우리나라의 EDI가 시작된지 거의 10년이 되어 가고 있고 데이콤과 한국무역정보통신 등 주요 EDI서비스 사업자의 갯수도 상당수에 이르고 잇다. 일천한 EDI의 역사에도 불구하고 산업계, EDI서비스 사업자, 관련협회, 학계, 연구기관, 정부기관 등 EDI관련 단체와 개인들이 우리나라 EDI의 보급과 활성화를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 그러나 우리나라에서 EDI의 실상을 조사해보면 기대하는 만큼 활성화되거나 발전하고 있는 것 같지는 않다. 이에는 여러가지 원인이 있겠지만 EDI의 가장 큰 관건인 표준화에서 그 문제점을 찾아볼 수 있다.

This Paper represents time-dependent stochastic variations of common discounted cash flow formulae with explicit consideration given to inflation. The cash flow, the ratio of discounting or compounding, and the rate of inflation are allowed to vary with time in a random fashion in equations for the compound amount of a single payment, present worth of a single payment, amount of an annuity, periodic deposits to accumulate a future amounts, present worth of an annuity and capital recovery And all formulae are derived for the case of discrete random variations.

본 논문에서는 터널 구조물에서 발생하는 균열의 인식과 이에 대한 정보를 획득하기 위한 방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 터널 구조물에서 발생하는 균열의 경우, 건설 분야의 특수성 때문에 기존의 경계점 인식(edge detection) 알고리즘을 적용하는 경우 정밀도 저하의 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 더불어 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로 영상에서 균열을 인식하는 균열 인식 단계와 인식된 균열의 길이, 두께 등을 측정하는 균열 정보 획득 단계로 구분하였다. 균열 인식 단계에서는 균열의 시작점과 끝점을 기준으로 휴리스틱(Heuristic) 알고리즘을 사용하여 픽셀 값의 분포에 따라 균열의 중심선을 계산하여 균열을 인식한다. 균열 정보 획득 단계에서는 균열 인식 단계에서 얻은 정보를 통해 균열의 길이, 진행 방향 정보, 그리고 균열의 두께를 계산한다. 균열의 길이 및 진행 방향 정보는 균열 인식 단계에서 얻어진 정보를 통하여 계산하며, 균열 두께 측정은 각 픽셀의 누적 값을 이용하여 계산하는 원형 검출기(Daugman 알고리즘)를 변형하여 사용하였다.

This paper describes a preliminary investigation of contracts with a view towards automating the process of contract match-making. A novel approach based on exploiting Standard Form Contracts(SFC) is described. The approach is shown to be implementable with current technology. A second approach based on Standard Contract Clauses(SCC) which overcomes some of the limitations of Standard Form Contracts, is briefly outlined. The flexibility offered by this approach however, is accompanied by a considerable increase in the complexity of contract match-making. Both Standard Form Contracts and Standard Contract Clauses based match-making point towards an exciting area of future research.

In this paper. we present a definition of the term virtual enterprise (VE) and discuss some related terms and concepts. The definition was given based on Porter's Value Chain Theory. Then we discuss some positioning strategies for entering or joining a virtual enterprise from an executive's viewpoint. which show a framework for making decisions on for what. when and how a (real) enterprise need to participate or form a virtual enterprise and whom the partners should be. The major pert of the paper is on underlying information technologies and architectures for building virtual enterprises. Requirements for modeling virtual enterprises and core technologies needed for implementation are discussed. A virtual enterprise reference architecture based on NIIIP's model is presented. Finally we discuss some points that should. addressed from a macroeconomic and public policies viewpoints. These are the issues of IT standardization and investments in IT infrastructure.

The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

In this paper, the concept of coordination under the setting of cooperative multiagent systems is examined. Based on the concept, a computational model in which the key constructs of coordination can be precisely defined is developed. This model can serve as a basis for developing software systems designed to support coordination in Eletronic Commerce. Coordination is viewed as management of conflicting demands on finite resources by actors or acitivities. The model views coordination as a cycle of four phases: the definition phase, the conflict resolution phase, the action phase, and the adaptation phase. Then, a formal model of coordination, both as a phenomenon and as a process is devloped. Within the context of this model, important concepts such as decomposability, informational privacy, informational decentralization, and informational efficiency are examined.

The kill probability of a missile depends on guidance error, warhead performance, and etc. In this paper, we analyzed the kill probability of anti-tank missile in a new approach. Under the condition that the missile hit the target, we studied the effect of angle of attack and impact angle. High impact angle increase the probability that the missile hits the upper armour which is relatively weaker, while high angle of attack at the impact instant decreases the effectiveness of the jet induced by the warhead. We proposed a way to increase the capability of penetration by analyzing the interrelation between impact angle and angle of attack.
