사회 전 분야에서 인터넷 이용이 활성화되어 인터넷 조사 여건이 조성되었고 적은 비용으로 신속하게 조사할 수 있다. 이런 조사환경 변화에 부응하고자 조사담당자가 조사와 설문지 설계, 조사실행, 자료입력과 통계분석의 전 조사과정을 총괄적으로 처리할 수 있는 범용적인 설문조사시스템을 구축하고 향후 발전방향을 제안하였다.

This study evaluated the overturning stability of portable tripod ladders used for high-altitude work such as tree management and pruning work in landscaping construction and management. Portable tripod ladders, which are included in general mobile or portable ladders frequently used in industrial sites, are supported in a triangular support structure, not a 4-point support like common A-type Ladders. In addition, since the working height is more than twice that of a mobile or portable ladder, the possibility of an overturning accident that threatens the safety of workers with a fall accident is high. Therefore, based on the overturning stability test specified in ANSI-ASC A14.7 and EN 131-Part 7, which are related standards for about 130 types of portable tripod ladders sold and used in Korea. An equation to calculate each moment according to working height was derived. Then, each calculated moment was compared to evaluate the safety factor for overturning and stability. As a result of the overturning stability evaluation according to each standard, when the provisions of EN 131-Part 7 were applied, portable tripod ladders with 8 steps in the rear direction and 6 steps or more in the side direction were evaluated as unstable against overturning, but according to ANSI-ASC A14.7 regulations. It was evaluated that the stability against overturning was secured in all directions and number of steps.

This paper proposed a novel do-interlacing algorithm using all direction edges estimation technique. In the proposed algorithm. previously developed the DOI(Direction-Oriented Interpolation) algorithm was used as a basis. The do-interlacing method was divided into two main parts. First, we should estimate edge direction. Then, missing pixel: were interpolated along with the decided edge. In this paper, after estimating the edge through the DOI algorithm considering high angle edge direction, missing pixels were interpolated by using the median filter. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is superior to the conventional algorithms in terms of the objective and subjective criteria.

이 글에서는 통신 전자전의 ESM과 ECM에 대한 일반적인 내용보다는, 그 중 한 특수 분야로서 전술 및 전략적으로 매우 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 전파방향 탐지 및 방해기법을 위주로 하여 운용면 보다는 기술적 이론을 보안에 저촉되지 않는 한도내에서 상세히 설명하였다. 전파 방향 탐지 기법에 대해서는 주요 기법들의 분류 및 설명, 장비 구성방법을 비롯하여 이를 운용하며 방위각을 구하고 자동망에 의하여 위치표정을 하기까지의 주요 사항들을 항목별로 정리하였으며, 전파 방해 기법에 대해서는 기법별 특성에 대한 간략한 비교, 장비 구성방법과 필수 핵심부에 대한 분석 등을 수록하므로써 전파 방향 탐지 및 방해 기법의 전반에 걸친 내용을 다루었다.

주요국의 보일러 및 압력용기의 기술기준 개발방향이 금속재료기술의 발달, 비파괴검사 기술의 개발, 용접기술의 급진전, 품질요건의 국제적인 규정의 제정 및 준수 등의 현상으로 볼 때 이를 대체적으로 수용하는 ASME Sec. III의 방향으로 통합되어 가는 느낌을 받고 있다. 따라서 우 리나라도 전담기구의 설립 또는 지정을 서둘러 장기적인 안목에서 체계적으로 대처하여야 급격히 변화하는 세계적인 기술흐름에 맞추어 우리의 관련산업이 지속적으로 발전 될 수 있으며 이와 관련된 기술개발방향이 바르게 갈 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 대부분의 지문 인식 알고리즘에서 전처리에 해당하는 부분인 이미지 세선화에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 알고리즘을 보면 지운 매칭을 하기 전에 이미지 이진화와 세선화, 방향성 추출, 특징점 추물을 거친 후에 지문의 매칭이 이루어지는 단계이다. 이런 단계를 줄이기 위해 본 논문에서는 세선화 과정에서 기존의 알고리즘을 쓰지않고 융선을 추적해 나가는 방법으로 세선화를 함과 동시에 방향성 추출과 특징점 추출을 함께 해 나갈 수 있는 방향을 제시하고 있다. 이렇게 됨으로써 인식 시간을 단축할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 '지문 인식의 전처리 과정 단축에 관한 연구'의 알고리즘의 구현에 대한 내용을 언급했으며, 향우 보완에 대한 내용을 다루고 있다[6]. 기존의 알고리즘을 보면 지문 매칭을 하기 전에 이미지 이진화와 세선화, 방향성 추출, 특징점 추출을 거친 후에 지문의 매칭이 이루어지는 단계이다. 이런 단계를 줄이기 위해 논문에서는 세선화 과정에서 기존의 알고리즘을 쓰지 않고 융선을 추적해 나가는 방법으로 세선화를 함과 동시에 방향성 추출과 특징점 추출을 함께 해 나갈 수 있는 방향을 제시하고 있다. 이렇게 됨으로써 인식 시간을 단축 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of panoramic radiography for diagnosis of temporomandibular joint. Five dry skulls were selected for this study and artificial osteophyte was attached to four different areas of the mandibular condylar head. And then, the author had taken panoramic radiographs with the head in conventional position, 25㎜ forward position and reverse position in mouth opening state. Three dental radiologists evaluated the radiographic images of osteophyte in 60 panoramic radiographs. The results were as follows: In conventional position, osteophyte on the anterolateral and anterocentral area of the condylar head was best seen (p<0.01). In 25㎜ forward position, osteophyte on the anterocentral and anteromedial area was best seen (p<0.05). In reverse position, osteophyte on the anterocentral area was best seen (p<0.05). Osteophyte on anteromedial area was better seen in 25㎜ forward position than in conventional position (p<0.05).
