정보의 급격한 증가와 내용의 전문화 경향으로 인해 개별 도서관이 이용자가 원하는 모든 정보를 소장하는 것은 오늘날 거의 불가능하게 되었고, 따라서 도서관정보망 구축을 통한 자원의 공동활용이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 대학도서관 정보망 사례 및 국내 도서관정보망의 현황을 살펴보고 효과적인 대학도서관 지역정보망의 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enables to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of four areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solutions for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

건설공사 하도급계약의 투명성을 제고하기 위해 하도급공사정보망이 구축돼 올해 말 본격 가동에 들어갈 예정이다. 건설교통부는 불법하도급을 뿌리 뽑기 위해 하도급 관련사항을 실시간으로 파악, 원.하도급 계약과정의 투명성을 확보하기 위해 건설산업정보망 내에 하도급공사정보망 구축을 추진하고 있다. 하도급공사정보망은 건설산업정보망의 일부분으로 일괄하도급, 덤핑입찰을 일삼는 부실업체를 퇴출시키고 견실한 건설업체는 출혈.저가경쟁 없이 시공에만 전념할 수 있도록 하기 위해 건교부가 지난 2005년부터 지속적으로 보완.구축 중인 야심작이다.

전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

As the importance of cultural information becomes greater than before, there are some needs for a new national economic paradigm in the knowledge based society. The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up a national cultural information network model that enable to promote government's recognition and cultural policy. This research includes feasibility analysis of cultural policy perspective, current situations, and economic effect of cultural industry.

Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.
