In this study, we design a remote broadcasting system that can output announcement to a remote place using wired/wireless telephone. The designed remote broadcasting system uses the LTE module to amplify the telephone voice received wirelessly through the amplifier and output it. Also, a text message for broadcasting can be sent to a remote broadcasting system through a wired/wireless telephone capable of transmitting a text message, and the remote broadcasting system that receives the broadcasting text message can automatically output the corresponding announcement stored in the voice device. For security reasons, the telephone number of the receiver is analyzed by a comparison algorithm so that only the administrator and registered users can use the system. At this time, the recorded announcement broadcast is outputted through the speaker only when it is confirmed as the registered user. The system designed in this study allows the user to output announcements quickly without being limited by time and place.

The existing wireless village broadcasting systems use the method to connect to village broadcasting system using wire/wireless telephone to announce the important notices, public relations, and disater status. This type of systems have the problems that if broadcaster is facing rough going or forget the announcement time, it is impossible to inform village people important contents, urgent disaster status, evacuation method. This paper describes internet based village broadcasting system using mobile App to solve these problems. Broadcaster can save the voice and send the voice to App server using the mobile App to activate that voice specific day and time. This mobile App system can improve the efficiency and customer satisfaction of village broadcasting system.

Automatic dialing function of the telephone is to support communication such as emergency call, public relations and guidance service by automatic dialling of individual phone number. In this paper, we analyze the relevant provisions of each country and discuss the direction of institutional maintenance related to automatic dialling function.

기존의 홈 자동화 시스템은 유선 전화망을 이용하여 사용자는 집으로 전화를 걸어 안내방송에 따라 서비스 코드를 입력하는 방식이었다. 하지만 이러한 음성 제어 방식은 사용자가 서비스 코드를 인식해야 하는 경우 주위 환경이나 통화 상태에 따라 사용이 불편할 수 있고 신뢰도가 떨어질 수 있으며 유지 보수적인 면에서 확장성이 낮은 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 WAP을 이용한 무선 홈 자동화 제어 시스템을 소개하며 이 시스템은 WAP 서비스를 이용하여 집안의 가전기기를 제어하거나 기기의 상태 정보 등을 사용자의 무선 핸드폰으로 전달해 주는 시스템이다. 즉, 무선인터넷 프로토콜인 WAP을 이용하여 시각적으로 사용자에게 시스템 정보를 전달해 주도록 했으며, 운영체제가 포팅(porting)된 임베디드 시스템을 사용함으로써 홈 자동화 제어 시스템이 쉽게 확장 가능하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 논문은 개인용 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함의 구현에 관한 것이다. 기존의 음성사서함 서비스는 단순한 메시지 축적서비스에 불과하다. 제안된 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함은 음성 정보를 관련 데이터 베이스와 연계하여 개인정보관리시스템에 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 음성의 저장과 합성에 ADPCM과 LPC 음성 부호화 방식을 적용하였고, 음악합성에는 FM 음원을 사용하였다. 개인용 컴퓨터에 확장카드 형태로 제작된 제안된 시스템의 서비스 기능은 녹음, 편집, 저장 및 재생기능, 자동발신 및 메시지 전달기능, 동보기능, 자동수신 및 부재중 안내기능, 시보안내 및 음악연주 기능, 전화번호 및 스케쥴 관리등으로 구성되었다.

In this paper, we describe an arrival time guidance system of circular vehicles using GPS, CDMA and TCP/IP technology. The on-board equipment consists of a GPS receiver and a PDA phone. The on-board equipment sends the current position data of the vehicle to the positioning server via CDMA and Internet. The server predicts the arrival time to the next bus-stop. Any user can lookup the current position and the predicted arrival time of the vehicle utilizing his mobile phone, PDA phone, or Web.

음성 인식 기술이 발달함에 따라 음성 인식 기술을 이용한 응용의 개발이 중요한 문제로 떠오르고 있다. VoiceXML은 전화기를 통한 음성 인터페이스를 위한 XML 언어로서 손쉬운 방법으로서 음성 인터페이스를 설계, 구현할 수 있도록 만들어진 언어이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 이용해 전화를 통하여 음성으로 자동차 정보 안내 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 구현한다. 구현된 시스템 및 서비스는 VoiceXML의 장점을 활용하여 원거리에서 편리하게 사용자가 자동차의 정보를 안내받고 제어할 수 있는 인터페이스 자체보다는 음성 인터페이스의 설계 및 구현에 중점을 두었다. 10인의 피실험자가 각 10회씩 총 100회를 실험한 결과 99.3%의 인식률을 보였다. 추후 차세대 자동차 텔레메틱스 서비스와 연동하면 구현되어진 시스템의 활용이 증대될 것이라 판단된다.

이 논문에서는 음성인식기술을 이용한 연구센타 부서안내 시스팀(KARS:Korea Telecom Automatic voice Recognition system)에 대하여 기술하였다. 이 시스팀은 기본적으로 음성응답 시스팀과 유사하지만 명령입력을 위해 푸시버튼 대신 음성을 이용한다는 점이 다르다. 사용자가 마이크로폰을 통해 음성명령을 입력하면, 이 시스팀은 사용자의 음성명령을 인식하여 연구센타내 각 부서의 간략한 소개, 전화번호 및 위치를 안내해 준다. 이 시스팀은 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)을 이용하는 화자독립 격리단어 인식시스팀으로서 116개의 부서이름과 7개의 제어용 단어로 구성되어 있는 123개 단어를 인식할 수 있다. 이 시스팀은 음소와 유사한 한국어 서브워드(subword)를 HMM의 기본단위로 사용하며 인식 실험결과 98.6%의 인식율을 얻을 수 있었다.
