Analysis on Factors to Acceptance of Web-Based Information Literacy Instruction in University Libraries (대학도서관의 웹 기반 정보활용능력 교육 수용요인 분석)

  • This study examines the web-based education which is changing the educational paradigm itself according to the development of IT and the spread of Internet in the IT society and the information literacy which have been emerging as survival techniques. Based on Technology Acceptance Model that provides useful theoretical foundations for analyzing the factors influencing acceptance IT, it determined the factors influencing of accepting the information literacy instruction as follows: perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use; connectivity ; reactivity of web-based education ; job relevance: university library' support; ACRL standards and effects of the information literacy Instruction. This paper confirmed the influences of these factors of accepting the web-based information literacy instruction through empirical study. I have suggested factors affecting the acceptance of web-based information literacy instruction by Conducting positive researches on how these factors influence the acceptance of web-based information literacy instruction of university libraries.

  • The qualities that are commonly necessary in the occupation life and the abilities to cope with the changing job-world are getting more important. This study proposed the project-learning model and applied it to the homepage-developing learning of the computer course in the commercial high school. Then, this study conducted the nonrandomized controlgroup pretest - posttest design in order to verify how the model influence Information-skills of Key-competencies. At the posttest, the difference between the traditional learning group and project-learning was meaningful. Therefore, It can be confirmed that project-learning was more affirmative in enhancing information-skills of the students. Through this study, it can be concluded that the instructional method is very important and we propose there be a lot of studies about the instructional methods enhancing the various Key-competencies.

  • 지식기반 사회에서는 새로운 지식을 만들어 낼 수 있는 능력과 융통성, 문제해결력, 논리적 사고력 등을 가진 인재를 필요로 하고 있다. 알고리즘 교육은 학생들의 정보마인드와 정보적 사고, 논리적 사고능력의 신장을 위하여 반드시 필요하며, 이는 다변화 되어가는 사회에서 다양한 문제를 해결해 나가는 능력을 키우는 데 큰 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문은 논리적 사고력 신장을 위한 생활 속의 알고리즘 교육 방법을 모색하여 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on Pre Service Teacher's Information availability and Concern & Perception of Coding Education for Young Children (예비유아교사의 정보활용능력과 코딩교육에 대한 관심도 및 인식에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated of the pre service teacher's information availability and concern and perception of coding education for young children. The subjects were 230 pre service teacher attending a A college micro politan city Questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis with SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, the pre service teacher's information availability was smart phone usage levels that the most of all and the next was computer usage levels. Concern of coding education for young children that consequence concern was the highest and the next that collaboration concern, personal concern, information concern, refocusing concern, management concern. The other side unconcerned was most of least. Perception of coding education for young children that necessity perception, content perception, environmental perception was the over of mean. But operational perception was the low. Second, The information awareness, smart phone usage levels as each domain of information ability, usefulness of use was positively associated with Personal concern. But the information ability were negatively correlated with management concern. The information awareness was associated with necessity of coding education. The useful and ease of use of education were positively associated with content coding education.

  • 컴퓨터와 통신 기술이 발달한 정보화 사회의 현실에서 웹 기반의 프로그램 및 모바일은 중요한 매체로서 자리잡아가고 있다. 읽기는 정보 획득에서 가장 중요한 학습능력이나 학습장애아의 대부분이 읽기능력에서 문제를 가지고 있다. 오늘날 컴퓨터의 발달은 아동의 언어교육 특히 읽기 교육을 위해서 시간과 공간의 제약을 넘어 자주적으로 학습할 수 있는 모바일 활용 학습을 가능하게 하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 학습장애아들의 읽기 능력을 향상하기 위한 PREP 기반의 모바일 시스템을 설계하는 데 있다. 본 시스템을 통해 첫째, 학습장애아들의 읽기 능력 프로그램이 특수교사, 일반교사, 학생과 상호협력 할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공함으로써 학습장애아의 읽기 능력에 대한 진전도를 점검하고 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 설계하였다. 둘째, 학습자의 개별적 수준에 따라 수준별 학습을 제공하여 다양한 학생의 개별적 수준을 충족할 수 있도록 설계함으로써 학습장애아동의 읽기능력 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 셋째, 모바일 기기를 통해 공간적, 시간적 제약을 벗어남으로써 기존의 PREP 프로그램을 적용하는 것보다 효과적으로 읽기 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다.

A Study on National Competency Standards-based Curriculum Design of the Practical Training Courses in Library and Information Science (전문사서 양성을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 설계에 관한 연구)

  • This study was performed to design a field training curriculum model linked to the National Competence Standards (NCS) in Library and Information Science majors by analyzing factors influencing satisfaction of the field practice program and by drawing NCS capacity units suitable as field training configuration factors. It was also conducted to give shape to the standards and guidelines of NCS-based field training curriculum. For this study, first, we analyzed the implementation status of the National Competence Standards (NCS), particularly in Library and Information Science major. Second, we derived influencing factors of the field practice program through the field training satisfaction survey from Library and Information Science students. Third, we have designed a training curriculum model associated with NCS seeking proper matches with actual work of the library site through research methods including focus group interviews. Fourth, education guidelines of the field training required to interns were proposed in detail.

  • There have been many researches on educational effects and efficient education methods related to Informatics education for computational thinking. However, while the one of the human models specified in the national curriculum focuses on self-directed career development ability, research on Informatics education from the viewpoint of career education is deficient. This study aimed to analyze the effects of Informatics education on science high school students' career development ability and suggest implications. As a result, not the students' career recognition and career search ability, but also career choice and preparation also improved. However, it was analyzed that there is a significant difference according to the gender and the completion of the middle school Informatics education. This study is expected to contribute to the necessity of Informatics education and the direction of Informatics education research from the viewpoint of career education.

  • 초등학교 정보통신기술교육은 정보 사회를 살아가는 학생들에게 학습과 일상 생활에서 필요한 최소한의 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 길러 중학교에서 보다 깊이 있게 다루어질 학습과제를 해결하기 위한 기초 기능을 다지는데 목표가 있다. 그런데 정보통신기술교육을 할 때, 여러 가지 요인으로 인하여 학생들의 개인별 ICT 활용능력 차이가 매우 크게 나타나 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기존의 전통적인 일제식 수업으로는 교수-학습을 하는데 많은 어려움이 있으므로 초등학생의 ICT 활용 능력과 개인차를 고려한 정보통신기술교육의 수준별 교육과정 모델을 개발하고, 개발된 교육과정을 수준별 수업모형에 적용하는 방안을 연구하였다.

A Study on the Acceptance of Information Literacy Instruction for School Libraries in Korea (학교도서관 중심의 정보활용능력 교육 수용에 관한 연구)

  • This paper examined the information literacy which is the concrete purpose of the ICT using education which appeared in order to elevate the effects of education in school after the introduction of the 7th educational curriculum. Based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that provides useful theoretical foundations for analyzing the factors influencing acceptance and diffusion of IT, it determined the factors influencing the process of accepting the information literacy instruction as follows: perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use; attitude; effects of the information literacy instruction; teachers' innovation; school library relevance; school librarians' support; and the self-efficacy. This paper confirmed the influences of these factors on the process of accepting the information literacy through empirical study. Through this study, it intended to suggest the ways to activate of the information literacy instruction.

Cognitive Components Definition of Creative Problem-Solving Ability in Informatics Education (정보 교육에서 요구되는 창의적 문제해결능력의 인지적 요소 정의)

  • It is important to improve the creative problem- solving ability through subject matter education. Especially, Informatics education is important to improve the problem-solving ability by using computer as well as the general problem-solving ability. This paper identifies the creative problem- solving ability which is required in Informatics education. The cognitive components of the creative problem-solving ability are organized as the result of crossing the problem-solving ability and the creativity. This paper investigated the validity of the contents as judged by a panel of experts. The cognitive components of creativity are the elaboration, sensitivity, and reorganization in the step of 'Understanding and Analysis the Problem'. Also, The cognitive components of creativity are the fluency, flexibility, and originality in the step of the 'Exploring the Problem Solutions'. The cognitive components of creativity are elaboration in the step of the 'Design the Problem Solution' and 'Implementation'. Finally, the cognitive components of creativity are the flexibility and elaboration in the step of the 'Evaluation'.
