An Analysis of the Service Quality and Satisfaction Perceived by Users and Librarians on the Foreign Research Information Center (이용자와 상호대차담당자가 인식하는 외국학술지지원센터(FRIC)의 서비스품질과 고객만족도 분석)

  • This study is to investigate and analyze the service quality and satisfaction perceived by users and librarians of the Foreign Research Information Center (FRIC). The survey results reveal that three groups of in-campus (internal) user group, external user group and interlibrary loan librarian group has highly perceived the service quality and satisfaction of the FRIC. Two user groups have statistically significant different perceptions on the service quality, loyalty, and satisfaction. Internal user group perceived more highly than external user group, in 6 items of satisfaction, 1 item of loyalty, and 7 items of service quality. Structural equation models of satisfaction and loyalty on two user groups were proved to be appropriate. Material factor including success rate of copied text and general physical status of the copy influences significantly on the user satisfaction in both groups.

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the factors influencing the user satisfaction of knowledge management system(KMS) and the influence of the user satisfaction on the performance, and to search the strategies for effective KMS operating. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that the factors-knowledge quality and KMS quality significantly influence the user satisfaction. User satisfaction also significantly affects the performance. Based on the results, this study discusses the potential implications for the strategies of KMS implementing to improve the user satisfaction and performance.

  • In the Cyber Home Learning Service (CHLS) for primary and secondary level students, Cyber Teachers are in charge of providing learning assistance and guidance to students through various activities. Thus, improving the Cyber Teachers' satisfaction level could contribute to increased effectiveness of the CHLS. In this study, we developed the evaluation criteria to assess the satisfaction level of teachers participating in the CHLS, and analyzed factors influencing the satisfaction level. We verified the content validity of the evaluation criteria. We also analyzed the evaluation criteria model by conducting an item characteristic analysis and a goodness of fit test using the SPSS and AMOS. Finally, we developed 20 items from five factors based on the analysis results.

  • 최근 4차산업혁명으로 산업계에 전반적으로 확산하고 있는 디지털트랜스포메이션과 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 경기 불황의 여파로 대응 역량이 제한적일 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 어려움이 갈수록 심화하고 있다. 중소기업은 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 경영혁신과 함께 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 성장과 조직구성원의 역량 향상은 국가 경제에 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 조직구성원의 자발적인 참여와 동기부여를 통해 직무만족도를 높이고 조직성과를 창출하려는 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업의 조직문화와 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족도와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 잡 크래프팅의 매개 역할 여부를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직문화와 자기효능감이 중소기업의 잡 크래프팅을 활성화하고, 활성화된 잡 크래프팅이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 중소기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위해 자기주도적으로 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 잡 크래프팅을 매개변수로, 그리고 조직구성원의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 직무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

  • The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among on-line task value, university support, satisfaction, learning persistence in Cyber University. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of on-line task value, university support as exogenous variables, satisfaction, learning persistence as endogenous variables. And satisfaction have been suggested as intervening endogenous variables. The result of this study is as follows: First, on-line task value and university support affect satisfaction. Second, university support and satisfaction affect learning persistence. Lastly, satisfaction mediated on-line task value, university support and learning persistence.

Self-esteem, major satisfaction, appearance satisfaction, A Study on the Relationship of Employment Stress

  • This study aims to identify the relationship among self-esteem, major satisfaction, appearance satisfaction, and employment stress of college students and to suggest suggestions for this. The subjects of this study were students in B metropolitan city, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS WIN/22.0 program. The result of the study showed that the difference in employment stress according to general characteristics was significant in grade (f=4.25, P=0.01), religion (t=0.70), department and department (F=7.50, P=.0001), personality (F=6.406, P=0.001), university life satisfaction (f=8.09, P=0.001), and average score (f=5.37, P=0.005). The employment stress of the subjects was negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-.439, p<.001), major satisfaction(r=-.377, p<.001), and appearance satisfaction(r=-.273, p<.001).Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an integrated program to improve self-esteem, major satisfaction, and appearance satisfaction in order to reduce the employment stress of college students, and repetitive studies are required to explore various factors.

  • As the social environment changes, the public library's services for older persons need to be improved from a new perspective. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationships among user satisfaction of major services, overall service satisfaction, service quality components (i.e., service affection, information control, and library as place), and re-use intention according to demographic characteristics by evaluating the public library's services for older persons with applying LibQUAL+ and surveying the user satisfaction. This study proposed to provide appropriate information and service according to the changes of the elderly user environment, develop the library collection according to the diversified information needs by older users, and allocate personnel who could offer a service to older people.
