The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.

This paper investigates spatio-temporal changes in the international system of linkages among multinational corporate domestic decision-making centers and their overseas subsidiary centers for the period 1974-1991. During this period advances in information technologies and an ever increasing interdependent world economy have permitted the globalization of resource transfers, production techniques, service provision and financial transactions. Based on a network theory of internationalization, the study idenifies the dispersion of multinational control centers and the diversification of their linkage patterns. These tendencies are led by small and medium sized quaternary places as well as the rapid growth of service industries. Corporate headquarters cease to be tied together to big corporate and governmental centers but will disperse over time at global, national and regional level. Using information statistics, this paper confirms the dispersion patterns of capital flows and diversification of multinational control linkages. With an increasing trend toward a multicentric world system and the associated diecline of the global hegemony of a small number of largest cities, multinational control linkages should continue to disperse.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the consumption concept of Chinese consumers has changed, and the purchase intention of consumers is also affected by the origin of the brand. The purpose of this study is to help local enterprises gain more competitive advantages in international marketing activities by improving the image of the country of origin. Based on the theory of clue utilization, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the effect of the image of origin on consumers' purchase intention and puts forward the basic hypothesis. The data were collected, analyzed and processed through questionnaire survey and spss23.0. The results showed that: the image of the place of origin and the perceived value had a significant impact on the purchase intention. The image of origin has significant influence on perceived value. Finally, combined with the empirical research results, relevant marketing strategies and Suggestions are provided for local enterprises. At the same time, it also provides some reference for other countries to sell in China.

Recently youth unemployment has long remained a nagging problem in Korea, contributing to aggravating the economy as well as the society. As an alternative solution to this problem overseas employment has been encouraged by the government who started the "K-Move" program in 2013 by integrating existing overseas employment, internship, service, and entrepreneurship support programs administered by several governmental ministries. However, employment rate of overseas job seekers was only 24.5% in 2018. This study aimed to recommend strategic directions for increasing the overseas employment rate through a questionnaire survey of the overseas employed. The factual survey results showed the following four strategic directions. First, job seekers should set clear career goals for overseas employment. Second, overseas job seekers should thoroughly prepare in advance in terms of language and related certificates. Third, IT infrastructure for offering information on overseas employment should be improved and upgraded. And, fourth, overseas employment strategies should be tailored to the specific regional or national environment. These strategic directions are expected to be of great help to overseas job seekers as well as government policymakers for formulating and implementing overseas employment support programs.

If archives cooperate with other archives in similar fields, various outcomes that are not possible when operated individually can be efficiently achieved. If the archive maintains a cooperative relationship between archives at all times and allocates limited resources to priority and essential activities, efficiency improvement can be expected in the operation of individual archives. If an archive tries to coexist, exchange, or cooperate with other archives, the scope and method will be different from the existing business performance. It will be different from the individually operated archive function in many ways, and new business functions that did not exist before are also required. In this study, by applying the environment model of OAIS, try to reconstruct the environment model of the relational archives that includes the partner of cooperation as a member of the archives that affects the operation of the archives.

Recently, with the development of sensor and communication technology, researchers at home and abroad have actively conducted research on methodologies for determining maintenance through diagnosis and prediction techniques by collecting information on the status of equipment or systems. Based on the status of vehicle parts at this point in time, this study presented a system framework for making maintenance decisions by predicting the change in vehicle part status to a future date based on the current state of vehicle parts. In addition, condition diagnosis and predictive data adjustment was configured through tracking the status of vehicle parts before and after maintenance activities. We hope that the application of the results of this study will contribute a little to the safety of citizens using public buses and to the activation of the condition-based maintenance system of vehicles.

The records centers service of public institutions helps efficient work activities of internal users, who actually do the work, and becomes the foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of the institution. Based on QFD technique, one of the quality control techniques, this study was intended to propose a plan to improve the quality of the records center service by analyzing and comparing the quality of the records center service of public institutions. To this end, as a follow-up study of Lee, Su-jin(2018), the research target was expanded to local governments to apply the QFD technique and reconstructed the HoQ based on the results of the expanded QFD application. Moreover, this study suggested measures to improve the quality of service in the records center of public institutions by compiling the implications of comparing the records center service HoQ and prioritizing the technology characteristics of the records center service.

Obesity is increasing in our country due to lack of lifestyle and physical activity. Semi-automatic program is used in existing fat calculation program using computed tomography. Although methods for solving related problems have been proposed, this study proposes an algorithm using morphology operation and We want to solve the problem with a new method that has a simple procedure and a relatively small amount of computation. As a result of repetition of erosion and expansion Automatic fat mass calculation can be done in the future by using the developed partitioning result. This study was aimed to clarify the concept of professionalism of the nurse. Walker and Avant's concept analysis process was used. The main attributes of professionalism of the nurse were advanced nursing knowledge, excellent nursing skill, person-centered nursing care, ethicality, responsibility, peer cooperation, autonomy, and outstanding situational judgement, and problem solving. The antecedents were a long enough period of nursing education and experience, research activities, personal qualities, and self-directed training. The consequences were improvement of professional identity and low turnover rates of nurses; improvement of nursing satisfaction, health recovery and well-being for patients; improvement of nursing quality, revenue, and reputation for hospital; gaining social recognition and development of nursing profession; obtaining financial benefits in national health care for nation. The findings of the study provide clarification of the concept of professionalism of the nurse and lay the foundation to establish professionalism among nurses to deliver good nursing care.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of verbal abuse experiences, emotional labor, and health-promoting behaviors of nurses in small and medium hospitals and to identify the relationship between them. Participants were 138 nurses from 2 small-medium sized hospitals. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS 20.0 for Windows Program. As a result of the study, 82.7% of them experienced verbal abuse, and there were differences in the degree of health- promoting behavior according to gender (p=.032) and department (p=.009). Besides, it was found that emotional labor was related to health-promoting behavior (p=.039), and spiritual growth (p=<.01), and stress management (p=.028) as sub-factors. Accordingly, this study will be used as basic data for developing strategies and customized programs to reduce emotional labor, increase health-promoting activities, and contribute to the stable securing of nursing personnel.
