This paper is a study on city brand development which is increasingly interested as a means to enhance the attractiveness of the city. the previous research, the design of city brand identity was an application from the internal stakeholder's point of view related to the metropolitan government. However, in the present study, we tried to take a external approach that perceptions and designs city brands from the related to the consumer. For the purpose of research, based on previous studies, we extracted three images of leading, stable and amusing city brand images and prepared three scenarios for the imaginary city as experimental stimuli. The results showed that the overall city brand attitude, residence intention, and tourism intention to the imaginary city were significantly different according to the leading, stability and amusement brand image. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to continuously effort the development of city brand image which is perceived by consumers in order to differentiate city.

The life of studying abroad includes not only school life, but also various areas such as economy, social relationship, and culture, so the level of satisfaction in each area could be differently shown in each individual. Based on this critical mind, this study aims to analyze the satisfaction with life of studying abroad in the multidimensional perspective. To analyze this, a latent class analysis was applied to identify subgroups, and a multinomial logistic regression model was applied to verify factors influencing group classification. The results of the analysis could be summarized into two. First, there were sub-groups showing different satisfaction with life of studying abroad. The sub-groups showed different levels of satisfaction in five areas such as housing, economy, social relationship, study, and culture, which were not discerned in single dimension. Second, the classification of group was complexly influenced by academic factor, psychological/emotional factor, and environmental factor. Especially, the predictive factor had different influences on each sub-factor. Based on such results of this study, this study aims to seek for the practical and policy-level suggestions for improving foreign students' satisfaction with life of studying abroad.

Domestic urban railway are operated by urban railway operating public enterprises, which are owned by the 6 major metropolitan local governments and private operating companies, which are established under the Private Investment Act. Among urban railway operating companies, several public enterprises that operate urban railways with many experience, performance, human resources, and public nature are making efforts to promote overseas business. Therefore, this study examines the outlook for railway and urban railway overseas business, and provides implications for the overseas business approach of domestic urban railway operating public enterprises through data research and comparative analysis on the overseas business approaches and overseas business characteristics of domestic and foreign urban railway operating public enterprises. The results were derived and suggestions for the direction of overseas business were presented. I expect that suggestions will serve as a reference for domestic urban railway operators to promote overseas projects with preparation, implementation plan and direction.

1990년대 중반이후 급격한 성장을 이룩한 국내 이동통신서비스는 핵심 성공요인과 비즈니스 모델이 해외의 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 그런데 시장 성숙기의 진입과 제 3세대 기술로의 진화, 번호이동성의 시행으로 인하여 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있으며 유무선 통합 및 디지털 컨버전스라는 새로운 패러다임을 주도해야 하는 전략적 과업을 안고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 이동통신사업자는 내적인 능력의 확충과 우월한 경쟁전략을 바탕으로 경쟁우위를 창출하여야 하며 이는 기업의 지속적인 생존과 수익성 확보의 관건이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 이동통신사업자의 기업능력, 경쟁전략, 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 기업능력과 경쟁전략에 초점을 맞추어 접근하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 마케팅능력이 경쟁전략과 경쟁우위를 형성하는 공통 요인이 되었으나 사업자별로 핵심 능력과 핵심 경쟁전략은 차이가 존재하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 전략적 시사점을 제언하였다.

This study examines current state of digital reference service on the homepage of university library in Korea. Among 236 university libraries. only $36.9\%$ (87) provide digital reference services. Digital reference services was weak as face-to-face reference services in Korea. Based on the research finding, revealed current state and related problems, and a few suggestions are provided for digital reference service system.

본 연구의 차별화는 첫째, 소방공무원의 직무를 수행하기 위해 외상경험을 감소시킬 수 있는 주요 요인을 고찰하고 감소시킬 수 있는 대안을 제언하고자 한다. 둘째, 소방공무원이 신체적, 심리적, 특성과 사회적 영향을 고려하고, 심리적 저항감을 최소화하기 위해 회복탄력성 방안에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다. 셋째, 소방공무원의 개인 심리적 특성, 사회적 영향 등을 살펴보고 정서적 심리치유를 할 수 있는 상담이 지속적으로 이루어져질 수 있는 사회복지상담학적 접근으로서의 연구는 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 목적은 소방공무원의 외상 경험 영향요인에 대해 살펴보고, 이들 요인이 직무소진과 우울, 불안 및 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 차이 비교를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 소방공무원들의 직무만족을 시키기 위해서는 심리적 정서치유가 될 수 있는 마음챙김이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다.

미디어 환경은 방송과 통신의 융합으로 모든 미디어는 언제(Anytime), 어디서나(Anywhere), 어느 단말기기(Anydevice)로도 원하는 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 국내 미디어 정책의 주요 변화가 있었을 때는 1995년 케이블방송 도입, 2002년 위성방송 도입, 2008년 IPTV 도입, 2013년 OTT의 등장이다. 국내의 경우 2012년 지상파TV의 디지털 전환도 큰 정책변화 중의 하나였다. 그러나 국내 미디어 정책 및 제도는 미디어 환경변화와는 무관하게 여전히 매체별 접근에 기반한 미디어 산업 균형발전 논리를 추구하고 있다. 미디어 정책변화에 따른 지상파 차세대 TV방송(ATSC 3.0) 활성화에 대한 현안 사항을 쟁점별로 분석하여 정책방안을 제언하면 첫째, 아날로그 시대부터 유지되어온 국내 방송정책 및 법제의 플랫폼별 칸막이 규제를 풀어 지상파 플랫폼 규제를 완화하여야 한다. 둘째, 정부의 지상파 ATSC 3.0 부가서비스(이동)부터 규제 완화와 지원이 필요한 시점이다. 셋째, 지상파 차세대 ATSC 3.0에 대한 재난매체 지정이 필요하다. 마지막으로 기술중립적 서비스 허가체계인 Negative 규제방식을 도입하여 사업자의 기술결합과 기술혁신에 대한 유인 독려가 필요하다.

To understand current state of the digital reference services in Korean academic libraries. a comprehensive examination and analysis was performed. Data was collected from July 8, 2003 to July 22, 2003, through direct site examination and recording the question and answer transcripts. The analysis focused on the provision characteristics and use of the digital reference services. Results revealed interesting findings and related problems. Suggestions for future development are provided.

최근 소년범죄는 양적 증가와 함께 질적 심각성도 문제되고 있는데, 특히 성인범죄자에 비해 다소 높은 재범률로 인해, 기존 처우의 한계에 대한 의문이 강하게 제기되고 있다. 이는 소년범죄자가 수용되는 교정 보호기관이 교정 교화라는 고유의 목적이 아닌 범죄의 재학습이라는 악영향을 낳고 있기 때문이다. 이에 소년범죄자의 재범 방지를 위한 대책이 절실한데, 기존 처벌위주의 제도적 한계를 인식하고 소년범죄자들의 사회 복귀 후 재범 방지와 정상적 생활을 누릴 수 있도록 원호하는 교정복지적 관점의 접근이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 소년범죄의 개념 및 유형과 현황을 살펴보고, 범죄인의 교정 교화와 건전한 재사회화를 지원하는 교정복지의 개념 및 기능을 고찰함으로써 향후 소년범죄자에 대한 교정복지의 적용 가능성과 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

기존 불법유해정보 분류체계를 비교 분석하여 재정립하고, 국내외 불법유해정보 법 제도 현황을 살펴 보았다. 이와 함께 불법유해정보 접근 차단 방안에 대한 이용자 설문 결과를 기초로 불법유해정보 차단에 대한 정책적 제언을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 기존 유해정보차단 프로그램의 문제점인 메모리 사용량 증가에 따른 컴퓨터 성능 저하현상을 개선할 수 있는 기술적인 대책이 마련되어야 하며, 청소년 이용자의 보호자 또는 학부모가 사이트별로 제한할 수 있는 기능을 추가하여 다중 필터링 시스템 환경을 조성해야 한다. 또한 기존의 불법유해정보 신고 프로그램은 신고주소, 신고제목, 증거자료 입력 등 복잡한 구성으로 인해 효율성이 떨어지므로, 신고를 원하는 사이트를 이미지화 하여 바로 저장 및 전송이 가능한 형태로 신고 프로그램을 제작하여 신고완료까지의 시간을 단축해야 할 것이다. 기존의 주민등록번호 입력 방식에서 개인식별번호를 이용한 i-PIN 도입을 의무화하고, 기존 i-PIN 사용자의 전환사용을 통해 불편함을 최소화하여 개인정보유출 방지를 위한 i-PIN 사용을 의무화해야 한다. 마지막으로 '자율 등급 서비스' 이외에도 제3의 기관을 통한 '제3자 등급 서비스'를 동시에 사용하여 정보제공자의 부정확한 등급 표시의 문제점을 보완하도록 해야 한다.
