20세기 개혁과 개방의 기치를 높이 들고 세계사에 새롭게 등장한 중국은 정치제도는 그대로 사회주의를 고수하고 있다 그러나 등소평이 남순강화에서 제창하고 주창한 '색깔에 관계없이 쥐를 잘 잡는 고양이를 선호한다"는 실용주의 노선을 근거로 경제적으로는 시장경제 원리를 도입하여 눈부신 성장을 거듭하고 있으며 특히 21세기 초일류 국가로의 재비상을 위하여 그 요체가 되는 정보통신산업의 발전과 육성을 위해 매진하고 있다. 본고에서는 중국이 개혁과 개방을 하는 과정에서 정보통신산업의 육성과 그 정책의 추진과정을 살펴보고 21세기 정보통신 산업과 정책의 향후 발전방향도 예측해 보고자 연구하였다.구하였다.

정보통신이 국가경제발전에 차지하는 선도적 역할과 기반산업이란 인식이 확산됨에 따라 이 분야의 종사자 뿐만 아니라 일반인들의 관심이 날로 증대되고 있다. 더우기 정보통신산업의 개방화, 자유화 되어가는 추세에 따라 통신산업은 선진국과의 경쟁산업으로서 국가경제에 차지하는 비중 또한 점증되고 있다. 한국정보통신진흥협회에서 발간한 정보통신용어해설집을 토대로 하여 조금이나마 정보통신용어에 쉽게 접근하고자 본고에 게재하고자 하며, 우선 첫번째로 3회에 걸쳐 데이터베이스용어에 대하여 알아본다.

Value and importance of online information are increased day by day as the knowledge and information society is emerging. However there is little study on information assessments due to the lack of the valid methodologies and models in this field. In this study we proposed a model of the economic value assessments for online information and utilized it to the contents of ITFIND which is an integrated IT information system supported by the MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication). We measured information value of ITFIND as follows: (1) both 'use value' and 'exchange value,' (2) annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person by the category of each information, and (3) annual economic value of $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ of ITFIND information based on it's users' annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하는 2004년 제1차 공공기관 우수 데이터베이스(DB) 시상식이 지난달 20일 한국관광공사빌딩 지하 강당에서 개최됐다. 지난해 통계∙기상∙기업∙법률∙특허 등 5개 분야 DB 10종을 우수DB로 선정한 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올해 공공기관 DB를 대상으로 우수DB 6종을 선정했다. 이번에 선정된 공공기관 우수DB 6종은 재정경제부, 문화관광부, 산업자원부, 건설교통부와 산하 공 공기관에서 운영하고 있는 데이터베이스 가운데 건설교통, 경제산업, 문화예술 등 3개 분야에서 품질이 우수한 각 2종씩의 DB가 선정됐다. 건설∙교통 분야에서는 한국도로공사의‘로드플러스’와 건설교통부의‘건설교통종합정보센터’가 선정됐고, 경제∙산업 분야에서는 조달청의‘나라장터’와 한국은행의‘경제통계시스템’, 문화∙예술 분야에서는 한국관광공사의‘Visit Korea’와 문화재청의‘국가문화유산종합정보서비스’가 선정됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올 11월경 정보통신, 교육학술, 과학기술분야를 대상으로 제2차 우수 DB를 선정할 계획이며, 자세한 내용은 데이터베이스품질평가센터(www.dbq.or.kr)에서 소개하고 있다.

This study aims to establish the scope and statistics of the K-address information industry in Korea, estimating its size and prospects and estimates the economic effects through K-address information industry based on Input-Output analysis. Considering the characteristics and sectoral structure of the K-address information industry, the study delineates the scope and specific sectors, constructing sectoral statistics linked to the KSIC and the Bank of Korea's industrial classification. The study estimates the sectoral industry size, taking into account potential markets. Furthermore, it analyzes the economic impact of each sector within the K-address information industry. To figure out the economic effects, the study conducts Input-Output analysis by setting the K-address information industry as an exogenous sector in the input-output table. The results indicate that the overall size of the K-address information industry is estimated to grow from 406.1 billion KRW in 2021 to 3.65 trillion KRW in 2030. The economic effects of the K-address information industry vary by sector, emphasizing the importance of synergies and integration with related sectors, particularly those with significant inducement effects in high value-added manufacturing and service sectors. Furthermore, the industry's sensitivity to economic fluctuations is evident through the input-output analysis of inter-industry chain effects.

The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

As the research and development(R&D) has become a necessary motive in social development, the importance on the evaluation of the technical information service is also emphasized. Among others, the economical evaluation and the productivity of the technical information service are very complex and complicated as of the information value. Also the technical information service is influenced by its infrastructure. Therefore, the economical evaluation on the productivity of the technical information service requires a more systematic and complex approaches simply to be more objective and rationalized.

This paper addresses the question of whether a monopolistic banking system can lead to a higher steady state level of capital stock. Information externality has enhanced as the advance of the financial system such as the establishment of the credit bureau system, networking, etc. Hence this paper aims to analyze the effects of both information externality and economic development on the determination of the optimal banking market structure. This paper shows that the presence of information externality together with asymmetric information would explain how a monopoly bank leads to a higher steady state level of capital stock. It also shows that not only under-developed countries but industrialized countries may also benefit from a concentrated banking system. This analysis provides an alternative explanation of the recent deregulation and resulting trends in mergers and acquisitions. This also provides a theoretical foundation to support governments' policy changes toward promoting merger and acquisition activities.

This study investigates the interaction mechanisms and processes between cyber space and real space. In particular, we analyze the relationships between changes on the economic landscape of the Bookchon region and the information supply and demand for this area on the Internet Blogs. In order to obtain the behavioral data about how people get information for Bookchon area and the reaction afterward, we perform questionnaire survey. The results of analysis reveal that there are significant connection between real space and cyber space, Internet Blog in particular. Internet Blog is the major media obtaining information about Bookchon area for major portion of people. Most people visit Bookchon after searching informations about it via Internet Blog. In particular, young generations who possess better capability to treat social media. At the same time, female, student, and office workers show these attitudes very strongly. We introduce a conceptual model for the interaction processes between cyber space and real space based on the survey data analysis, and propose a simple theoretical model for the dynamics of the total number of visitors about specific place with the experience of cyber space visit.

경북대학교 이동네트워크 정보보호기술 연구센터(Mobile Network Security Research Center, MSRC)는 2000년 8월 네트워크 분야의 IT 연구센터(지식경제부지정 ITRC)로 선정되어 2008년 12월까지 8년 4개월간의 연구센터로서의 연구, 개발, 인력양성 활동을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 경북대학교 문상재 교수를 중심으로 POSTECH, 부경대학교, 호서대학교, 동서대학교, 경남대학교 등 6개 대학 연간 11여명의 교수진과 57여명의 대학원생들은 물론, 국내외 정보보호 분야의 외부 전문가와 관련 산업체들의 활발한 협력 연구 활동으로 논문, 특허, 산학협력, 표준화 등의 부분에서 우수한 연구 실적들을 도출하며, 지식경제부의 IT 대학 육성 지원 사업을 성공적으로 마무리 하였다.
