Association rules among product items by association analysis suggest sales effect among products. These are useful for marketing strategies such as cross-selling and product display etc. However, if we evaluate more practical product values reflecting cross-selling effects, they will be also more useful for the decisions of companies such as product item selection for product assortment and profit maximization etc. This study proposes product value evaluation models with the concept of effective value based on single-item association chain and itemset association chain. In addition to that, we performed experiments with transaction data related to clothing of an online shopping mall in Korea to show the performances of our models. In result, we confirmed that some items increased in effective values compared with their pure values while the others decreased in effective values.

신뢰성 있는 프로젝트 가치평가를 위해서는 프로젝트 투자에 의해 발생하는 효과들을 정확하게 파악하고, 이를 계량적이고 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가방법론을 개발하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 전통적으로 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서 품질, 재고, 리드타임 등 비재무적 성과지표를 화폐가치로 정량화하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 최근에는 재무적 성과지표와 비재무적 성과지표를 모두 고려하는 성과지표 중심의 프로젝트 평가방법의 개발이 보편화되고 있으며, 전통적인 프로젝트 평가에서는 고려하지 않았던 불확실성을 확률분포로 고려하는 평가방법의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 성과지표 간의 상호관계를 고려하여 프로젝트 투자에 의한 개별 성과지표의 개선을 정량적으로 평가하는 방법론에 관한 기존연구는 거의 없다. 본 논문은 제조시스템에서의 성과지표를 중심으로 공리적 설계에서의 정보공리의 정보량 개념을 이용한 프로젝트 평가방법론에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 개별 성과지표의 정보량 계산을 위한 수학적 모델링에 대해 고찰하고, 해석적 분석의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 적용에 대해 서술한다.

국내 과학기술 연구자의 요구를 만족시키는 고품질 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 기초작업으로 국가과학기술정보센터(NDSL) 콘텐츠의 가치평가 기준을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 NDSL의 대표적인 콘텐츠인 논문의 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하고 각 요인별 측정 방안을 모색하였다. 제시된 콘텐츠 가치평가 기준에 의거하여 NDSL 콘텐츠 표본을 평가하고, 콘텐츠 가치평가 방안 기준이 적절한지를 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

본 연구에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 가치를 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템의 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 개발된 가치 평가 시스템에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 가치를 기획 단계, 개발 단계, 사업화 단계로 나누어서 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠를 사업화하는 과정에서 부딪히는 불확실성을 세 가지 시나리오로 나누어서 평가할 수 있다. 이를 통해서 디지털 콘텐츠의 가치를 객관적으로, 체계적으로, 동태적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 기획, 개발, 사업화에 관련되어 있는 구성원들의 이견을 조정할 수 있다. 또한 이 같은 평가 시스템을 활용함으로써 디지털 콘텐츠를 사업화하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 관리할 수 있기 때문에 합리적인 투자 의사결정을 수행할 수 있다.

It is highly required to evaluate the economic value of technology in many decision making of the technology management area, for example, technology acquisition, transfer, and investments. Also evaluating the performance of R&D objectively is very important subject in the public side. So, developing the objective technology evaluation system has much usefulness in practice. In many studies, the patent information has been suggested to the valid measurement for evaluation of technology. The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of patent information as a measurement of technology evaluation.

특허의 가치를 평가하기 위해서는 특허 데이터에 포함된 다양한 지표가 활용될 수 있으며, 최근 다양한 지표를 머신 러닝 기법으로 분석하여 특허의 가치를 평가하는 연구가 증가하고 있다. 특허의 가치를 올바르게 평가하기 위해서는 여러 지표 중에서 어떤 지표가 특허의 가치에 크게 기여 하는지 판단할 수 있어야 하며, 이에 따라 지표별로 적절한 가중치를 설정할 수 있어야 한다. 제안된 방법은 회귀 모델 기반으로 다양한 지표에 가중치를 적용하여 특허 피인용수를 예측하였으며, 특허 패밀리 수에 적용되는 가중치를 변경하면서 특허 패밀리 수가 특허의 가치에 미치는 영향을 검증하였고, 특허 가치 평가 과정에서 특허 패밀리 수의 중요성에 대해 확인하였다.

Value and importance of online information are increased day by day as the knowledge and information society is emerging. However there is little study on information assessments due to the lack of the valid methodologies and models in this field. In this study we proposed a model of the economic value assessments for online information and utilized it to the contents of ITFIND which is an integrated IT information system supported by the MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication). We measured information value of ITFIND as follows: (1) both 'use value' and 'exchange value,' (2) annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person by the category of each information, and (3) annual economic value of $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ of ITFIND information based on it's users' annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person.

본 연구는 기업가치를 측정하기 위해서 활용될 수 있는 두 가지의 새로운 모형을 개발하였다. 두 가지 모형은 모두 자산가치와 수익가치의 가중평균으로 기업의 본질가치를 표현할 수 있다는데 공통적인 특징이 있다. 첫째 모형은 도산확률 하의 세후 기업가치 가중평균모형이다. 현금흐름할인법으로 알려진 전체기업가치 평가방법론(entity approach)에 기초한 기업가치 평가모형인 이원흠 최수미(2002)의 지식자산가치 평가모형 및 이원흠 최수미(2004)의 가중평균 가치평가모형으로부터 도산확률 하의 세후 가중평균 기업가치 평가모형을 도출하였다. 이 모형은 기업가치는 수익가치 및 실물자산의 가치와 지급이자의 절세효과, 예상도산비용 등 4부분으로 구성된다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 둘째 모형은 이익조정에 의한 비정상발생액을 감안한 기업가치 가중평균모형이다. 회계학 분야에 주로 발전한 발생액을 고려한 이익의 질(quality of earnings)을 기업가치 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 새로운 모형이다. 이익의 질을 고려한 기업가치 평가모형도 첫째 모형의 도출논리에 의거하여 세후 혹은 도산확률 하의 세후 기업가치 평가모형으로 확장할 수 있다. 새로이 개발된 가중평균 가치평가모형을 통해 추정한 수익가치와 자산가치의 가중치, 가중평균자본비용 등의 정보는 상장주식의 목표가격 평가, 투자등급 판정 등에 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 신규상장주식의 공모가, 비상장기업의 합병가액산정, 지주회사의 가치평가 등 비상장기업의 가치평가 분야에 광범위하게 응용될 수 있을 것이다.
