The outcome of study has shown that team approach in case management in the community welfare center has shown a fair amount of effectiveness in increasing the quality of life for the elderly. 30 elderly people who had complex difficulties in life were selected and given case management for a 6 month period. The student volunteers supervised by a case manager visited the clients once a week and arranged a series of community resources following assessment of the clients' needs. A group of professionals active in the community was invited for supervision. Compared to the clients in the comparison group, those clients who case management showed the increase in the quality of life and life satisfaction scale. The results of the study suggest that face-to-face service for the elderly is one important factor for successful case management intervention. Also, a team approach in case management utilizing professionals and volunteers can be useful for the case manager in the community welfare center who is overwhelmed with too many case loads.

This was a methodological study that verified the validity and reliability by translating and modifying the Korean Version of LRM (leader rapport management) tool. This study verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity and convergent validity on 200 nurses working in general hospitals. The LRM tool was analyzed using a total of 3 factors (ego, autonomy, association) and 12 items. The reliability of this tool (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$) was 0.83 to 0.86. The tool showed a high level of reliability and validity. The difference from preceding studies showed that the LRM is a measurement tool that considers multi-dimensional aspects, and it can provide the basic material of report management methods in diverse aspects for clinical nurse managers.

VNC is one of popular thin client computing systems, which supports cross-platform remote control using the RFB protocol. Unfortunately, since VNC does not provide functions specially designed for collaboration, it is difficult to collaborate effectively through the remote control function of VNC. In this paper, we present the extension of the UltraVNC server and the JavaViewer client which are one of open-source VNC systems. For effective real-time collaboration, the extended VNC provides three kinds of access authorities to control the collaboration server: administrator, worker, and spectator. The administrator can control the access authorities of the users through the access control tool, newly provided in the extended JavaViewer. The workers can access the resources of the remote server, whereas the spectator cannot handle those remote resources, only monitoring the remote server. In addition, the extended VNC provides the one-click connection facility for easy connection to the collaboration server from many collaboration participants.

응용시스템 개발생산성에 대한 연구는 지금까지 프로그래머의 생산성이라는 미시적 수준에 그치는 경향을 보여왔으며 시스템개발 생명주기의 전반적 영향에 중점을 둔 거시적 수준의 생산성의 개념으로 확대되지 못해왔다. 본 연구에서는 거시적 수준의 응용시스템 개발생산성에 초점을 맞추어 생산성 측정치들을 검토하고 또 다양한 생산성 향상 방법을 비교하는데 그 목적이 있다. 응용시스뎀 개발 백로그가 Nolan의 정보시스템의 확장 단계에 구분없이, 또한 기타의 컴퓨팅 활동들로 특징지워지는 다양한 정보기술 환경을 가진 조직들 내에서 널리 퍼져 있는 것으로 본 연구결과에 나타났다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 '거시적/관리적 차원의 접근이 응용시스템 개발생산성 향상을 통한 개발 백로그의 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다' 라는 일차적 가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날의 정보시스템 관리자들은 생산성 향상을 위하여 미시적/기술적 차원의 접근방법에 주력하는 경향을 보이고 있으나, 본 연구를 통하여 거시적/관리적 차원의 접근방법과 도구의 사용에 더 많은 노력을 기울임으로써 균형잡힌 정보관리정책을 갖게 되기를 바란다.

Role Based Access Control(RBAC) reduces the cost of administering access control policies as well as making the process less error-prone. Administration tool is most important component in the concept of RBAC. The administration tool for the RBAC security system must be maintain the integrity of user-role and role-role relationships in the RBAC Database. Therefor, it is required set functions, properties defining integrity of database. When it will be designed security systems which is applying RBAC policy on the Linux(server system environments, this paper defines integrity of database for user-role and role-role relationships, and we propose formal specification of operation in order to manage these relationships. The proposed formal specification leads to the consistency requirements for the RBAC database which are defined as a set of relationship. Also, this paper can easily derive the implementation of the RBAC administration tool by formal specification of operations. It leads us tn the minimal set for a more efficiently implementation of administration tool.

최근의 정보화환경을 반영한 정보화 관리방법과 도구의 통합 활용에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이제는 기존 프로젝트관리 방식만으로는 다원화된 업무, 고객 요구를 충족시키지 못한다. EA, PMO 등 보다 발전된 방법들을 도입하고 활용해야 한다. 그러나 아직도 공공부문 정보화추진에 유용한 개념과 도구들을 통합적으로 활용하지 못하는 것이 현실이다. 공공부분 정보화 정책 환경이 변했지만 아직 현실에 맞게 그러한 사항들이 반영되어 있지 않다. 변화에 맞게 적절한 수단과 방법을 개발하고 지속적으로 발전시키지 못하면 기대한 효과를 거두기도 어렵다. 이제는 CIO 등 정보화를 추진하는 여러 주체가 범정부 EA, IT거버넌스, IT아웃소싱, 각종 지침과 기준 등을 통해 업무생산성을 제고할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법에 대한 제시가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 EA기반의 PMO제도 적용 활용을 위해 방법론 및 도구의 통합적 활용이 가능한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 기존 연구결과, 정책, 사업에 대한 문헌연구 및 분석 등을 통해 함의를 도출한다. 결과는 공공부문 정보화 추진 시 생산성 제고를 위한 참조 및 연관되는 유사 IT정책을 추진할 때 방향 정렬(Alignment)에 필요한 시사점 제공과 선행연구로서 의미가 있으리라 기대한다.

내장 프로세서에서 실행되는 응용 프로그램 개발환경에서는 타겟에서 실행될 프로그램을 호스트에서 개발하여 타겟에서 실행되도록 구성한다. 내장 프로세서 응용 개발 환경의 중심을 이루는 호스트-타겟 연결 미들웨어(이후 타겟서버라 칭함)를 개발하였다. 타겟서버는 전단부, 후단부 인터페이스를 통하여 호스트에서 개발된 목적모듈을 타겟시스템에 로딩시키는 기능을 한다. 또한, 호스트에서 운용되는 타겟 접근도구의 요구사항을 전송하고 타겟의 정보를 호스트 도구에게 전송하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 역할을 수행하기 위하여 내부 모듈에서 리더, 로더, 타겟메모리 관리, 심볼테이블 관리모듈이 구현되었다. 이렇게 구현된 타겟서버는 기존의 호스트 시스템 도구에 연결되어 정확한 수행에 대한 테스팅 과정을 마쳤고 하나의 라이브러리로 지원되었다.

생산성 있는 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리를 위한 기술적, 산업적 전략은 웹 환경 하에서 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발(CBD : Component Based Development)로 점차 귀결되고 있다. 나아가 정보 공유의 투명성이나 비즈니스 로직의 독립적 패키징과 같은, 이 두 개의 기술들이 개별적으로 가지는 특성과 장점들을 결합한 웹 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 따라서 컴포넌트 중심의 웹 서비스를 위한 인프라 환경의 지원이 무엇보다 중요하게 되었다. J2EE는 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위한 가장 표준화된 플렛폼 중의 하나로, 다중 계층의 엔터프라이즈 솔루션을 위한 간단한 개발과 전개, 관리 방식을 보장한다. 본 논문에서는 CBD의 완성을 위한 실제적인 접근으로서 J2EE 환경의 EJB 컴포넌트를 위한 코드 자동 생성 도구를 개발한다. 이를 위해 EJB 컴포넌트를 구성하는 코드의 속성들을 분석하여 보편적인 EJB 컴포넌트의 템플리트를 설계하였다. 또한 도구 구축의 과정에서 세부적인 EJB 생성기의 구조와 기능적 특성을 명시화하고 개발에 필요한 EJB 컴포넌트 정보를 정의, 분류하였다.

최근 삼차원 가상 공간 객체를 편리하게 제작하기 위해서 가상 공긴 객체 저작도구들이 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 저작 도구를 이용하여 만들어진 삼차원 가상 공간 객체는 기계, 화학, 건축, 교육, 상업 등의 다양한 분야에서 그 응용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 저작도구에서는 삼차원 공간 객체를 순차 접근 방식을 사용한 파일 저장 시스템을 사용하기 때문에 객체의 삽입, 삭제, 갱신 및 탐색에 비효율적인 면이 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 고정 길이 속성을 가지는 객체의 관리에는 효율적이나 가변 길이 속성을 가지는 공간 기체의 관리에는 효율적이지 못하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 널리 사용되어지고 있는 관계형 데이타베이스 관리 시스템 중의 하나인 MySQL의 저장시스템을 변경하여 가변길이 속성을 가지는 삼차원 공간 객체의 저장과 관리에 효율적인 저장 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 그리고 확장된 $B^+$-트리를 사용하여 삼차원 객체의 빠른 검색을 지원한다.

KMS에서 지식전달 및 지식공유를 위한 커뮤니케이션 도구는 필수적인 요소지만 현재 국내 KMS에서 채택하고 있는 비실시간, 혹은 문자 중심의 커뮤니케이션 도구로는 지식전달 및 공유를 위한 조직원간의 커뮤니케이션 활성화가 불가능하다. 본 연구에서는 KMS의 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 위한 실시간 멀티미디어 인스턴트 메신저의 역할을 제시하였다. 제시된 KMS용 실시간 멀티미디어 시스템은 화상/음성통신, 문자/그래픽통신, 화이트보드통신, 화면공유, 그리고 에스코티드 브라우징과 같은 다양한 커뮤니케이션 방법을 제공하기 때문에 조직원간의 지식공유/전달, 공동작업, 그리고 사용자 편리성 및 접근성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
