This article surveyed the current situation of domestic R&D information system and investigated the possibility of knowledge-transformation for KMS. Four major requirements of the transformation were analyzed by applying evaluation index tool which was integrated and refined from the existed indices. and a process-oriented project approach was suggested with some practical implications for development of KMS.

Beginning in 2000, domestic large hospital based integrated health information system has been developed from order communication system to electronic medical record system. However, today's advanced medical information system is integrated with unit of the system because user needs is complex and various. And, the problem is authority management of health information system in complex systems of large size hospital. It is also a serious problem of private information exposure because of user's authority management defect. In this paper, we analyze the problems of past hospital information system and propose an efficient and appropriate management authority in operating environment. It also introduces the instances applied into a large hospital EMR system, developing proper authority management to match the characteristics of the integrated medical information system. The proposed system is based on solutions of authority management system suitable for integrated health information system, as well as the next generation of EMR.

지식관리시스템은 2000년까지 2억명 이상의 화이트컬러 및 근로자들에 의해 사용되어 질 것이라 전망되고 있으며 기업들은 성공적인 지식관리시스템 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 많은 사례들에 볼 수 있듯이 지식관리시스템은 단순히 정보기술에 집중한 시스템이 아니다. 하지만 이 글에서는 지식관리시스템에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 정보기술 요소에 대해 살펴본다.

본 연구의 목적은사용자 태도와 정보시스템 관리수준이 어떻게 조합되었을 때 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 주는가는 알아보기 위한 것이다. 시스템 관리변수로는 정보시스템의 평가기준관리와 프로젝트관리로 정의하였다. 정보시스템을 평가하기 위하여 시스템개발과 운영과정에서 개발자들이 중요하다고 생각하는 효과성, 생산성, 사용자 친숙성, 생산성 등 25개 항목을 조사하였고, 프로젝트 관리활동은 규모, 노력 기간, 결점등이 조사되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 실증연구가 이루어졌다. 연구 결과는 보면, 사용자의 태도가 호의적이면 시스템 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 비호의적인 집단에서도 평가기준관리와 프로젝트관리를 철저히 하면 성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

경영혁신을 하고자 하는 기업들은 모든 정보기술들을 전사적 입장에서 통합 관리하는 시스템의 도입을 필요로 하는데, ERP 시스템은 정보 기술 전략과 BPR을 통합할 수 있는 방법으로, 이것은 ERP 시스템이 업무 프로세스의 표준화라는 사상을 바탕으로 전사적인 관점에서 비즈니스의 모든 영역을 최적화할 수 있는 효율적인 해결책임을 의미한다. 기업 경영 활동에는 많은 정보의 흐름(Flow)과 활동(Activity)들이 있다. 이러한 정보의 흐름과 활동을 관리해야 하는데, 현재 나와 있는 많은 Business Application들 중 WFM(Work Flow Management)를 Embedding 하고 있거나 ABM(Activity Based Management)의 개념을 지원해주고 있는 Business Application은 없다. 기업이 기업의 모든 자원을 전사적으로 통합, 관리해 주는 정보시스템을 구축하기 위해 기업에 알맞은 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 ABM의 개념을 포함한 WFM를 해 줄 수 있는 정보시스템을 어떻게 구축해야 하는가 그 방법을 제시한다. 즉 기업의 경영성과를 측정할수 있는 정보 시스템의 구축 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템과 WFM의 연계를 통해 WFM를 자동화할 것과 그 WFM에 ABM 개념을 도입하여 관리할 것을 제안하고 그러한 기업 정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법론과 모델 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 강릉에 소재한 자동차 기어 전문생산업체인 E사의 창고관리에 바-코드시스템을 구축한 사례를 다룬다. 개발된 시스템은 판매관리, 생산관리, 자재관리, 자료관리를 통합한 통합생산관리시스템에 연계되어 운영되도록 설계되었다. 바-코드 시스템의 도입으로 참고에서 입출고 활동이 발생될 때마다 그 처리는 5자리의 위치코드를 포함하는 13자리의 바-코드와 자재수량 입력에 의해 신속하고 정확하게 수행된다. 결론적으로 통합생산관리시스템과 연계된 자동창고관리시스템은 창고에서의 실제수량과 장부상의 수량를 자동적으로 일치시켜 주게 되었으며, 이것은 또한 실시간으로 자재수량의 파악을 가능하게 해 주었다.

하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS)은 하천정보의 표준화 및 전산화를 통한 정보제공과 하천에 관련한 업무를 지원하기 위해 개발된 시스템으로 5개의 지방국토관리청에서 관리하고 있는 하천대장 및 부도, 구조물도 등의 다양한 하천 관련 정보를 정보화하여 인허가 및 하천기본계획 등의 하천업무를 신속하고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 운영되고 있다. 국가 주요 기반시설을 생애주기 관점에서 관리하고 소요재원의 확보근거를 마련하고자 "지속 가능한 기반시설 관리 기본법"이 제정되었고 최근에 시행되었다. 이에 따라 국토안전관리원에서는 도로·철도·철도 하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진행하고 관리를 위해서 기반터 시스템을 도입하였다. 하천관리지리정보시스템과 기반터 시스템은 하천 기반시설의 정보가 데이터베이스에서 다뤄진다는 점에서 유사하지만, 기반터 시스템은 하천관리지리정보시스템과 달리 유지관리 측면에 대한 필요한 보수 주기, 필요 예산 등과 같은 정보를 산정할 수 있도록 프레임워크가 구성되어 있다. 그러나 하천과 기반시설의 코드를 연결하는 작업들은 현재 상황에서는 미흡한 실정이고, 유지관리와 시설물의 노후화를 가속화하는 홍수와 침수피해 등을 전체적으로 고려할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구도 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하천 기반시설의 유지관리를 위해 하천, 제방, 인명에 대한 위험지수를 고려한 잠재 인명피해 위험도와 잠재 홍수피해 위험도를 평가기준으로 설정하고 적용하였다. 또한 이를 포함시킨 투자우선순위 평가기법을 도입하여 감가상각과 위험요소 등을 고려할 수 있는 데이터베이스 구성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This research is designed for Disaster Mangement Information System(DMIS) which is essential to management of disaster. Management of disaster is not only social problem but also official policy. To perform the research, we examined the necessities, characteristics, and problems of DMIS, analyzed the actual conditions of DMIS in operation, and reviewed relevant documents. To investigate the actual conditions of using DMIS, we analyzed degrees of cognition, channels of cognition, ratio of application, the reason why people do not use DMIS, and the fields suitable for applications of DMIS. And, to evaluate DMIS, we performed regression analysis. In that analysis, we set utility, accessibility, quickness, compatibility, and public ownership of information as independent variabls, and we set overall estimation as dependent variable. Objectives of this research are to understand the actual conditions of DMIS in operation, to evaluate the DMIS from the viewpoint of fire officers, to reveal the problems of DMIS, and to present better ways for using DMIS from its own problems. For analysis of data, we used frequency analysis, T-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. From the results of the research, we advised that better application of DIMS requires Standardization and compatibility of DIMS, public ownership of information, use of IT(Information Technology) like mobile information system, management and analysis of disaster information, maintainment of personnel specialized in information part, and necessities for education and training.

이동에이전트(mobile agents)는 네트워크 관리를 위해 관리 장비에 정적으로 존재하는 것이 아니라, 관리자를 대신하여 이동하고 자율적인 실행을 통해 네트워크 장애를 진단하고 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 선행 개발된 자바 기반 이동에이전트 시스템인 JAMAS털 적용하여 유/덕선 네트워크에서 통신망 환경을 구성하고 감시할 수 있는 휴대 단말기용 SNMP MIB 관리 시스템을 구현한다. 제안된 시스템은 SNMP 에이전트의 관리 정보인 MIB(Management Information Base)를 접근하여 네트워크 맵 뷰어(map viewer), MIB 갱신 등을 관리자에게 제공한다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 이동에이전트를 이용하기 때문에 SNMP기반 네트워크 관리 시스템을 위해 보다 더 효율적이면서 확장성이 있는 포인트 솔루션(point solutions)을 제공한다. 그러므로, 관리자는 개인 휴대 단말기(PDA) 등을 이용하여 유/두선 네트워크를 이용한 원격지 관리 장치들의 SNMP 에이전트와 상호 작업하여 관리 효율을 높인다. 가까운 장래에 IMT 2000 프로젝트의 원격 시스템 제어 및 성능 감시와 무선 인터넷 사용자의 증가에 따른 효율적인 시스템 및 컨텐츠 관리 등으로 확장할 수 있다.

This paper proposes the shuttle protocol that can gather management information from managed systems in an efficient way. In this paper, we implement the protocol and evaluate the performance by simulation. The major feature of the shuttle protocol is a chained logical connection through managed systems, and management informations to be collected are circulated among specified managed systems in circular order on a logical ring connection. The data generated by an managed system are relayed to a neighbor managed system and the system sends its data which has additional management information to received data. Finally, a manager stationman get all of data generated by every managed system. we will show the analysis of management traffic patterns using conventional polling schemes and the shuttle protocol implementation viable to TCP/IP network and improving existing polling mechansims. Additionally, it is performed to evaluate the packet processing time and its distribution of a manager system and a gateway, and the queue length of packet and bit length of gateway against conventional polling schemes by simulation using OPNRT, a simulation-dedicated package.
