기존의 역할기반 접근통제(RBAC: Role Based Access Control) 모델은 역할(R), 사용자(U), 접근권한 할당(A), 접근권한의 상속성의 관계에 의해 접근통제를 실행할 때. 하위역할에 할당된 사용자의 모든 접근권한은 상위역할에 할당된 사용자의 접근권한에 상속됨으로서 권한의 집중으로 인하여 최소권한 정책을 위배하고, 권한의 남용문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 RBAC 모델에서 제기되는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 역할에 보안등급(허용등급, 허용범위)을 이용하여 접근권한의 상속성을 제한하고, 속(보안등급, 부분순서)의 이론을 적용하여 접근권한의 흐름을 통제할 수 있는 역할계층 접근통제 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 역할의 특정영역을 지정함으로서 부분적인 역할계층을 구성할 수 있기 때문에 새로운 역할을 추가하거나 제거를 용이하게 할 수 있고, 역할의 계층구조를 간편하게 갱신할 수 있게 항으로서 다단계 보안시스템에서도 효과적으로 접근통제를 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 대규모 보안시스템으로 확장할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.

정보기술에 대한 투자가 증대되고 그 전략적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템의 효과성 평가문제는 실무적으로나 학문적으로나 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 되었다. 정보시스템의 효과성은 보는 관점에 따라 여러 가지의 개념을 내포하고 있어 단일의 기준으로는 평가될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 효과성을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 평가의 목적에 따라 적절한 기준을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 개념적 틀을 구축하였다. 조직이론에서 제시하고 있는 효과성 평가의 세가지 접근방법인 자원획득 접근법, 내부과정 접근법, 목표달성 접근법을 정보시스템의 기능인 정보기술의 가치부가 활동에 적용하여 정보기술의 획득, 정보기술의 전환, 정보기술의 활용이라는 세가지 평가영역을 도출하였다. 또한 평가기준의 완전성 정도에 따라 각 영역별 세부 평가기준과 대표적인 측정치를 제시하였다.

자연계에서 빈번히 목격되는 군집 현상과 그 효용성의 고찰에 기인하여, 최근 다중 이동 로봇의 협업에 대한 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있다. 그 중, 본 논문에서는 다중 이동 로봇의 군집 제어 방법론들을 설명하고, 그와 관련된 최신 결과들도 소개한다. 특히 군집 제어 문제를 해결하기 위한 대표적인 방식인 행동 기반 접근법, 가상 구조 접근법, 선도-추종 접근법, 그래프 이론 기반 접근법 위주로 소개한다.

The development of a web has made our life more convenient than ever before; however, the elderly and disabled people have not advantage on it. Due to "Anti-Discrimination against and Remedies for Persons with Disabilities Act" enacted in 2008, the importance of web accessibility education has been important, but education on the web accessibility has not been actively implemented yet. Thus, in this paper the trends of web accessibility education in both domestic government agencies and private organizations are reviewed. In addition, its trends on the foreign government agencies, private organizations, and institutions of universities are summarized. To achieve this research goal, literature review was carried out and data collected from the both domestic and foreign countries were compared. Based on the review, the way to vitalize web accessibility education in Korea is discussed. The contribution of this paper is that web accessibility education of domestic and foreign institutions are compared for the first time and thereby, the implications for activating web accessibility education are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand changes experienced by participants in group bibliotherapy. For this purpose, individual interviews were conducted with 14 adults who were chosen by the best bibliotherapists through peer nomination and the results were analyzed by grounded theory, which is one sort of qualitative research method. This study has a significant meaning to provide a foundation of understanding of group bibliotherapy by exploring participants' experiences in depth through grounded theory approach and revealing the changes experienced and process of group bibliotherapy.

본 연구는 고령사회 도래에 따른 고령층 정보격차해소 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 정보격차에 관한 이론적 쟁점을 살펴본 후 해외 주요국들의 고령층 정보격차해소 현황을 소개하고, 고령사회 도래에 따라 고령층의 정보사회 참여를 촉진하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 방안을 고찰하고 있다. 향후 빠르게 진행될 고령사회에 대응하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 정책방안으로서 정보격차 진화의 단계별로 제1유형, 제2유형, 제3유형으로 분류하여 정책방안을 제시하였다. 제1유형에서는 정보의 접근성, 제2유형에서는 정보의 활용성, 그리고 제3유형에서는 정보의 수용성을 기준으로 정보격차가 분화된다. 이 유형들은 그 일부가 정책방안을 구상함에 있어 중복 고려될 수 있다. 제1유형에서는 보편적 접근 및 서비스를 지향하는 입장에서 정보기기에 대한 균등한 접근기회 보장 및 인적 네트워크 강화를 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이다. 제2유형과 제3유형에서는 고령층의 사회참여 역량을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 하기 위하여 정보활용 능력 및 세대 간 의사 소통 능력의 증진이 중요하게 고려되어야하겠다. 이와 같은 대응방안을 체계적이고 지속적인 대책으로 접근해 나갈 필요가 있다.

Recently, as the types of services that can be enjoyed in mobile telecommunication networks such as social networks and video streaming are increasing, mobile users(MUs) can access mobile contents easily by consuming mobile data. However, under a mobile telecommunication environment, MUs have to pay a high data fee to a network service provider(SP) in order to enjoy contents. The 'data sponsor' technique, introduced as a way to solve this problem, has attracted attention as a breakthrough method for enhancing contents accessibility of MUs. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that determines the optimal discount rate through the Stackelberg game in the data sponsor environment. We also propose an algorithm to design edge caching, which caches highly popular content for MUs on edge server, through many-to-many matching game. Simulation results clearly indicate that the profit for CP's content consumption is improved by about 6~11%, and the profit of CP according to the ratio of edge caching is improved by about 12% than the other existing schemes under data sponsor environment.

This paper proposes new algorithms of accessibility indices to analyze the connectivity of the Korean highway network. First of all, we find a transportation network that presents Korea's highway network in graphs in 2011 and 2017. And we analyze and compare the nation's highway network in 2011 and 2017 using concepts such as associated number, the relative distance, the accessibility, the degree of connectivity, the index of dispersion, the diameter of graph theory. To do this, an algorithm is presented which can easily obtain various accessibility indices from a given transportation network. Using the simulation results of this study, we can find city that is the center of traffic in the highway transportation network. In addition, cities that are included in the network but are relatively underdeveloped can be found and used as basic data for enhancing the connectivity of the nationwide traffic in the future. Moreover, the proposed algorithms of accessibility indices, which are modeled on highway transport networks, can help identify the accessibility space structure of each city and provide criteria for efficient and reasonable selection of alternatives in various regional planning processes, including transportation.

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

시계열 자료의 분석과 예측은 수문학분야에서 매우 중요하면, 최근 들어 특정한 수문시계열에서 카오스 특성이 발견되고 있다. 카오스 특성을 갖는 수문시계열의 예측에 있어, 기존의 거의 모든 연구는 시스템의 특성을 파악한 뒤 예측을 실시하는 표준접근법이 채택되어왔다. 그러나 Phoon 등은 시스템의 특성분석에 앞서 예측을 실시하고, 상태공 매개변수가 시스템의 특성분석단계가 아닌 예측단계에서 평가되는 가역접근법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 Phoon 등이 제안한 가역접근법과 기존에 널리 적용되어온 표준접근법을 실제 일유출량 자료에 적용함으로써, 가역접근법의 적용성을 검토하고 카오스 시계열의 특성을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 비선형 예측 기법으로는 카오스이론이 적용된 부분근사화 기법을 이용하였다. 카오스 특성분석을 통해, Bear 강 일유출량 시계열 자료에서 카오스 특성이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 표준접근법과 가역접근법을 이용하여 Bear 강의 일유출량 자료에 대하여 예측을 실시한 결과, 카오스 특성을 갖는 일유출량 시계열 자료의 단기 예측의 우수성을 알 수 있었으면, 가역접근법이 표준접근법에 비해 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 특히, 가역접근법은 예측단계에서 예측시간(T)에 대하여 예측매개변수를 최적화시킴으로써 보다 정밀한 예측을 할 수 있었으며, 시스템에 대한 정보손실이 발생하였을 경우 예측에 대한 상태공간 매개변수를 다시 추정해야 하는 표준접근법에 비해 실제적 적용성이 매우 우수하였다.
