정보화 체계 수립, 상호운용성, 투자 의사 결정 기반, 업무와 정보기술의 연계 등을 목적으로 최근 공공기관에서 활발하게 추진하고 있는 것이 정보기술아키텍처(Information Technology Architecture) 구축이다. 또한 정보시스템을 효율적으로 구성하기 위한 체제 및 방법인 정보기술아키텍처의 활용을 촉진함으로써 공공기관 등에 정보시스템이 효율적으로 도입 운영될 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위해 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률" 이 제정(2005.12) 및 시행(2006.7.1)되어 정보기술아키텍처의 도입이 의무화되었다. 본 논문은 국내 정보기술아키텍처 구축 현황에 대해 알아보고, 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS) 정보기술아키텍처 구축 사례와 향후 계획에 대해 소개한다.

ITA (Information Technology Architecture) satisfies the requirements of information system, supports the information used in the institution's business to guarantee the interoperability and security, and analyzes the components of information system. ITA consists of EA (Enterprise Architecture), TRM (Technical Reference Manual) and SP (Standard Profile). The SP, one of the major components of ITA, is a set of information technology standards. In this paper, to construct and utilize the ITA, we mention the applications of information technology about the SP system implementation based on the TRM. The SP management system implemented in this paper is the first trial in Korea, and designs the software with object oriented programming languages such as JSP and Java. Moreover the basic and detailed specification based on the UML notation, system design using the component and system design pattern consisting of software architectures enhance the software reusability. And the constructed system in this paper shows less maintenance cost by using the public softwares such as Linux system, Korean DBMS, Apache and Tomcat, etc. Finally, the system includes the SP reference system which is used in the other institutions and cannot be found in other institutions. Also it includes the additional diverse service modules which support the subsequent processing for the establishment and revision of standards via internet.

본 연구에서는 정보기술 표준의 활용과 그에 따른 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준과의 관계를 알아봄으로써 정보기술 아키텍처(ITA)에서 강조하고 있는 정보기술 표준의 활용 수준이 높으면 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준도 높을 것인지를 실증적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 정보기술 표준의 활용에 대한 측정을 위해 정보기술 아키텍처의 3가지 요소(EA, TRM, S/P) 중 하나인 기술참조모델(한국전산원의 TRM)의 표준서비스 분류를 선택하였고, 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준을 측정하기 위해서는 정보시스템 상호운용성 수준(LISI : Levels of Information System Interoperability) 모델에 따름으로써 정보기술 아키텍처적 관점에서 접근하였다. 설문지를 통한 실증연구 결과, 다양한 표준서비스 중에서 보안서비스, 플랫폼서비스 및 데이터교환서비스 표준만이 실제 정보시스템 상호운용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

컴포넌트 시스템은 잘 정의된 아키덱처를 기반으로 개발되어야 한다. 소프트웨어 아키텍처를 정확하고 엄밀하게 설계, 분석하기 위해서는 아키텍처 기술언어(ADL)의 사용이 필요하다. 컴포넌트 시스템의 아키텍처 모델링에 ADL을 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는ADL로 기술된 명세 수준의 아키텍처 모델로부터 목표한 플랫폼에 부합하는 컴포넌트 시스템을 효율적으로 구현할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 C2 스타일의 아키텍처에 기반한 컴포넌트 합성을 지원하는 ADL을 설계, 구현한 결과와 이를 EJB 컴포넌트들의 조립을 지원하는도구의 아키텍처 기술 언어로 사용한 사례를 설명한다.

최근 정보기술은 미국을 중심으로 사회 활동의 기반 요소로서 자리잡고 있다. 다양한 정보기술의 출현과 함께 근래에는 집단내 통합된 정보서비스 기반기술인 정보기술 아키텍처의 구축이 대두되고 있고 그에 따른 부문별 정보시스템 요소간의 상호 접속을 위한 표준화가 중요시되고 있다. 현재 정보기술 아키텍처에 대한 시스템은 미국에서 개발된 프레임워크이 기초를 형성하고 있으며 국내에서도 이를 벤치마킹하여 적용하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보기술 아키텍처의 기반환경과 표준기술 추진 현황을 분석하여 정리하였다.

컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법이 확산됨에 따라 소프트웨어 아키텍처는 핵심 기술중의 하나로서 각광받고 있다. 컴포넌트 기반의 아키텍처의 연구와 함께 정형적 아키텍처 기술을 지원하는 많은 아키텍처 기술 언어들이 제시되었다. 그러나, 메시지 전달 패러다임을 기술하고 분석할 필요가 있는 분산 시스템의 경우 기존의 아키텍처 기술 언어들은 이러한 기능의 지원이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 메시지 전달 패러다임을 명확하게 기술할 수 있고, 이를 기반으로 적합성을 검사할 수 있으며, 일반 개발자들이 이용하기 편리한 시각적 아키텍처 기술 언어를 제시한다. 이를 통하여 분산 시스템을 설계하는 경우, 좀 더 정확한 분석과 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 시각적 언어로서 일반 개발자들이 좀 더 편리하게 아키텍처를 설계할 수 있게 된다.

이 논문에서는 센서 레지스트리 시스템을 위한 다양한 아키텍처에 대해 기술한다. 센서 레지스트리 시스템은 이기종 센서 네트워크 환경에서, 다양한 센서에서 수신한 센서 정보를 모바일 기기에서 직접 해석하여 처리할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 기존 연구에서 제안한 아키텍처는 모바일 기기가 센서 데이터 및 센서와 관련된 다양한 정보를 서버에 반복적으로 요청하여 처리한다. 이러한 아키텍처는 성능 저하를 초래할 수 있으며, 또한 센서 웹 정보를 활용을 고려하지 않은 아키텍처이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 성능과 센서 웹 정보 활용이 가능한 다양한 센서 레지스트리 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하고, 각각의 특징에 대하여 서술한다. 이 연구의 결과는 상황에 따라 적합한 시스템 아키텍처 설계 및 구현을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

As $\ulcorner$Law about efficient introduction and operation etc. of information system$\lrcorner$ that is called ITA law is enforced by July 1, 2006, Information Technology Architecture introduction is beginning in earnest in public institution. Because information present condition grasping, policy-making, and efficiency of information investment decision are increased in country dimension through Information Technology Architecture. This paper introduces Information Technology Architecture's concept and domestic Information Technology Architecture construction's present condition, NTIS Information Technology Architecture construction example, and describes about 'Information Technology Architecture Framework' that is the point of 'Information Technology Architecture base thesis' for Information Technology Architecture induction, practical use and management among them.

기업의 전사적 비즈니스와 IT 환경의 통합 청사진을 보여주는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처의 효율적인 시스템 적용을 위하여는 조직의 비즈니스, 정보, 응용시스템, 기술 기반구조의 연관관계와 미래모델을 시각적으로 사용자에게 보여주어야 한다. 기존 ITAMS 혹은 EAMS 라고 불리는 시스템에 아키텍처 툴을 이용하여 EA 의 모델정보를 퍼블리싱하여 시각화하였는데 시스템과 아키텍처 툴간의 플랫폼의 이질성으로 인하여 아키텍처정보를 그래픽화하여 변환하고 해당정보를 시스템에서 보여주는데 실시간 적용이 불가능 했을 뿐 아니라 사용자의 편의성이 원활하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 XML 기반의 SVG 그래픽 도구를 이용하여 아키텍처 작업을 가능하게 하고 SVG 정보의 자동 생성 및 웹기반 모델링 툴을 구현하여 시스템과 모델링 툴의 단일 레파지토리화를 통하여 데이터의 이원화를 해소하고 사용자 편의성을 증대하는 패턴을 구현한다.

As the innovation of Information technology in the Public sector is in progress, the "Efficient adaptation and management of information system Act" (passed the National Assembly in December 30, 2005) was established to support the information system planning and development which are systematic and integrated in the enterprise view point. The public sector should adopt Information Technology Architecture into it's organization by the act. This paper reports on the issues, solutions and CSFs (Critical Success Factors) considering the adoption of ITA through the implementation for the case of the Korea Post. To adopt ITA program to the Public sector successfully, Korea Government should set the clear goals for IT A, set the standards for IT A project pricing, and collaborate with the system integration industry to make successful IT A program cases. The case study of Korea Post of MIC will be useful in developing and managing ITA programs for all agencies and organizations considering adoption of ITA.
