Benjamin, Lusht, and Shilling(1998) suggested that the level of deposit can be used as a tool to resolve the problem of adverse selection by the leaseholder under the circumstance of information asymmetry. In this respect, this research aims to verify how the level of deposit and monthly rent mitigate the problem of information asymmetry existing in the office market in Seoul. So far, the analysis of the office market in Seoul has been difficult due to the fixed rate of deposit and monthly rent. This research attempts to adopt the concept of occupancy cost, a global standard indicator that would replace the default risk of monthly payment for analyzing the market. As a result of a series of empirical analysis, the lessors tend to add about 9 percent of risk premium to the occupancy cost to hedge against the default risk of monthly payment. It allows for estimating at what extent one should reflect the leaseholder's default risk of monthly payment for operating deposit and monthly rent in the office building lease market.

In this study, we investigate the interrelationship between housing tenure and childbirth by exploiting the correlation probability effect method that accounts for household heterogeneity. Using the newlywed household panel from 2011 to 2022, we find that home ownership has a positive impact on childbirth in newlyweds. Specifically, newlywed households with housing tenure show a 6.2%p higher birth rate and a 5.7%p higher second childbirth than newlywed households living in rented houses. For the case of first childbirth, we employ the probability effect probit model since the endogeneity was not detected between housing tenure and birth rate. We document the differential effects of housing tenure on childbirth in that the first childbirth rate is higher for households without housing tenures. The negative effects on first childbirth could be attributed to the economic burden due to initial housing ownership, while housing tenure could eventually provide housing stability, leading to positive effects on more than one childbirth. Finally, we identify that households with childbirth over the last year show a 4.2%p and 3.9%p lower probabilities of housing tenure in the total sample and second childbirth sample, respectively. This suggests that the increased living cost due to childbirth could delay home ownership.

분산 서비스 거부(DDoS: Distributed Denial of service)공격은 다수의 소스에서 특정 목적지에 대하여 동시에 비정상적으로 대량의 패킷을 전송함으로써 목적지의 대역폭이나 처리력을 점유하게 된다. 최근의 DDoS 공격 통계에 의하면 초당 최대 오백만 패킷에 이르는 공격과 함께, 초당 백만 패킷 이상의 여러 공격들이 발생하고 있음을 보여준다. 이와 같이 DDoS 공격은 그 규모가 커지고 있고, 회수도 빈번하여 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DDoS 공격 대비를 위한 비용과 공격 발생시 서비스 중단으로 인한 경제 손실 모델 사례연구에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 비용 효율적인 DDoS 공격 대응 및 완화 기법의 설계를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing tenure choice decisions of older households, with focus on the activity constraints of the householders. For analysis, the probit model based on the data of the householders over 55 years of age from the 2015 KLIPS data was implemented. The research findings indicate that the ownership choice probability decreases when the head of the household has activity or social activity constraints. If there is an activity restriction, it is considered that the possibility of self-residence will be low due to the increase in medical expenses, the possibility of participation in economic activities will be low, the possibility of early retirement will be high, and the income will decrease. Therefore, if the head of the household has a personal or social activity constraint, such case is more likely to be categorized as falling under the poor residential group. This result suggests that the activity constraint can be utilized as a useful index for the housing welfare policy considering physical vulnerability.

Today, third-generation(3G) of mobile communication service executing the video and TV. And low cost, high speed data rate will emerge communication of the fourth generation(4G) in future. So, in this paper we studied occupied frequency bandwidth of common technique criteria among the technique criteria for the 4G mobile communication of FDD-based on Up/Down-link. The mobile communication traffic is predicted Up/Down-link of non-symmetric in future. So we proposed the PHY layer parameters of occupied frequency bandwidth of Up/Down-link with both 1:3 and 1:6. We also verified this through the simulation. We proposed the occupied frequency bandwidth for the 4G mobile communication in this paper.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서, 모든 IT 자원은 가상화된 자원(Virtualized Resource)의 형태로 클라우드 서비스 사용자에게 제공되고 사용자는 자신이 점유한 시간만큼만 자원 사용 비용을 클라우드 서비스 제공자에게 지불하면 된다. 서비스 제공자는 서비스 사용자가 처리하고자 하는 어플리케이션의 특성을 고려하여 온디맨드(On-demand) 및 예약형(Reserved) 가상 자원 가격 정책을 제공한다. 따라서 서비스 사용자는 서비스 제공자의 제안 가격 정책을 기반으로 어플리케이션의 처리 예상 시간 및 지불 비용을 고려하여 효율적인 자원 요청 계획을 수립해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 브로커링 시스템(Cloud Brokering System)을 통해 자원 할당 정책을 수행하여 연동된 다중 사용자에게 비용 효율적인 자원을 제공하는 구조 및 프로세스를 소개한다.

중국의 오리사육수는 710백만수로 전세계의 69%를 차지하고 있으며, 세계 최대 오리생산국으로 전세계 생산량의 70% 가까이를 점유하고 있으나 자국의 소비량이 많으며 비교적 값이 싼 사료와 노동력에 의한 생산 비용이 저렴한 반면 물류 등 수송기반은 열악한 편이다. 또한 중국의 오리산업은 생산부문에서 규모화, 전업화 단계에 있어 향후 발전이 기대되고 있으며 우리나라에 비해 오리고기를 다양하게 이용하고 있고, 특히 부산물인 근위, 발, 혀, 간, 염통, 창자 등의 이용이 활발하다.

최근의 재해발생 추이를 보면 1997년 이후 감소하던 재해자 및 사망자는 증가추세에 있다. 2001년도 산업재해통계의 경우를 보면 사망 만인율은 전년동기와 비교하여 감소(2.67$\longrightarrow$12.59)한 반면, 재해자는 11,297명이 늘었고 재해율도 증가하였다. 특히, 50인 미만 소규모 사업장에서 발생한 재해자가 전체 재해자의 69.5%를 점유하며, 전년대췽 전체재해자 증가 11,297명을 상회하는 11,392명이 50인 미만 사업장에서 증가하였다.(중략)

당뇨병은 이제 하나의 사회적 유행병으로 우리에게 다가오고 있다. 지난 30여년간 당뇨병으로 인한 유병률이 6-7배 증가하였는데, 이 증가 속도는 선진국들의 그것 보다 훨씬 빨라 조만간 우리나라의 당뇨병 유병률이 OECD 국가 중 최고 수준에 이를 수도 있음을 보여준다. 또한 우리나라 당뇨병의 합병증은 무척 흔해 새로 신대체요법을 받는 환자들의 70.5%에서 당뇨병이 동반되어 있을 정도이다. 당뇨병으로 인한 사망도 급속히 늘어 최근 20년간 3배가 증가하였으며 이제 우리나라 사망원인의 4위를 차지하게 되었다. 그 결과로 당뇨병으로 인한 의료비용 지출도 늘어 최근 10여년간 당뇨병 관련 총 진료비가 7배 증가하였으며, 전체 건강보험 총 진료비의 5분의 1을 점유할 정도가 되었다.

항공기 내에서 단일코어 기반의 임무컴퓨터를 포함하는 연합형 항공전자 모델은 항공기의 임무 요구도 증대와 전장 환경의 변화에 따라 기내 데이터 양이 급격히 증가하여 비행 운용 프로그램(OFP)의 실시간성 및 처리성능에 한계를 보인다. 또한 분산된 임무컴퓨터의 공간점유와 무게 및 높은 전력소비가 발생하므로, 본 연구에서는 실시간 운영체제 모듈을 적용한 멀티코어 기반의 통합 모듈형 시스템(IMA) 플랫폼을 제시하여 비용과 체적을 감소시킨 개발 환경을 제공한다.
