산업구조의 고도화과정에서 개별기업들은 세분화된 전문영역의 가치활동을 담당할 수밖에 없으며, 대신 개별 기업들이 가치활동의 네트워크적 연결체제를 구축함으로써 시스템 간 경쟁체제로 이행되게 된다. 본 연구는 시스템간 경쟁상황 속에서 기업간 네트워크적 연결구조가 과연 어떠한 전략적 유효성원천을 가지는가에 관하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경쟁력원천의 4가지 유형인 4 S 즉, Scale merit(규모의 경제성), Scope merit(범위의 경제성), Speed merit(속도의 경제성), System merit(시스템의 경제성)의 변천과정을 분석하였다. 시스템간 경쟁의 상황 속에서 지금까지의 경제성개념으로 설명할 수 없는 새로운 경제성 효과가 나타나게 되는데 이를 시스템경제성과 연결 경쟁력이란 개념을 통해 그 내용과 경쟁력제고의 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다. 향후 정보기술이 발전하면서 기업간 네트워킹관계를 통해 분업된 가치활동들의 연결이 보다 고도화될 것이며, 시스템 경제성의 여러 원천들이 상호 시너지적으로 결합되면서 연결경쟁력을 중심으로 한 경영패러다임의 중요성은 더욱 커질 것이다.

This study is a part of the serial studies on the historical developments of cataloging rules in Korea and focuses on the rules related with KORMARC. As for KORMARC formats, the experimental format based on LCMARC and UKMARC was developed in 1980, after that, KORMARC Pyojunyong Format for monographs in 1981, KORMARC Pyojun Format for monographs in 1984. At last KORMARC KS Format for monographs has been published in 1993 after discussing carefully the revised scheme of KORMARC format by the Korean Society for Information Management. The pre-note edition of KORMARC Description Rules for monographs, based on ISBD, was published in 1983, the revised pre-note edition in 1985, and at last A study on KORMARC Description Rules for Monographs by the Korean Society for Information Management in 1991.

This study arranged the function and role of colophon and looked around the history, relevant laws, and description elements of books issued in China. According to the colophon of books issued from China, all colophon have copyrights and description elements in common. Colophon is that we recorded the bibliographic area of the proper book in special place, namely the inside of the cover. Besides, the colophon additionally includes necessary bibliographic areas depending on the development of publishing technology and transition of publishing environment. This colophon is offered as useful sources of information when librarians want to make up the catalog in the library.

This study firstly considered the changing processes of the 'guideline on dealing with restricted materials and information' which had been theoretical background for understanding the dealing situations of materials and information on North Korea. Additionally, this study investigated material possessions which were located in restricted-materials-dealing institutions affiliated with Ministry of Unification and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and also researched using results of the materials. Through the investigation analysis and precedent studies, problems caused by poor material using conditions were found and institutional developing plans were sought. In particular, this study suggested that 'the Interchange Council for North Korean Information and Materials' be constructed as a general management organization which controls many problems caused by using and treating materials and information on North Korea and cooperative models that can lead organic connection among all institutions for dealing with restricted materials and information.

Historical development of cataloging rules in Korea can be divided into the period of traditional single-entry cataloging, the introduction period of western cataloging rules, the period of international standardization, and the period of MARC. This study tries to review catalog organization relating to catalog structure and choice of headings, and rules for description relating to idenhfymg items from the period of traditional single-entry cataloging to the introduction period of western cataloging rules in Korea.

소비자는 자동차 에어컨 제작자에게 시원함만을 요구하기보다는 엔진 출력에 따른 주행성, 저 소음 에어컨, 실내 공기의 청정도 관리의 필요성, 편일사시의 느낌이 좋은 에어컨 등의 구체적 이고 수준 높은 요구를 하고 있다. 이러한 요구는 에어컨 제조업체로 하여금 전문화된 고급 인 력과 고도의 기술, 실험 장비, 정밀한 부품생산체제를 갖추지 않으면 안되게 되었다. 이러한 쾌 적성에 대한 소비자의 요구는 점차로 높아져서 차량의 내외기와 차량의 주행정보를 각종센서가 감지하여 인체가 가장 쾌적하게 느끼는 실내를 항상 유지할 수 있는 시스템의 개발을 촉구하고 있다. 현재 업계에서는 지구 환경 보호에 대응하기 위한 신냉매 에어컨 시스템의 개발은 물론 공해 문제로 인하여 새로운 자동차의 등장에 따른 차세대 에어컨 시스템의 개발과 관련된 연구 개발에 활발한 투자가 이루어지고 있다. 이 글에서는 '70년부터 시작된 한국 자동차에어컨의 변 천을 뒤돌아보고, 현재 사용되는 차량용 에어컨 시스템과 앞으로 사용될 차량용 에어컨 시스템이 어떻게 변화할 것인지에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

This study intends to analyze the library classification of agriculture in DDC, from the Int edition to the 21th edition. Since Dewey Decimal Classification(DDC) was the first published in 1876, number of total items increased significantly a newly-organized and subdivision of them in the 8th, 10th and 12th edition. According as the discipline developed and was specialized, the agricultural division in DDC was fractionized, and new subjects were continuously added to it. After that time the first edition, the major changes arranged an class and order in the 15th and 17th edition. That is to say, ‘Farm economics’ in 631.1 was relocated to 338.1 in the 17th and ‘Veterinary sciences’ in 619 was relocated to 636.089 in the 15th. Especially, up to now ‘Farm Economics’ deals with an important branch in the science of agriculture. Here the matter of argue heatedly arranges it from economics to agriculture.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of describing bibliographic elements such as edition, impression, and year of publication in the current Cataloging Rules, and to present improvements to the KCR and the KORMARC Format. According to changes in the information technology environment in the library, the level and scope of the cataloging that can be provided to users should be adjusted. As data is diversified and descriptive method of metadata develops, the development of bibliographic elements and the change of the descriptive method are changing the framework of the existing standardization. As a research method, we will examine the concept of edition and impression, examine the transition process of description of edition and impression targeting KCR. And we would like to present the methods of bibliographic description to be added or modified through cataloging examples, and examine the format reflected in KORMARC. This study is intended to be limited to the descriptive form of books. The bibliographic elements of the entry in the library must be fully consistent with the bibliographic elements of the material to be catalogued. This study suggests an improvement to the cataloging rules. First, the edition of the cataloging rules shall describe the edition statement and the impression statement. In addition, the description of the year of publication describes the latest year, not the first year of publication of the edition of the material to be catalogued. The descriptive scope of the year of publication is extended to the month of publication. Second, in the KORMARC format, the description of impression in edition statement is given to the identifier in the 250 field, and is numerically described as the second impression. When presenting the month and year of publication, one identifier in the field 260 describes the year of publication and the other identifier describes the month of publication. The description for the month and year of publication is stated the latest month and year on the title page and the colophon of the publication.

Informatization in Korea has undergone significant changes. So far, most studies on informatization policies have been carried out just on the basis of their structural or functional backgrounds. However, actually, informatization policies have changed dynamically as a lot number of people and organizations have participated in their formulation and implementation. So, this study approaches them with an actor-network view that is distinct from but contains a chronological perspective, which other studies have overlooked so far. This approach allows us to have a clear picture of the changes in and to look into the characteristic of informatization policies from the Chun Doo Hwan government to the Lee Myung-bak government. Consequently, on the basis of the actor-network view, it is found that information and communication technologies, knowledge, and professionalism have dominated the characteristics and streams of informatization policies and brought about changes.

파일관리 시스템은 운영체제와 네트워크의 변천에 따라 다양한 변화롤 가져 왔다. 클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 효과적으로 파일 관리를 할 수 있도록 다양한 기능이나 새로운 파일 관리 방법을 제공하고 있다. 개인용 윈도우 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있지만 기본적인 폴더 시스템은 변화하지 않았다. 특히 파일의 분류가 애매한 경우 개인용 윈도우에서는 편리하게 이러한 파일을 분류하거나 관리할 방법을 제공해주고 있지 않다. 개인용 윈도우에서도 더 효과적 으로 파일을 관리할 수 있도록 다양한 파일 관리 방법을 제공하도록 파일 관리 시스템을 개선한다. 본 프로젝트는 사용자 편의성을 높여주기 위하여 윈도우에서 제공되지 않는 카테고리나 태그와 같은 개념을 도입하여 사용자의 파일관리나 검색 등을 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있도록 도우며, 파일의 공유 및 보안을 쉽게 할 수 있는 기술 요소롤 제공한다. 개선된 파일 관리 시스템의 필수요소인 보안 시스템과 검색 시스템 및 효과적인 파일 분류 시스템을 지원하는 프로토타입을 구현하고 소개한다.
