악 환경 작업에서의 로봇 시스템 적용사례

  • 그 동안 투자가치를 기준으로 국내 가전 및 자동차산업 분야에서 고품질작업을 위한 로봇 시스 템(소형부품 조립과 스폿, 아크용접 및 실릴용 등)의 도입이 대기업을 중심으로 활발히 전개되어 왔으나, 90년대에 들어서면서 로봇 적용기술력의 향상과 로봇 시스템가격의 하락에 힘입어 열 악한 작업환경에서 작업인력을 대치할 수 있고, 다품종 소량생산에 적용할 다기능 및 지능로봇 시스템의 도입이 활발하게 검토되고 있다. 여기서는 이러한 제조업 분야의 자동화동향변화에 부응하여, 열악한 작업환경을 지닌 주물공장에서 3D 작업환경을 기피하는 작업자를 대신하고, 공장자동화의 한 셀(CELL)로서 연계자동화에 적용할 수 있는 주물소재의 가스절단 로봇 시스템 및 다버링 로봇 시스템에 대하여 당사의 개발적용 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • Recently, the demand for pollution-free demolition work of old reinforced concrete and steel structure has rapidly increased as the redevelopment of urban area has been accelerated. This study deals with linear shape charges for explosive jet cutting on steel structure. We have tested material and shape of steel structure, characteristics of thickness and strength, shape of linear shape charges, type of shape charges, cumulative charges, type of liner, stand-off distance, detonation method. effect of sound and vibration by air blast in explosive jet cutting method. So, We developed linear shape charges in order to take advantage of optimum explosive jet cutting condition. Shape charges were made of PETN explosives. We obtained the experimental formula to decide the amount of explosive needed for thickness of steel structure plate. There are prospects for application of the explosion curving technology under the open space conditions for dismantling the steel structure and steel bridge, scrapped old boats, which are going out of service.

Forecasting the Demand Areas of a Factory Site: Based on a Statistical Model and Sampling Survey (공장용지 수요 추정 모형 개발 및 수요예측)

  • In this paper, we have considered the problems of the estimation of the gross areas of a factory site relating to the areas of industrial complex lands based on a statistical forecasting model and the results of a sampling survey. In respect to the data of a gross areas of a factory site, we have only the sizes from 1981-2003. In 2009, the Korea Industrial Complex Corp. conducted a sampling survey to estimate its bulk size, and investigate the demands of its sizes for the next five years. In this study, we have adopted the sampling survey results, and have created a statistical growth model for the gross areas of a factory site to improve the prediction for the areas of a factory site. The three-different parts of data: the results of areas of a factory site by Korea National Statistical Office, imputation results by the statistical forecasting model, and sampling survey results have used as the basis for analysis. The combination of the three-different parts of data has created a new forecasting value of the areas of a factory site through the spline smoothing method.

  • Rebar work is a labor intensive operation, and with labor shortage and high-wage era, the cost is rising, so re-bar manufacturing system in plant is adapted. However there remains a lot of problems. Although manufacturing system in plant, which greatly effects the building's safety, endurance, and construction time, is an important phase in construction, it holds serious problem of quality and productivity deterioration due to its characteristic of intensive-labor and maintaining of old work methods resulting in poor management, and costs increase. Therefor in this study to investigate current situation and problems of rebar work in plant and to find methods of betterment, a survey was conducted to factory engineers in 18 companies.

  • Due to a shortage of professional labor and the stagnant construction industry in recent days, there has been an increasing demand for securing profitability through cost reduction. Though its importance in the cost and its great influence on the safety and durability of structures, the labor intensiveness of rebar work has caused a serious problem of rising cost accompanied by the loss of rebar materials. In the plant manufacturing process, rebar is cut and bent at the automated facilities and conveyed to the construction site, which makes it possible to manufacture higher-quality bars and to reduce the losses from rebar materials. Different from the expectation, however, this type of plant manufacturing still has not been active since its first introduction in 1990s. In this study, a research on the actual condition of rebar manufacturing plant has been implemented and a standardized rebar manufacturing has been provided as a way to activate rebar manufacturing.

  • 최근, 절삭가공 기술의 향상으로 공작기계의 자동화, 수치제어화가 되어 감에 따라 절삭가공 할때 생성되는 chip을 이용하게 처리할 수 있는 방법을 강구하는 것이 중요한 문제점으로 부각되고 있다. 절삭기계공장의 생산능률 및 합리화를 추진함에는 Chip의 원활한 처리법이 병행되지 않고는 단순히 공작기계의 개발, 개량만으로 해결되지 않는다고 본다. 절삭가공할 때 생성된 긴 chip이 공구와 공작물등에 감겨서 기물을 손상시킬 뿐만 아니라 Chip의 열로 인하여 공작물 또는 기계가 열변형을 받게 되는 경우가 있으므로 작업을 중지시켜서 작업원이 Chip 을 제거해야 할 번거러움 이 있다. 그러므로 chip 처리에 대한 연구보고는 Henriksen시대에서부터 시작하여 현재까지 많은 보고가 있다. 일반적으로 연속형 chip을 세단하는 방법으로는 불연속형 Chip법, 단속절삭법, 자동 절단촉진법 및 절단공구법으로 구분된다.

  • A 31-year old salesman living in 요eoul developed sudden피y abdominal pain due to intestinal obstruction. Exploratory laparotomy exhibited segmental jejunal cellulitis caused by penetrating Anisakis larva. The patient had eaten raw fish. The typical history of intestinal anisakiasis was presented with a short review of Korean patients of anisakiasis.

  • Friction between stone and saw of stone cutting machine generates the noise of 96-104 dB in the frequency range of 2kHz-8kHz, which may cause occupational hearing loss. By designing enclosures which are made of transparent acryl, PVC panel and absorption materials, about 15 dB noise reduction has been achieved in the stone cutting factory. It is demonstrated that this kind of enclosures can be effectively used to reduce the noise in the stone cutting factory.
