Satisfaction Analysis of Learners in Non-face-to-face Team Project Classes (비대면 팀 프로젝트 수업의 학습자 만족도 분석)

  • 대면 수업에서와 유사한 교수자와 학습자, 학습자들 사이의 상호작용을 통하여 지식습득뿐만 아니라 문제해결능력, 창의적 사고력, 협동학습능력을 양성하기 위해 프로그램 개발 수업에 팀 프로젝트 수업을 적용하여 운영하였다. 수업 운영 후 참여 학생들을 대상으로 만족도 설문을 실시하여 비대면 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도와 수업에서 만족하는 부분 그리고 불만족한 경우에 그 원인에 대해 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과 분석된 개선 사항을 차년도 수업에 반영함으로써 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 학습자들의 만족도를 향상시키는데 연구의 목적을 둔다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 블록체인 기술을 통한 정확하고 투명한 데이터관리의 장점을 학습 시스템에 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 학습자 만족도와 참여율을 높이기 위한 학습데이터의 효율적 관리가 필요하다. 원격학습에서 학습 연계성과 만족도는 학습자의 학습참여율과 학습에서의 만족도에 변할 수 있음을 감안하여 당 변수에서 기인하는 하이퍼파라미터를 조정하여 학습자의 학습패턴과 학습연속성을 높이기 위한 노력을 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습자 만족도를 조사한 결과, 적용 전 대비 10% 이상 학습 만족도 및 학습연계 의향률이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있다.

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

Structural Equation Model Analysis of Factors Influencing Overall Job Satisfaction of Working-Age Workers

  • This study analyzes and verifies the relationship between job satisfaction by factor, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and overall job satisfaction of working-age workers using a structural equation model. The research data used the 24th data of the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study. The subjects of the study were 8,024 workers in the production age of 15 to 64 as of 2021 among 9,132 people who correctly marked the values of the observation variables. As a result of the study, it was found that job satisfaction by factor had a positive impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and overall work and job satisfaction. In addition, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were found to have a positively significant effect on overall work and job satisfaction. These results emphasize the importance of understanding and solving the unique problems faced by various types of workers in the labor market, ultimately providing important implications for organizations and policy makers to provide workers with an efficient working environment.

  • By exploring plausible relations between factors of service quality and user satisfaction, this study has derived significant determinants of user satisfaction. Based on the analytical findings, this study suggested practical measures to enhance user satisfaction of special libraries. If we determine the priority order of three dimensions of service quality depending on specialized areas of special libraries, and revise the items of higher correlations with user satisfaction, then we could effectively and efficiently level up user satisfaction of special libraries.

  • This study develops the LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) to measure the customer satisfaction of public libraries from 4,540 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. LCSI consists of three variables; service quality divided into three primary dimensions(interaction of personnel), library resources and programs, physical environment and facilities) as independent variables, overall satisfaction and customer complaints as parameter, and customer loyalty as dependent variable. This model calculates LCSI scores at the ratio of 40% in satisfaction index to three dimensions of library service quality, 40% in overall satisfaction, and 20% in customer loyalty.

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 15차 연도(2020년) 자료를 활용하여 장애인의 인구사회학적 특성인 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 혼인상태에 따라 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도에 대하여 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 분석하고, 이를 장애인 복지 정책 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 한국복지패널 15차 년도 전체패널 27,447명에서 2021년 현재 장애인으로 등록된 1,281명중 80세(1942년생) 이상 422명을 제외한 859명으로 하였다. 연구결과 성별, 연령, 교육수준에 따른 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 평균값이 대부분 유의미한 차이가 없는 양상으로 나타났으나 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 3개변인 모두에서 결혼 상태에 따른 평균의 차이는 각각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유배우자의 경우는 그렇지 않은 결혼 상태에 비해 가족관계가 원만하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타나 장애인들의 경우 가족 간의 순기능적 의사소통과 사회적 지지가 반드시 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

The Effects of Information Competency of People with Disabilities on Life Satisfaction : Mediating Effects of Social Capital (장애인의 정보화 역량이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to elaborate the underlying mechanism by which information competency of those with disabilities influences their level of life satisfaction through a mediator, social capital built up through online and offline activities. To this end, the research conducts mediation analysis, comprised of three sets of regression by using the data of the "2018 Report on the Digital Divide." The results demonstrate that the information competency of those with disabilities has a significant effect on their level of life satisfaction; the higher the information competency, the greater the social capital. In addition, social capital partially mediates the relationship between information competency and life satisfaction. The policy implications from this study indicate that the efforts to improve information competency of those with disabilities should be made in a way that facilitates social interactions and community participation.

Suggestions through exploring the relationship between Cadets' Motivation to use SNS and Life Satisfaction (사관생도의 SNS이용 동기와 생도 생활만족도와의 관계 탐색을 통한 제언)

  • We attempted to confirm the current status of the use of mobile phones by soldiers, especially SNS, in today's situation where the use of mobile phones is completely allowed, and to reach an agreement for the use of functional SNS in military life. To this end, 189 students at the Korea Army Academy at Yeongcheon were measured for SNS use motivation and life satisfaction, and the relationship between each sub-variable of SNS use motivation and satisfaction was analyzed. As a result, 3 out of 4 motives for using SNS had nothing to do with satisfaction, and rather, among the sub-variables, the pursuit of status showed a negative correlation with satisfaction. Therefore, the use of SNS to search for information or ideas should be encouraged. In addition, these findings prove that the vague belief that allowing SNS will increase the satisfaction of soldiers is not reasonable, suggesting that a careful approach is required to utilize functional SNS in the military.
