy as a core competence so that the learners can gain knowledge of information technology-based information ethics and make ethical judgment and practice ethics. This study analyzed the elements related to information culture literacy in the informatics curriculums of the US, the UK, India, Japan, Australia and Germany for the purpose of providing implications with regard to the composition of elements that can foster information culture literacy. According to the analysis results, first, the term information culture literacy was included only in the informatics education curriculum of Korea. Second, the elements common to all countries are (personal) information protection, information security and copyright. Third, Korea's information society and career, India's avoidance of injuries, Germany's protection of health and environment were found only in the curriculums of respective countries. This study is significant in that it provided the orientation of improving the elements for fostering information culture literacy based on the results of analyzing overseas informatics curriculums.

In order to prevent traffic accidents for children who are vulnerable to traffic around elementary schools, a school zone in the children's protection zone is designated, and parking and stopping are prohibited in this area as the vehicle speed is less than 30km/h. However, Korea has a disgrace that the death rate of children from traffic accidents is the No. 1 among OECD countries. Against this backdrop, this study aims to contribute to preventing traffic accidents and raising awareness of driver safety by establishing an illegal parking and stopping system in the child protection zone due to various road conditions in the child protection zone. As a research method, a plan to build a parking and stopping prevention system was presented based on major preceding studies and literature investigation and analysis. Through the construction plan, effects such as preventing traffic accidents, inducing smart drivers to drive safely, strengthening pedestrian safety awareness, and inducing driver's awareness of safety can be expected.

For the reduction of flood damage, it is necessary to analyse shelter activities of local residents and to publish information of floodings, In this paper the control factors of individual refuge activities which are major activities to save peoples lives against floodings have been estimated. Decision making factors for mental refuge activity by the questionnaire survey were classified into two categories: internal and external ones. Furthermore, the behaviour patterns of residents for flood risk related to geographical and social factors were derived by the quantification method n. Since spatial layered information using GIS were corrected and estimated to serve citizen's consensus due to flood disaster, it would aid reduction and minimization of flood risk.d risk.
