Strategies assessment for the restoration of the natural nature of the Han River through weight analysis (가중치 분석을 이용한 한강 자연성회복 추진 전략 평가)

  • 한강 자연성 회복은 사회환경을 고려한 한강의 생태적 기능회복과 복원, 자연의 복원력을 기반으로 한 사람이 공생 공존하는 새로운 관계로의 전환점을 의미하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한강 유역권 산·학·연 관계자 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 한강 자연성 회복 비전과 추진전략을 도출한 결과, '맑은 물이 흐르는 강'(1순위), '더불어 사는 강'(2순위), '생명이 숨쉬는 강'(3순위), '살아 움직이는 강'(4순위)으로 정책방향을 수립할 수 있었다. 또한 설문조사의 결과를 바탕으로 AHP 및 델파이 분석을 통해 한강 상류, 중류(서울권, 경기권), 하류별 자연성 회복 평가지표간 가중치를 산정하여 주요 추진과제를 선정하였다. 상류유역에서는 비점오염원 관리를 통한 환경오염 감소, 중류 유역에서는 도심하천의 수질관리강화 및 물 순환 체계 개선, 하류 유역에서는 생물다양성 확보 및 상·하류 지역 협력을 통한 상수원 수질 개선의 방안 필요의 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 한강의 하천관리정책은 이수·치수 중심의 하천조성에서 하천생태복원 및 강과 사람과의 공존과 공생이 조화를 이룬 하천조성으로 관점이 변화되었음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 가중치 평가를 통한 최적 조합의 하천 관리방안이 도출되었다.

  • This study is to analyze the creation mechanism of exclusion and discrimination against the immigrant. The author approached studying up and used life history study method. Ten of anti-multiculturists participated this study. Data were collected by in-depth interview. The text of individual life history were analyzed by Mandelbaum(1973). The author analyzed the dimension of life, turning point and adaptation. The result as follows; I presented ① Plan of oneness ground, ② Searching new Sacrifice goat, ③ Transference of a inferiority complex for the mechanism of exclusion and discrimination against immigrant. Finally I proposed 「cross cultural education」, 「native participated integration program」, 「establishment of the strongpoint center for adjustment between native and immigrant and up bringing the professional in community.

  • Recently, it is important to process multimedia data efficiently. Especially, in case of retrieval of multimedia information, technique of user interface and retrieval technique are necessary. This paper proposes a new technique which detects cuts effectively in compressed image information by MPEG. A cut is a turning point of scenes. The cut-detection is the basic work and the first-step for video indexing and retrieval. Existing methods have a weak point that they detect wrong cuts according to change of a screen such as fast motion of an object, movement of a camera and a flash. Because they compare between previous frame and present frame. The proposed technique detects shots at first using DC(Direct Current) coefficient of DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform). The database is composed of these detected shots. Features are extracted by HMMD color model and edge histogram descriptor(EHD) among the MPEG-7 visual descriptors. And detections are performed in sequence by the proposed matching technique. Through this experiments, an improved video segmentation system is implemented that it performs more quickly and precisely than existing techniques have.

  • The various colors and transparency of DSC and operability unrelated with directions greatly expand the use of BIPV, as a multi-functional composite of module. Therefore the possibility of DSC BIPV is examined by the case study and the analysis and then its applicability is examined. Most of the DSC BIPVs, which are found through a total of six case studies and analyzes in Korea and abroad, are mainly implemented with window glass and shading devices. This is related to the DSC transparency property. Improvements are due to the irritation of the eye due to the color of the red module. Therefore, it is important to take into account the color of the BIPV window depending on the use of the building and the room. Meanwhile, some colors of application model may stimulate eyes and such colors should be considered by use of buildings and rooms in the application of BIPV window. DSC BIPV has prospective diffusibility with the development of flexible module for the application of building surface.

  • The industries of culture contents is the trend to enforce the power of National competitions in the world economy knowledge foundation which tries to exchange a labor industry to the knowledge business. The spread of internet is the apparently turning point to be devide the world economy into the industrial society and the digital society. Also the communication with internet has been recognized as it is not any more newly means of communication in Korea. Net value which is a multinational internet survey corporation clarified that Korea was the most nation in the world by the result of its research in the rate of using internet. This research look into the characteristic of the media and type of the animation in internet, also analysis a need of user and a degree of convenience of using internet in the web of education site. This study is designed to study the evaluation criteria of web interface with visual perception and to seek its development in relation to the quality of visual perception in case of web animation.

  • Except for traditional industrial art and history of design development, Korea jewelry industry before 1980's, had little meaning in the aspect of marketing and business. Domestic jewelry market which have changed from the value of goods to value of ornaments, faced important transition point for jewelry industry by the chance of in Asian Game held in 1986, and money of overseas traveler after 1980s. The rapidly-grown Jewelry field by the introduction of detail casting method to make it possible mass-production of the products before 1990's, began to change into new system, with introducing CAD/CAM after 1990's. Jewelry industry has changed from manual work called handmade to the detail casting industry based on master for mass-production. For this, the development of master, with the design development, have been suggested as important task to jewelry industry firms, and by the introduction of CAD/CAM, the diversification of design and master development has been made up. In this study, we would try to find out current status of domestic jewelry field and to understand CAD/CAM, and advantage of CAD/CAM, and through this, suggest good solution to precipitate domestic jewelry market.

  • Modern figurative work is designed to have more creativity and characteristic traits by pure thought of the formative ceramic arts. In compliance with the demand which is various the design development could be satisfied an individuality and a taste is become accomplished. In this view, this study looks over expressive aspect of Cubism to present partition as a independent formative ceramic arts is able to contribute emotionally to our whole lives. In this procedure, this work is produced to express a three-dimensional effect and a spatial effect, approaching a figurative side. This is to overcome the limitation of Cubism art expressed in a two-dimensional surface in spite of its multi-dimensional observation of a given object. Accordingly, this study tries approaching pre-understanding of expressive aspect of Cubism which was the important turning-point in 20c art and expansion of the modern ceramic art field before producing the work. This study shows the possibility to become a creative and practical ceramic art work, approaching the new point of view breaking from the established conception. Consequently, the field of ceramic art could be expanded to a part of modern ceramic art as an object of study in art of life.

Multi-Dimensional Effects on a tow Strain Rate Flame Extinction Under Microgravity Environment (미소 중력장에 있는 저신장율 화염소화에 미치는 다차원 효과)

  • Flame structure and extinction mechanism of counterflow methane/air non-premixed flame diluted with nitrogen are studied by NASA 2.2 s drop tower experiments and two-dimensional numerical simulations with finite rate chemistry and transport properties. Extinction mechanism at low strain rate is examined through the comparison among results of microgravity experiment, 1D and 2D simulations with a finite burner diameter. A two-dimensional simulation in counterflow flame especially with a finite burner diameter is shown to be very important in explaining the importance of multidimensional effects and lateral heat loss in flame extinction, effects that cannot be understood using a one-dimensional flamelet model. Extinction mechanism at low strain rate is quite different from that at high strain rate. Low strain rate flame is extinguished initially at the outer flame edge, the flame shrinks inward, and finally is extinguished at the center. It is clarified from the overall fractional contribution by each term in energy equation to heat release rate that the contribution of radiation fraction with 1D and 2D simulations does not change so much and the overall fractional contribution is decisively attributed to radial conduction ('lateral heat loss'). The experiments by Maruta et at. can be only completely understood if multi-dimensional heat loss effects are considered. It is, as a result, verified that the turning point, which is caused only by pure radiation heat loss, has to be shifted towards much lower global strain rate in microgravity flame.

  • In recent years, our society, because of the arrival of a new paradigm according to the rapid changes in ICT has entered into future smart society and the ubiquitous era. So it can be a notable turning point in the city and administrative spatial informatization, aspects of the era change. Therefore, this study was to derive a desirable vision for the city of Busan Centum City Informatization in the dream of leading global smart city of Busan by applying 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. Soon this study derived a successful local informatization strategy for Centum City in Busan. It proposed the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as metadata information. Also this study explored the future leadership strategy of Busan Centum City in smart society. Eventually in 2030 to around, In order to still remain Busan Centum City as a leading ICT smart city, this study suggested the following strategy. It is important to increase the satisfaction of citizen services through the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as metadata information for urban information system.

Developments of Hormone Assays, Second Generation: Non-Isotopic Immunoassays (호르몬 측정법의 발달 제 2세대: 비방사면역측정법)

  • The three important phases in the development of ligand immunoassays are identified and summarized. The competitive radiolabelled hormone measurement had been developed in the first and early in the second generations(1950s to 1960s), such as radioimmunoassays(RIA) or immunoradiometric(saturation) assays(IRMA), and used in all most of the hormone and also analyte in biological samples. In the second generation, ultrasensitive non-isotopic immunoassays(NIA) were developed using monoclonal antibodies(McAb), labelling the McAb and high specific activity non-isotopic labels. After their usefulness, advantages and disadvantages has been evaluated and non-competitive methods are discussed. The chip/microarray based multianalyte ligand assays(microspot or genechip methods) are developed and known as alternative ones in the third generation. We summarize the developments of NIAs and its usefulness, and then introduce briefly the new ligand assays.
