Verification and Analysis of Stream Discharge at the Major Control Points of Geum River Basin (금강유역 주요 제어지점의 유출량 검증 및 분석)

  • 일반적으로 자연하천에서의 유량측정은 현장의 접근성 및 측정자의 작업숙련도 등의 문제로 인하여 측정자료의 신뢰도 저하는 물론, 강우관측이나 수위관측과 같이 연속적으로 유량자료를 확보하기에는 기술적, 경제적으로 매우 어려운 실정이다. 현재 실무에서는 연속적인 유량자료를 확보하기위해 하천수위와 관계로부터 수위-유량관계곡선(Rating Curve)을 작성한 후, 연속적으로 관측된 수위로부터 유량을 환산하여 유량자료를 생산하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 년강수량의 2/3가 홍수기인 $6{\sim}9$월 사이에 집중되는 반면, 갈수기인 10월에서 그 다음해인 3월까지는 년강수량의 1/5에 불과함에 따라 하천유황의 계절적 변동성이 심하게 발생하며, 이로 인해 홍수기를 전 후로 지속적인 하상변동이 발생하여 수위-유량관계를 크게 왜곡시키고 있다. 특히 본 연구의 대상유역인 금강수계 상 하류 5개 지점에서는 년유출량의 상대오차가 10%이하인 경우가 11%에 불과하여 왜곡된 수위-유량관계로부터 산정된 유량자료의 신뢰도는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 유역유출예측시스템(RRFS)의 실제 적용성을 평가하고 확장 보완하기 위해, 하천 본류의 제어지점(Control Point) 및 소유역 출구지점의 유량자료에 대한 신뢰도를 평가함은 물론, RRFS 주요제어지점에 대한 유출특성을 파악하고자 한다.

Emotion of People with Visual Disability for Enhancing Web Accessibility (웹 접근성 향상을 위한 시각장애인과 일반인의 감성 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the emotional responses of people with visual disability with those of normal people and to understand their similarity or differences in order to apply the new understandings into the future research on Web Accessibility Guidelines. For this purpose, a Web survey system was developed using 15 auditorial stimuli prepared based on the Media Taxonomy and 11 emotion measuring criteria selected from the literature review. After developing the system, emotional responses of 31 people with visual disability and 53 normal people were collected through the Web. The results of the survey showed that the emotional responses of people with visual disability were similar to those of normal people, although there were some exceptional cases. Therefore, it is clear that emotional needs of people with disability should be taken count of in the Web accessibility discussions and further in-depth studies on the emotional characteristics of people with disability are necessary.

  • Since discount stores should be operated mostly by the non-human resources regarding the natural characteristics of the business, it is possibly said that their physical environments have been extremely significant. This study attempts to develop the measurement items and construct factors which are especially relevant to the physical environments of the discount stores and examine how the customer satisfaction and intention influence on these construct factors. These provide a useful framework for understanding the problems of measuring and evaluating the physical environments of discount stores. The final factor analysis for each construct factors resulted as four factors, and two categories(amenity and convenience) represented the characteristics of same construct such as the visibility. Then convenience is eliminated, and an attempt was made to add the new variable what is called the visibility. As a result, final construct factors that would be used in this study are made of four items; amenity, accessibility, POP and visibility. This study utilizes the LISREL 8.12 to evaluate the validity of factor structures and measurement model involving the physical environment in discount store. Finally, for the success of the projects, I think that it is necessary to provide comprehensive efforts continuously.

  • 본 논문에서는 하이브리드자동차(hybrid vehicle)의 고전원 전기장치 및 전기배선 충전부의 인체 접촉에 의한 감전사고의 예방을 위한 전기적 연속성의 측정방법에 대하여 논하였다. 인체 감전 보호를 위한 기본 대책으로 충전부의 기본절연, 충전부 접근에 대한 보호(배리어, 인클로져 등)가 있다. 하이브리드자동차의 전기적 연속성과 관련된 시험방법은 UNECE, ISO, Japan Attachment 등에서 언급하고 있다. 이들 기준에서 전기적 연속성은 $0.1{\Omega}$ 이하를 유지하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하이브리드자동차의 전기적 연속성 측정 방법에 있어 외국의 기준과 규격의 내용을 검토하고 전기적 연속성 측정방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 학교나 기업체 등의 네트워크가 인터넷을 통해 공유되면서 누구에게나 접속이 허용되어 많은 보안상의 문제가 발생하게 되었다 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 기존의 호스트 기반 보안 정책에서 네트워크 기반의 보안 시스템으로 침입차단 시스템을 설치하지만 침입차단 시스템은 보안을 위하여 최소 권한만을 인정하므로 사용자에게 투명한 서비스를 제공해주지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 침입차단 시스템에 프록시를 두어서 서비스의 투명성을 제공하고 강력한 보안 기능을 갖는 FTP 프록시 보안모델(FTP-PSM : FTP Proxy Security Model)을 설계 및 구현을 하고 원격 보안 탐색 도구인 SAINT를 이용하여 FTP-PSM의 안전에 대한취약성 여부를 분석하고 보안기능과 성능과의 관계를 응답시간 측정을 통해 측정함으로써 평가하였다 FTP-PSM은 강한 인증 기능을 위하여 일회용패스워드기능을 제공하고 정당한 사용자에게 서비스 제공여부를 결정하기 위해 강제적 접근제어와 임의적 접근제어 기능 그리고 FTP 명령어 사용 권한을 사용자 그룹별로 인증하는 기능을 제공하여 FTP 보안의 문제점을 해결한다.

Using AHP to Develop a Rehabilitation Room Management Model for Fire Officers at Disaster Sites (재난현장 소방공무원의 회복실 운영모델 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide an operational model of the rehabilitation room for fire officers at disaster sites to improve the safety and resilience of fire officers. Therefore, we analyzed the operation related elements of the rehabilitation room-such as overseas rehabilitation room operation cases and previous studies- and managed different factors including, but not limited to, management and human resources, equipment and facility, and accessibility and convenience factors; afterward, the relative importance and importance of sub-layers in each field were measured. The priority of items for the operation of the rehabilitation room for fire officers at disaster sites was elucidated; after expert analysis, it was found that human resources were the most crucial factor. Finally, it was found that, in descending order, accessibility and convenience, administrative, equipment, and facility factors were also essential. Based on this, we proposed a rehabilitation room operation guideline for disaster sites.

An Analysis of Accessibility to the Living SOC for 'n-Minute City' Plan: the Case of Changwon City (n분 도시 계획을 위한 생활SOC 접근성 분석 - 창원시 사례 -)

  • As a part of domestic and international 'Time-Urban Planning,' the concept of 'n-minute city' is being discussed. However, relevant research in this area remains insufficient. Particularly in South Korea, studies focusing on n-minute cities based on accessibility are notably lacking. Therefore, this study aims to investigate Changwon City, dividing it into urban and non-urban areas. For each of the eight different aspects of 'Living SOC', we analyze accessibility and propose fundamental directions for creating n-minute cities in Changwon. The data are collected at a 100×100m cell level, including population and the location of SOC facilities. The road network data are also constructed, and the network analysis method of QGIS employed to measure accessibility to each facility. The results indicate that in urban areas, the average travel time to Living SOC is approximately 12 minutes. However, even within urban areas, locations on the outskirts take around 16 minutes, showing some variation compared to the city center. Non-urban areas have an average travel time of about 18 minutes, indicating poor accessibility. Additionally, there is significant variability in travel time to facilities depending on the specific cell in non-urban areas, necessitating targeted solutions. Considering the ongoing population decline in South Korea, achieving n-minute cities requires not only reconsidering customized facility supply and placement based on regional characteristics but also fundamentally restructuring urban spaces through strategies such as compact cities to optimize land use.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the economic effect of educational investment. In order to finding this. I have investigated to historical background of educational investment and as the method of analysis I examined the rate of return approach such as the residual approach. and the simple correlations approach. Historically, economics of education has concentrated on surrounding the relationship between education and economy, which the implicit assumption that investment in education contributed to increase the quality and productivity of the labor force and thus raise future individual and national income levels. First of all, at this paper I found to need boldness to increasing the amount of education budget annually and also positively studying about economics of education in Korea for high and good quality analysis of expansion economy and education.

  • This study discusses attempt of utilizing the natural frequencies to evaluate the effective stress of post-tensioned, external tendon in field. This type of structure has distinct advantage of good accessibility of tendon, which is considered to be one of essential elements in entire bridge. Six tendons in single span of PSC bridge were applied. They were excited using an impact hammer and corresponding vibrations were measured using multiple accelerometers. The stiff string model in idealized conditions was used to evaluate the effective stress in tendons.
