Modern society is information-oriented society that allow letters in electron, telecommunication, computer, highly Information-Communication and information processing by great development of semi-conductor technologies. All businesses are depending on computer. Also, Great many user according to development who is worth watching eagerly of computer network and utilization of database and technology could collect, search, handle, transmit and store data at the same time using computer. But, while processing and use of information that use computer become convenient, exposure of data became serious relatively. For these reason, Security problem of data that need the secret rose. Accordingly, new encryption methods to use computer for security of data are presented and are developed continuously. Studied about DES, 3DES, RSA, ECC algorithm to select cipher algorithm to use in research hereafter in this treatise.

To search based on the functional classification or provenance is not easy for users, and the key word-based information retrieval presents only simple words matching with the title of the records. The Presidential Archive of Korea developed a subject classification scheme to improve the convenience of searching for various records and came up with a subject thesaurus based on the scheme that utilizes the terms appearing on the title of the records and the terms used by the users who searched the portal or requested information disclosure. This research presents the development process of subject thesaurus. It also presents the utilization methods for records management work and services.

Building information modeling (BIM) is a smart construction technique that is recognized as essential for current construction facility projects. The Public Procurement Service (a construction project-ordering agency) announced a plan to introduce BIM and has required changing the operation of projects by using BIM design information. LCC analysis is essential for items, quantity, and cost information of the construction, and it is expected that efficient work will be achieved by using BIM design information. In this study, a BIM-LCC analysis system was established for selecting optimal design alternatives by actively using open KBIMS libraries. The BIM-LCC analysis system consists of a single alternative and an optimal alternative LCC analysis, but it has a limitation in that only the architecture and machine libraries have been applied. However, by applying BIM, practical use and work efficiency can be expected. In order to use the method as an LCC analysis support tool with BIM design information in the future, it will be necessary to collect user opinions and improve the UI.

Various problems are occurring as teachers and student's parents communicate directly through mobile phones. In this study, a service model was proposed that allows teachers and student's parents to communicate through SNS platforms without knowing each other's mobile phone numbers. In the civil complaint communication service model proposed in this study provides, communication key sets are provided as public data, and a commonly used SNS platform uses the relevant relationship information to implement communication. This model also has expandability that can be applied not only to teachers, but also to ① officers who need to communicate with the parents of soldiers, ② nursing, health and nursing care personnel who frequently contact patient caregivers, and ③ welfare officials.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에 공개된 정보를 기반으로 대부분 대학에서 대행업체에 위탁하고 있는 인터넷 원서접수 업무에 있어서 개인정보보호 문제점을 다룬다. 개인정보보호와 관련된 정책, 시스템 검토, 개인정보 흐름 분석, 개인정보침해요인 분석과 위험평가 및 개선 계획 도출 등 일련의 프로세스 관점에서 개인정보영향평가를 모의 수행함으로써 동 시스템이 가지고 있는 개인정보 관련 문제점 및 개선 방안을 도출한다.

전력자유화를 앞두고 전력회사의 e비지니스에 대한 대처가 가속화되고 있다(전력관계 e비지니스를 전력e비지니스라 함). 사외전자거래, 고객서비스에서부터 새로운 사업에 이르기까지 광범위한 영역에서 인터넷의 활용이 넓어지고 있으며, 앞으로 더욱 진전될 전망이다. 본고에서는 전력자유화 시대를 위한 IT(Information Technology)를 활용한 전력e비지니스의 개요와 IT솔류션의 제공에 필요한 요소기술에 대하여 소개한다. 전력자유화를 위해 전력회사는 전력사업에서 종합에너지사업, 그리고 신규사업의 기업가치 증대를 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 대처노력에 대해 경영개혁$\cdot$업무개혁$\cdot$IT기술 등을 융합하여 기업컬래버레이션을 실현하는 토털솔류션이 요구되고 있다. 또한 전력회사에서는 전력e비지니스의 일환으로서 전자상거래 전자신청 등의 B2B 비지니스와 그것들을 지탱하는 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure : 공개건(키)기반), 시큐어리티 비즈니스 등의 시큐어리티 인증비지니스가 주목을 받고 있다. 또 기반을 지탱하는 데이터 솔류션 비즈니스에 대해서도 비즈니스기반이 정비되어 업무시스템 개혁 및 신규비지니스로 이용될 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 동향을 기초로 Web시스템 구축 기반기술, 시큐어리티 기반기술을 토대로 하여 시스템연대 기반기술, 데이터 교환공유 기반기술, 데이터분석 기반기술, 멀티미디어정보 기반기술, 개발지원 기반기술을 통합하여 IT솔류션으로 제공함으로써 전력e비지니스의 토털솔류션 제공의 가속화를 도모하고 있다.

시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 환경이 보편화됨에 따라 BYOD 환경이 도입되면서 외부에서도 개인 단말기기를 통해 업무를 처리하는 모습을 어렵지 않게 볼 수 있다. 이처럼 BYOD는 점차 기업 문화의 한 트렌드로 받아들여지고 있다. 반면에, 그에 따른 보안 위협에 대해서는 신중하게 접근해야 한다. 기존에는 기업 내부 기밀 정보의 외부 유출이 엄격히 관리되었으나, BYOD 환경이 도입됨에 따라 내부 정보 유출에 대한 통제가 어려워졌다. 또한 공개 Wi-Fi 등 보안이 취약한 공용 네트워크를 통해 기업 내부 서비스에 접속할 경우 해킹에 따른 보안 위협도 무시할 수 없다. 이러한 보안 위협에 대처하기 위해서는 근본적으로 사용자의 모든 행위에 대해 상황을 인식하고 관리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 BYOD 환경에서 사용자의 기업 내부 서비스 접속 및 이용에 따른 모든 상황을 단위 정보로 정의함으로써 상황을 인식하는 방안을 제안한다. 이렇게 정의된 정보는 기업 내부 보안 정책 수립, 비정상 행위 탐지 등에 활용 될 수 있다.

4차산업혁명 시대의 도래로 빅데이터, AI 기술 등을 이용하여 데이터 수집, 분석, 가공, 활용에 관심이 높아졌다. 정부도 공공부문 정보시스템의 보유데이터를 개방하여 산업 전반에 데이터 연계·활용을제고하고 있다. 본 연구는 도로건설사업의 업무처리를 지원하는 건설사업정보시스템(CALS)에 보유중인 건설데이터를 개방하기 위한 방안을 마련하였다. 이를 위해 건설데이터 중 개방 가능한 데이터를 선정하고 키워드를 통한 데이터 및 파일의 정보검색 환경과 데이터 공개서비스 구축방법을 제시하였다.

This paper propose not only MDIT(Mobile Digital Investment Trust) agent design for Trust Investment under Mobile E-commerce environment, but also the symmetric key algorithm 3BC(Bit, Byte and Block Cypher) and the public encryption algorithm F2mECC for solving the problems of memory capacity, CPU processing time, and security that mobile environment has. In Particular, the MDIT Security Agent is the banking security project that introduces the concept of investment trust in mobile e-commerce, This mobile security protocol creates a shared secrete key using F2mECC and then it's value is used for 3BC that is block encryption technique. The security and the processing speed of MDIT agent are enhanced using 3BC and F2mECC.

This study asesses the effectiveness of Korean Government web sits in providing equitable and appropriate access to government web sites was evaluated. Five information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The result showed that there are several issues for the government to address in formulating effective policy for government web sites although most information services provided by Government web sites were highly appreciated by the researcher. This article provides an overview of information policy issues to the government web site designers and administrators.
