  • 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 사회기반시설물의 계획 및 운영관리에 있어 데이터 분석을 통한 가치추출에 대한 관심은 매우 높은 상황이다. 데이터의 가용성과 접근성, 정부 지원 등을 평가하는 공공데이터 개방지수에서 한국은 1점 만점에 0.93점을 획득하여 경제협력개발기구 회원국 중 1위(2019년 기준)를 할 정도로 매우 높은 수준(평균 0.60점)이다. 그러나 공식적으로 발표 및 배포되는 사회기반시설물 관련 정보와 심도 있는 연구 분석이 필요한 정보는 접근이 여전히 제한적이라 할 수 있다. 특히 대표적인 사회기반시설물인 상수도시스템은 대부분 국가중요시설로 지정되어 있어 다양한 정보를 획득하고 분석하는데 제약이 존재하며, 관련 국가통계인 상수도통계에서는 누수사고 등과 같은 비정상적 상황에 대한 사고지점, 원인 등과 같은 세부정보는 제공하고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹크롤링 및 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 과거 일정기간 발생한 지자체의 상수도 누수사고 관련 뉴스를 전수조사하고 도출된 사고건수를 국가 공인 정보인 상수도통계자료와 비교·분석하였다. 독립적인 누수사고 기사를 추출하기 위해서 중복기사의 제거, 누수 관련 키워드 정립, 상수도분야 이외의 관련기사 제거 등의 절차가 필요하며, 이와 같은 기법은 R프로그래밍을 통해 구현되었다. 추가적으로 뉴스기사의 자연어 처리기반 정보추출기법을 통해 누수사고 건수 뿐만 아니라 사고발생일, 위치, 원인, 피해정도, 그리고 대상 관로의 크기 등을 획득하여 상수도 통계에서 제시하고 있는 정보보다 많은 가치를 추출하여 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법론을 국내 A광역시에 적용하여 누수사고 건수를 비교한 결과 상수도통계에서 제시하고 있는 누수발생건수와 유사한 규모의 사고건수를 뉴스기사분석을 통해 도출할 수 있었다. 제안된 방법론은 추가적인 정보의 추출이 가능하다는 점에서 향후 활용성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.

Secondary Beginning Teachers' Views of Scientific Inquiry: With the View of Hands-on, Minds-on, and Hearts-on (과학탐구에 대한 중등 초임교사의 인식: Hands-on, Minds-on, Hearts-on의 관점으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate beginning teachers' views of scientific inquiry envisioned in science education reform, which is the main goal of science education at schools. Teachers' views about scientific inquiry influence their students' learning in the classroom, so it is significant to investigate teachers' views about the scientific inquiry. 126 beginning science teachers participated in this study. The survey asking teachers' view of general scientific inquiry, nature of science (NOS) and the relationship of science, technology, and society (STS), was developed and implemented for 30 minutes. Alternative views of scientific inquiry including NOS and STS were emerged through data analysis with open coding system. The reliability and validity of data collection and data analysis were constructed through the discussion with experts in science education. The results of this study were as follows. Participants defined scientific inquiry as opportunities of 'Hands-On' and 'Minds-On' or its combination rather than 'Hearts-On'. However, teachers demonstrated the view of 'Hands-On' for the purpose of scientific inquiry and for teachers' roles in its implementation. The view of 'Hearts-On' about scientific inquiry was not identified. The naive view of NOS were identified more than informative one. More positive attitude about the relationship of STS was released. The implication was made in teacher education, especially structured induction program for beginning teachers.

A Study on the Risk Control Measures of Ship's Collision (선박충돌사고 위험성 제어방안에 관한 연구)

  • The prevention of marine accidents has been a major topic in marine society for long time and various safety policies and Countermeasures have been developed and applied to prevent those accidents. In spite of these efforts, however significant marine accidents have taken place intermittently. Ship is being operated under a highly dynamic environments and many factors are related with ship's collision and those factors are interacting. So, the analysis on ship's collision causes are very important to prepare countermeasures which will ensure the safe navigation. This study analysed the ship's collision data over the past 10 years(1991-2000), which is compiled by Korea Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency. The analysis confirmed that ‘ship's collision’ is occurred most frequently and the cause is closely related with human factor. The main purpose of this study is to propose risk control countermeasures of ship's collision. For this, the structure of human factor is analysed by the questionnaire methodology. Marine experts were surveyed based on major elements that were extracted from the human factor affecting to ship's collision. FSM has been widely adopted in modeling a dynamic system which is composed of human factors. Then, the structure analysis on the causes of ship's collision using FSM are performed. This structure model could be used in understanding and verifying the procedure of real ship's collision. Furthermore it could be used as the model to prevent ship's collision and reduce marine accidents.

Analysis of a Naval Warship Accident and Related Risk (해군함정 사고사례 및 위험도 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Due to recent changes in the maritime traffic environment, naval warship accidents are constantly occurring. Especially in 2017, serious loss of life was caused by a US navy destroyer accident. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of naval warship accident cases and construct an accident scenario by using naval training materials, adjudication of naval warship accidents and US navy destroyer accident reports. Based on the surveyed data, the status of accidents was identified and cases were analyzed. We reproduced 17 accident cases in accordance with accident reproduction procedure and constructed naval warship accident scenarios. As a result of analyzing the CPA, TCPA and PARK model for risk, reproducing 17 naval ship accident cases, collision risk increased on average 5-6 minutes before an accident. The result of this study represents basic data for naval and simulation education materials, contributing to the prevention of marine accidents.

  • Cable-stayed bridges are infrastructure facilities of a highly public nature; therefore, it is essential to ensure operational safety and prompt response in the event of a collapse or damage caused by natural and social disasters. Among social disasters, impact accidents can occur in bridges when a vehicle collides with a pier or when crashes occur due to aircraft defects. In the case of offshore bridges, ship collisions will occur at the bottom of the pylon. In this research, a procedure to evaluate the structural behavior of a cable-stayed bridge for aircraft impact is suggested based on a numerical analysis approach, and the feasibility of the procedure is demonstrated by performing an example assessment. The suggested procedure includes 1) setting up suitable aircraft impact hazard scenarios, 2) structural modeling considering the complex behavior mechanisms of cable-stayed bridges, and 3) structural behavior evaluation of cable-stayed bridges using numerical impact simulation. It was observed that the scenario set in this study did not significantly affect the target bridge. However, if impact analysis is performed through various scenarios in the future, the load position and critical load level to cause serious damage to the bridge could be identified. The scenario-based assessment process employed in this study is expected to facilitate the evaluation of bridge structures under aircraft impact in both existing bridges and future designs.

해양사고 인적오류 예방을 위한 해심 주제어 분석에 관한 고찰

  • 해양사고 원인의 대부분을 차지하는 인적오류 예방은 해양안전에 가장 중요하며 인적오류는 확률기반의 인적 모델을 구축하여 평가할 수 있다. 확률기반 인적 모델을 구축하기 위해 사건의 원인과 결과 사이에 연계성을 갖고 있는 통계 데이터가 필요하다. 이러한 데이터는 정부 공식통계로서 해양안전심판원에서 제공하는 재결서의 내용 분석을 통해 얻고자 하나, 측정변수가 너무 많아 계산량이 방대하다. 본 연구에서는 재결서 분석서의 원인판단에서 기준이 되는 해양안전심판원의 해양사고조사심판정보포털(이하 해심)에서 제공하는 재결서 내용의 핵심적인 내용으로 구성된 '주제어 '데이터를 활용하여 주제어에 포함된 핵심단어 분석절차를 수립하였다. 이들 단어가 구분형태별로 어떻게 분포된 상태인지 알아보고, 선박사고별로 최적으로 설명할 수 있는 단어 객체수를 검토해보고자 한다. 향후 축소된 차원으로도 해양사고 인적과실의 인과관계 설명이 가능하면, 인적모델의 측정변수를 결정하는 경우 쉽게 타당성을 확인 할 수 있어 해양안전을 위한 중요한 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

  • 2000년대에 접어들어 컴퓨터가 보급화 되면서, 컴퓨터를 도구로 하는 범죄가 폭발적으로 증가하기 시작하였다. 컴퓨터 시스템에 접근하여 중요 정보를 빼돌리거나, 범죄의 목적이 되는 해킹과 같은 정보보호 침해사고가 크게 증가하였으며, 컴퓨터를 이용한 정상적인 서비스를 방해하는 형태의 디지털 범죄들이 다수 발생하기 시작하였다. 따라서 범죄 수사 과정에서 전자 매체에 대한 분석이 필수 불가결한 요소로 등장하고 있으며, 이를 분석하려는 디지털 포렌식 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 전자 매체에 기록되는 디지털 정보는 보관이 편리하지만 삭제와 복제가 용이하므로 디지털 증거는 매우 세심하게 다루어야 하며, 수사관에 의한 의도적인 훼손이 없었음을 증명할 수 있는 절차와 제도가 필요하다. 국내에서는 적법한 수사 절차와 무결성을 보장하기 위하여 '절차 연속성(chain-of-custody)'을 제공하는 수사 가이드라인을 제작하였으며, 체계적인 수사를 수행 하고 있다.[4] 이와 더불어 포렌식 수사 과정에서 물리적인 접근을 통해 디지털 저장 매체에 대한 복구할 수 있는 방법이 존재하며, 이에 대한 구체적인 방안을 논한다.[1]

Positive Thinking as a Mediator of the Relationship between Emotional Expressivity and Public Speaking Anxiety of University Freshmen's (대학신입생의 정서표현성과 발표불안 관계에서 긍정적사고의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of positive thinking in the relationship between emotional expressivity and public speaking anxiety. Participants were recruited from one university freshmen located in Gwangju city. Data were collected from 146 university freshmen. The self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the level of positive thinking, emotional expressivity, public speaking anxiety. The SPSS WIN 23.0 version program was used with Baron and Kenny's 3-Step mediating effect and Sobel test. It was examined whether there was a mediating effect of positive thinking on emotional expression and presentation anxiety. In the second stage, emotional expressivity showed a significant effect on presentation anxiety. In stage 3, emotional expressivity was not statistically significant in presentation anxiety, and positive thinking was statistically significant in presentation anxiety. Positive thinking had a total mediating effect(z=-4.57, p<.001) in the relationship between emotional expressivity and public speaking anxiety. To reduce the public speaking anxiety among university freshmen, it is necessary to develop interventions that enhance positive thinking in addition to providing emotional expressivity.
