도서관업무의 복잡성이 가중됨에 따라, 사서들은 실업계에서 다년간의 사용되어 온 각종 경영공학적 도구와 기법을 응용하는 기술을 발전시키지 않으면 안 되게 되었다. 이들 도구 중의 하나인 시스팀 분석법을 사용함으로써 도서관 - 규모의 대소와 기계화 여부를 막론하고 - 은 많은 이득을 가져올 수 있다. 분석단계(혹은 질문단계)에 선행하는 플로우차아트 기법은 시스팀의 개선을 결과케 하며, 새로운 시스팀 설계의 기반을 만들어 준다. 그런데, 무엇보다도 플로우 차아트 기법의 소산인 시스팀의 시각적 표현은 천 마디의 말보다도 가치가 있으며, 도서관에 대한 가일층의 이해를 요하는 모든 인사에 대하여 전반적인 양상을 제시하는 데 가장 중요한 커뮤니케이션 모체가 된다. 시스팀 분석은 일상의 선량한 도서관관리의 일부가 되어야 한다.

This thesis presents the methods and tool development of performance assessment as final stage for information literacy instruction of teacher-librarians. The evaluation is an important part in information literacy instruction of teacher-librarians in the school libraries. But until now, there is little research on evaluation methodologies in the instructional activities of teacher-librarians. There is only evaluation domain presented in the primary and secondary 'Information and the Library' curriculum. To develop an evaluation model as a base for measuring performance assessment related to teacher-librarians is important. The goal of this thesis is to provide teacher-librarians with basic principles to develop many kinds of performance assessment tools in their own instructional activities.

This study aims to suggest several improvement strategies for the access and retrieval system of National Library of Korea Subject Headings (NLKSH). For this purpose, first of all, the access and retrieval systems in five selected subject headings were examined. Second, focus group interviews and system analysis were conducted to reveal the current condition and suggest the future development strategies. Third, IFLA's Guidelines for Subject Access in National Bibliographies and FAST application cases were analyzed to suggest implications on the improvement strategies. Upon these analysis, recommendations for improving access and retrieval systems of the NLKSH were proposed in four areas as follows: functionalities, interfaces, queries, and other front-end features.

현대 사회는 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 이용한 정보 교환이 필수적이다. 이러한 정보 교환은 기본적으로 해킹 및 불법적인 접근으로 보호되어야 하며, 이러한 불법적인 접근으로부터 정보를 보호하기 위해 정보보안 제품들이 많이 개발되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 개발된 보안 제품들이 UNIX 혹은 Windows 계열에서 개발되었다 할지라도 TCP/IP를 기반으로 하는 제품들에 대해서 내부적으로 전송되는 데이터들에 대해 보안 기능 및 무결성 기능을 실시간 및 자동으로 탐지하는 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 기존의 보안 제품들은 응용 계층 및 IP 계층에서 인증 및 보안 기능을 수행하는 제품들이 많이 개발되었는데, 본 연구에서는 응용계층과 IP 계층 모두에서 개발된 보안 제품들에 대해 자동으로 탐지하는 모듈을 Linux 환경에서 구현하였다. 그리고 관리자의 편리한 검증을 위해 다양한 인터페이스 환경을 제공하는 모듈을 추가하였다.

최근 인터넷 자원이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 이에 효율적으로 접근하고 관리하기 위한 메타데이터가 운용되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 최근 활발하게 논의되고 있는 메타데이터간의 상호호환성에 관한 문제, 식별기호와 관련한 문제, 인쇄자원에 대한 기술 문제, 인터넷 자원 보존에 관한 문제, 메타데이터 저작도구에 관한 문제를 살펴보고 메타데이터의 향후 발전 방향을 모색해 본다.

Accident Management involves all measures to prevent core damage and retain the core within the reactor vessel, maintain containment integrity and minimize off-site releases. The accident management approach includes : (1) advanced evaluation of candidate strategies, (2) development of procedures to execute appropriate actions efficiently, and (3) identification and provision for materials, tools, and possible modifications to the plant system that may be needed for such execution. When assessing accident management strategies it effectiveness, adverse effect and its feasibility, including information needs and compatibility with existing procedures, must be considered. The objective of this paper is to introduce analytical tools of decision trees and influence diagrams to develop a framework for modeling and assessing severe accident management strategies. The characteristics associated with these took are presented. Based on decision trees and influence diagrams, the framework is applied to a simple example associated with a single decision.

웹은 디지털 정보화 시대에 정보를 제공하는 가장 보편적인 매체이며 이를 통한 정보 습득이 보편화 되어가고 있다. 대학기록관의 웹 기록은 대학이 소장하고 있는 기록물을 이용자가 웹을 통하여 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관 웹 사이트의 현황을 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위하여 자동화 평가 도구 K-WHA 3.0을 사용한 접근성 평가와 WebQual 4.0을 이용한 사용성 및 정보품질평가를 수행함으로써 객관성과 주관성 각각의 측면을 모두 고려하여 평가결과를 도출하였다. 또한 웹 기록에 대한 관심을 높이고 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 잠재적 이용자들을 대상으로 선정하여 사용자 경험에 기반한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 대학 별 대학기록관의 웹 기록 구축 현황에 대해 평가였으며 이러한 사용성 평가에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 대학기록관 웹 기록 관리의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크의 구성 정보를 바탕으로 상위 수준에서 하위 수준으로 정책을 변환할 때 나타나는 기존 정책과의 충돌을 탐지하고 순응시키는 메커니즘을 소개한다. 대규모 네트워크는 라우터, 스위치, 방화벽 침임 탐지 시스템, 일반 호스트 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 장비로 구성되어 있으며. 이러한 것들은 각기 다른 접근 일 제어 형식을 가지고 있다. 따라서 트래픽에 대한 일괄적인 통제가 어렵고, 외부의 공격에 대한 신속하고 효과적인 대응이 불가능하다. 또한 대규모 네트워크를 구성하고 있는 장비들을 제어하기 위해서는 그러한 장비들이 포함되어 있는 서브 네트워크의 세부 점보와 각 장비의 고유한 설정 규칙을 필요로 한다. 이러한 점은 대규모 네트워크를 상위 수준의 계층에서 관리를 어렵게 한다. 때문에 하부 계층의 구조나 정보와는 독립적으로 추상화된 고수주의 보안 정책 설정을 위한 도구가 요구된다 이것은 상위 수준의 보안 정책 표현 기법, 하위 수준의 보안 정책 기법, 상위 수준의 보안 정책과 네트워크 구성 정보를 바탕으로 하위 수준의 보안 정책을 도출하는 기법 하위 수준의 보안 정책을 실제 네트워크 구성 요소에 적용하는 기법 등의 네 가지 연구로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 이 네 가지의 연구와 기법을 바탕으로 관리 네트워크에 새로운 정책이 전달될 때 기존의 단순한 정책 선택을 벗어난 서로의 정책을 변환한 ACL을 최대한 순응시키는 메커니즘을 제안한다

It has been commonly accepted for a while that a successful tool environment must provide for smooth interfaces between its tools. Recent integrated CASE environment must be-based on well-integrated data repository which supports a tightly coupled, consistent environment. For the maintenance tool, it requires a careful design of the maintenance chest's database. Information about a program exists in many different forms after analyses have been performed. It must be possible to associate and select objects for data repository from this information as necessary. This paper suggests a new integrated scheme for the data repository in building software maintenancec environment. The scheme provides many basic services, including storage and management of objects/entities and links/ relations; version and configuration control, query service, data interchange service.

In an advanced computer and information network technologies, users are rapidly approaching environment in which information will be created, delivered, managed and stored, using vastly different methods to traditional pap r based systems. Information seeking behavior contains not only physical access, but also cognitive process in which reading, viewing, analyzing, reasoning etc. The most Important factor determining the usability of electronic documents is cognitive process. But, currently Navigation tools for using electronic documents depend on physical searching without considering cognitive process. Therefore, this study examined feasibility of using overal cognitive process in developing navigation tools. Six cognitive process style have been analyzed to find common skill of information seeking process. Also this study suggests skills that needs to introduce to functions of navigation tool, such as searching, filtering, visualization, traversal, content structure.
