Knowledge of the physical locations of access point of WLAN is becoming increasingly important with the rise of location-based services. In this article, we propose a new AP localization method using neural network approach. Basic theory and properties are derived for precise outdoor AP localization using GPS location information and RSSI. Rules for neural network model are derived and simulation has finally been done to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the proposed method can result in AP localization with very. low error probability.

In this study, we classify the network interconnection system into two categories: two way-same price model and two way-different price model. The purpose of this paper is to analyze economic characteristics of optimal settlement system according to each model. One of the most important policy implications we derive through this study is that symmetry between enterprises is required for policy maker or regulatory agency to set an efficient settlement system under two way-same price model, but that symmetry is not necessarily required under two way-sane price model.

최근 각국은 자국의 해양자원을 보존한다는 명분으로 EEZ선포를 서두르고 있다. 한반도 주변과 같이 서로 인접한 수역에서의 EEZ설정은 필연적으로 각국의 이해관계가 상충될 수밖에 없고 따라서 이의 해결을 위해 인접국들은 합의에 의해 공동어로수역을 설정하고 이를 공동을 관할하려 할 것이다. 이 논문은 각국이 공동어로 수역을 설정하여 접속수역에 대해 인접국에게 관할권을 부여할 경우 초래될 수 있는 점을 게임이론과 정치경제적인 접근으로 이러한 문제를 다루었다. 즉, 접속수역에서 인접국은 자원의 채취에 있어서 다국과의 차별적인 규제를 시행하고 타국도 마찬가지의 정책을 구사할 경우 도덕적 위해(moral hazard)에 의해 각국의 접속수역에서의 자원이 가속적으로 고갈될 수 있다는 점을 보이고 있다. 또한 단기적인 전략적 산업정책의 수행은 타국의 희생하에 시장점유율을 확대시키며 그 결과 이윤의 이전을 가져오며 이는 자국 후생의 향상을 가져올 수 있다는 브랜드-스펜서(Brander-Spencer)의 결과는 수산자원과 같은 갱생지원의 경우에는 적용될 수 없다는 점을 보이고 있다.

공중전화망을 통해 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 가장 흔한 방법은 다이얼 접속이다. 다이얼 접속방법에는 접속하는 사업자 수에 따라 크게 두 가지의 접속방법이 있다. 접속을 제공하는 전화망 사업자의 수가 하나인 경우는 보통의 인터넷 접속의 형태이며 전화망 사업자가 두 개인 경우는 인터넷 사업자가 직접접속하고 있는 사업자와 인터넷 이용자가 속해 있는 사업자가 서로 다르다는 것이 특징이다. 즉 인터넷 이용자는 착신측 사업자망을 경유하여 인터넷 접속서비스를 제공받는다는 것이다. 현재 유럽에서는 그중 인터넷 접속 시 복수사업자를 경유하여 접속하는 방법이 가장 특징적이다. 본 고에서는 접속사업자 수 및 접속형태에 따른 접속료 정산방안 모델과 유럽의 사례들과 함께 시사점을 살펴보고 있다.

통신의 연속적인 경로를 구성하기 위하여 광케이블의 상호접속점이 존재한다. 광섬유를 접속하는 과정에서, 두 광섬유 코어의 중심 축이 일치하지 않아 광 손실이 발생하게 되는데, 본 논문에서는 광섬유의 절단면의 형태에 따라 score, lip, roll off, chip, end angle, valley 모양으로 분류하고, 그 손실관계를 비교 분석하여, 광섬유의 절단면 불량으로 인한 재접속을 줄이기 위하여 불량여부를 쉽게 판정할 수 있는 융착접속 화면 개선 모델과 절단면의 형태별 접속허용 판정기준을 제시하였다.

This paper will feature designs for security vulnerability based on MS-SQL Database and OLE connectivity by checking the MS-SQL database password policy, the user account password access attempts, a user without password, and password does not be changed for a period of time. This paper uses the MS-SQL database and C++ linkage in order to use the OLE DB function. The design module should judge presence or absence of security vulnerability by checking database password policy, the user account password access attempts, a user without password, password does not be changed for a period of time. The MS-SQL database password associated with a feature, judging from the many features allows you to check for security vulnerability. This paper strengthen the security of the MS-SQL database by taking the advantage of the proposed ability.

미국 연방통신위원회(FCC)는 1996년 통신법에 따라 통신시장에서 진입장벽을 제거함으로써 경쟁을 촉진하기 위해 상호접속 제도, 접속료 제도의 전면적인 개편을 추진하여 왔다. 그러나 FCC가 제정한 상호접속 규칙과 접속료 규칙은 지역 전화사업자 및 주공익사업위원회의 적극적인 반대로 소송으로 비화되었으며, 1998년과 1999년 초에 사법부의 판단이 내려졌다. 사법부의 판단 결과 망세분화 규칙을 제외한 대부분의 쟁점사항에 대해서 FCC의 경쟁활성화 정책이 본격 추진되게 되었다. 본 고에서는 미국의 상호접속 제도 및 접속료 제도의 발전과정, FCC가 제시한 새로운 상호접속 제도 및 접속료 제도의 주요 내용, 이들 제도의 무효화 주장에 대한 사법부의 판단결과를 살펴보고 그 시사점을 살펴보고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경은 다양한 네트워크로 이루어진다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 환경에서 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 받는 사용자가 다양한 네트워크로 이동하는 경우, 그 서비스는 이동한 네트워크에서도 사용자에게 계속적으로 제공될 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 RFID 네트워킹 환경에서 RFID 태그를 지닌 사용자에게 끊김없는 서비스 이동성을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안 방안을 이용하여 RFID 태그를 지닌 사용자가 멀티미디어 서비스를 받으며 기존 접속점에서 새로운 접속점으로 이동하는 경우, 사용자는 계속적으로 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.
