With the development of data-driven decision-making and sophisticated big data processing technique, there is a growing demand for information on how to process data. However, recent studies with data preprocessing mentioned only as a means to achieve a result. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to write in detail about the data processing pipeline, include preprocessing data. In particular, we shares the context and domain knowledge to aid fluent understand of the research.

Recently, smart phones are widely used and as the phone sensors are evolved, we can get more various kinds of data from them. Using the data, many researchers take an effort to aware user's situation and the context-awareness for smart phones are actively applied to the real-world applications. However, to make an advanced information from sensing data need complex processing and analyzing information. Some of these computing processes are fully handled on smart phone or some data are processed by transferring to server. In this paper, we proposed a method for reducing user's context data generated on smart phone and designed a context generator. As a result, we can reduce a transmission data size and save a communication cost.

최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 디지털 전환의 발달이 활발하다. 특히나 이런 디지털 전환의 영향은 대기업에게만 주는 것이 아닌 소상공인들에게도 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 소상공인들을 대상으로 한 디지털 전환에 대한 연구는 적은 편이었기에 본 연구에서는 디지털 전환으로 인한 소상공인의 실질적인 성과가 있는가를 살펴보았다. 연구 방법으로는 보다 디지털 전환을 겪으며 소상공인들이 느꼈을 의사결정과 갈등의 현상을 파악하기 위하여 사례연구로 진행하였다. 연구 대상자로는 국내 대표 플랫폼인 N사에 디지털 전환 시스템인 스마트 스토어 개설과 라이브 커머스 등을 이용해 보고 싶었던 소상공인 여섯 팀을 섭외하여 진행하였다. 소상공인 디지털 전환을보다 면밀히 과정 기록 및 도움을 주기 위하여 경기도에 위치한 G학교 경영학 학부생들과의 협업으로 진행되었다. 연구는 총 12주 정도 소요되었고 프로그램이 끝난 후 각 소상공인 대표들과의 심층면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인들 스토어의 매출 및 고객 유입수가 모두 현저히 증가한 것으로 보여줌으로서 실질적인 성과가 있음을 보였다. 면담에서는 소상공인들이 디지털 전환은 새로운 고객 유입 및 홍보와 언제든 고객을 맞이할 수 있는 환경을 위해서는 선택이 아닌 필수라고 언급하여 정성적인 성과로 증명하였다.

This paper reviews the topic of GIS, the academic setting of GIS, GIS model curricula and the possibility GIS education in Korea. The topics which might be included in a science of geographic information consist of data collection and measurement, data capture, spatial statistics, data modeling and theories of spatial data, data structures, algorithms and processes, display, analytical tools, institutional, managerial and ethical issues. The problems in teaching a course on GIS in higher education are reviewed. Because of their technological, integrative, and rapidly changing nature, GIS pose major challenges to their education system which it is ill equipped to meet. In higher education a number of initiatives have been taken to provide education about and training with, GIS. The possible GIS curricula are suggested. These curricula are divided into 3 major sections, relating GIS context, technical issues and application issues. The prospects of GIS appears lo depend largely upon the future cooperation of academia, government, and industry

As a patient has recently been recognized as not a passive object but a subject of medical services, various attempts are being made to strengthen the status of a patient. Medical communication which has been led by a doctor so far is being made with a focus on a patient due to sovereignty of a consumer and activation of medical information. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process to strengthen the status of a patient as a consumer of health care service through a patient association and consumer movement as medical information becomes public. As the patient centered medical service is creating a variety of health care service market using IT technologies, it has contributed to the improvement on asymmetry of medical information. As the expansion of IT fusion health care market is bringing the fundamental change into the traditional relationship between a doctor and a patient, the medical service market is being re-organized. A patient centered medical service such as expansion of mobile health care model led by a patient is being accelerated.

네트워크 기술과 멀티미디어 압축 기술이 발달함에 따라 사용자들은 고화질의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 무선 환경에서도 끊김 없이 제공 받기를 원하고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰과 스마트패드와 같은 다양한 멀티미디어 장치가 일상생활에서 보편적으로 사용되면서 디바이스 간에 끊김 없는 미디어의 연동을 가능케 하는 N-스크린 서비스가 점차 확산되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 흐름에 발맞춰 JCT-VC (Joint Collaborative Team on Video Coding)는 차세대 동영상 압축 표준 기술인 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding)를 바탕으로 공간적 (Spatial), 화질적 (Temporal) 스케일러빌리티 (Scalability)를 제공하는 확장 표준인 SHVC (Scalable HEVC)를 표준화 중에 있다. JCT-VC는 SHVC 부호화 기술들을 평가하기 위하여 SCE (Scalable Core Experiment)를 진행하고 있으며, SHVC 표준은 2014년 6월에 표준화가 완료 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 고에서는 비디오 스케일 러빌리티의 기본 개념 및 SHVC 표준화 과정에서 제안된 주요부호화 기술들과 이슈들을 소개한다.

ICT의 발달과 제조업의 융합으로 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 전통적인 제조공정의 과정이 네트워크화되어 효율화, 지능화, 최적화하는 동시에, 시뮬레이션을 통한 생산 설비 관리 및 개선, 데이터를 통한 시장 분석 등이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이러한 높은 부가가치를 갖는 스마트공장 기술은 악의적인 공격자의 주요 목표가 될 것으로 우려되며, 스마트공장에 대한 사이버 공격은 생산 공정 정보, 기밀정보 유출, 매출 손실, 인명 피해 등을 유발할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 스마트공장의 안전한 정착 및 활용을 위하여 국제표준화기구에서는 스마트공장에 특화된 표준의 제정이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 예상되는 스마트공장의 보안 위협 및 보안 요구사항에 대하여 살펴보고, 이에 대처하기 위한 스마트공장 보안 표준 등을 분석한다.

As smart devices and communication technologies have developed rapidly, the healthcare industry in the globe is seeing remarkable issues on medical security. At the same time, personal medical records are being shared in the network, which would raise the risk of information security. This thesis aims to develop the curriculum to raise the awareness of information security among workers in medical institutions by referring to NCS(National Competency Standards) International standards, medical institutions' requirements and educational institutions' curriculums on information security based on proven results from medical devices and systems introduced in the public health centers, territorial branches, community health posts and primary, secondary, tertiary hospitals. Thus, this thesis offers the method to improve information security in healthcare institutions through validation testing conducted by medical practitioners and ICT experts.

The purpose of this study is to investigate bibliographic control of printed music that is especially far-off the bibliographic control activities. In this study, therefore, the production and distribution channels of printed music and their publication situation are investigated. Then the development of bibliographic control of printed music is examined. And also, domestic, foreign, and international bibliographic control activities of printed music are analyzed. Finally, the special issues to be considered in our bibliographic control of printed music are presented.

최근 컴퓨터의 급속한 보급과 영상처리기술의 발달로 금석학 분야는 인문학의 범주를 뛰어넘어 문화 정보 공유의 중요한 위치로 자리매김하게 되었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 처음 시도 되는 것으로, 수천년 정신문화 산물의 정보자료인 탁본을 영상으로 입력하여 디지털 데이터로 전환하고, 이를 공간 영역에서 종합 분석함으로 탁본영상 고유의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 탁본 원영상은 흑백의 두 영역으로 분할되는 완벽한 이진영상이나, 탁본뜨기 수작업과정을 거치면서 관측영상에는 영역간 색도의 혼재가 발생하고 얼룩무늬와 문양이 전체 영상에 분포한다. 이와같은 영상으로부터 필요한 문자나 문양의 정보를 추출하기 위한 전단계로 영상에 관한 종합적인 분석 작업을 하였다. 분석 기법으로는 공간분석법을 사용하였다. 역사적으로 유명한 대표적인 탁본을 위시하여 40여개의 탁본영상 샘플을 무작위로 선택하였고, 공간분석을 통해 색도분포특성과 영역간 색도 중복 및 영역형성 양상과 특성을 찾아내었다.
