In this paper, I am going to analyze a correlation of Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage and the process of remediation on image media. It is because the remediation process of various digital media is letting people pass through one time of mirror stage again. Remediation for the Internet of traditional media, conflict with the virtual world and real world, identification that a virtual image changes a practical image is for it to be caused a remediation process by mutual link of various image media. The Narcissism which occurs in the relation a self with a idealized self searches a new own expression and forms a skillful mania culture. Reflexivity of active mania culture same as a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage is to be the possibility becoming the feature of media culture of today. However, if digital media culture generation spends extremely wasting time from the image media, these image media generations cannot grow into new future-type man. According to this, it is necessory to have a study on Visual Literacy that it is related to a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage.

국가 과학기술 경쟁력 재고를 위하여 R&D기관에서 생성되는 연구데이터를 종합적으로 관리하고 서비스하는 데이터 관리/서비스 시스템의 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 VKH (Visible Korean Human) 데이터를 3차원으로 시각화 서비스하는 플랫폼을 제안하고 구현한다. VKH 데이터는 사망과 동시에 급속 냉동한 인간의 신체를 0.2mm 간격으로 절단하며 촬영한 방대한 양의 실사 이미지 데이터베이스이며, 전통적인 생물학, 의학 분야의 연구뿐만 아니라, 현실감 있는 3D 이미지 구축을 위한 기반 데이터로 이용되고 있다. VKH 데이터 기반의 3D 데이터 시각화 플랫폼은 사용자 접근 편의성을 위하여 웹을 기반으로 구현되고, 트리 형식의 인체 구조 온톨로지와 연동하여 해당하는 인체 구성 요소를 체계적으로 관찰하는 기능, 사용자의 원하는 인체 구성 요소들만을 3D 화면에서 조합하고 관찰하는 기능, 위키피디아 백과사전을 참조하는 기능을 포함한다. 현재 인체의 머리 부분 3D 데이터를 대상으로 플랫폼이 구축되고 있으며, 향후 전체 인체를 대상으로 서비스할 예정이다.

What find the motive of new design from Korean traditional cultural inheritance and symbolize it visually is to create a new design of Korean style into the harmony of shape and aesthetics by harmonizing past design and modern one, to discover the value of the future, and to make a new traditional culture. This study is to find the motive of design from Korean traditional pattern and character of the twelve horary signs, to develop unique Korean style character by studying character to cause novel and refined sense and interest through the mix of traditional image and modern one, and to propose a plan to apply in various and practice the Korean style character to modern design. In addition, the purpose of this study is to discover the identity of Korean style from foreign culture by presenting identity and originality with our peculiar cultural elements as well as to develop the visual effect and character of traditional pattern, and to have national competitiveness with Korean style design from the world market of the future.

To consider an identity about traditional folk village, this study analyzes color characteristic of traditional folk village by targeting Cuandixia folk village in China. For method of study, color is analyzed by KSCA(Korea Standard Color Analysis) program and images of color are drawn by I.R.I. Based on these, four results are came out. First, color distribution of Cuandixia is appeared in YR, R, Y, GY order. Furthermore, there are no affiliation of BG, and B but a lot of affiliation of YR. Second, the whole is made up of color that is applied to mist gray/low chroma in the value and chroma stakes. Especially, high chroma is extracted by only commercial old house, the rest is made up of middle and low chroma color. Third, dark color is the most by KS Color System and dark reddish gray and medium gray are occupied most part. Fourth, the whole atmosphere of village is static and hard, and the image is researched as gentle. Through the research, It applies extracted color palette for plan and preservation of traditional folk village. As using the color that is reflected in national and local distinct characteristic, preserving the color reflected in history and culture of the village, and applying color planning considered harmony with surrounding environment, it is expected that it can help to direct the color involved traditional and cultural meaning.

This study is conducted to prove a hypothesis that Dokdo Island has "National Landscape Image," being a region with special meaning for Korean people. University students(51 Koreans and 44 foreigners) were surveyed on landscape images of Dokdo Island, and the statistical analysis of the survey responses was performed subsequently. The findings showed no substantial difference between the opinions of Korean men and women: Especially the photo of whole Dokdo was highly rated by Korean respondents as "considerably or very valuable and impressive, but also mysterious and symbolic at the same time." These are unique images of Dokdo Island, which are not found in responses to natural landscape of other national parks. Meanwhile, there were significant contrasts between the responses of Koreans and foreigners in every variables. Some landscape adjectives used as semantic differential scale demonstrate remarkable differences between Korean and foreign respondents, particularly on the photo of whole Dokdo: impressive(1.41), mysterious(1.25), symbolic (1.00), valuable(0.98), intimate(0.95), beautiful(0.93), interesting(0.85). There were substantial differences in responses between Korean and foreigners on two rock islands, which have names related with some national image: The Korean Peninsula Rock(0.57) and Independence Gate Rock(0.51). Finally, three primary factors drawn from the factor analysis were (1) national landscape image, (2) natural characteristics of Dokdo Island, and (3) spatiality of Dokdo Island.

본 연구에서는 고향의 개념을 의미론적 측면과 지리학적 입장에서 정의하고, 한국 사람들이 고향이라고 지칭하는 고향의 공간적 대상, 고향에 대한 감정과 선호, 고향의 지리적 특징 및 이미지 등을 조사하여, 이를 중심으로 한국인의 고향에 대한 애착의 본질과 정서(ethos)를 밝히려 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국인의 고향에 대한 애착은 본질적으로 고향 의식과 회귀본능과 같은 고향에 대한 인류의 보편적 정서로부터 나온 것이다. 둘째. 이러한 보편적 정서 위에 한국의 사회적 배경에서 나오는 고유한 고향의식이 첨가되었다. 사회적 배경에서 발생된 고향에 대한 강한 애착은 효에 근본을 둔 유교적 전통, 남북분단, 도시화에 따른 광범위한 실향의 결과에 의해서 형성된 정서라고 볼수 있다. 섯째, 고향이미지는 이러한 한국의 정서를 반영하고 있으며, 자연환경적, 인문환경적, 감각적 요소가 모두 수렴된 전형적이며, 추상화된 유형으로 나타난다. 넛째, 한국인의 고향에 대한 정서는 인간의 본성으로부터 나오는 보편적 정서와 대체로는 일치하지만 개인이나 집단의 인구.사회적 배경과 공간적 체험에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다.

The drowsiness that occurs in the driving is a very dangerous driver condition that can be directly linked to a major accident. In order to prevent drowsiness, there are traditional drowsiness detection methods to grasp the driver's condition, but there is a limit to the generalized driver's condition recognition that reflects the individual characteristics of drivers. In recent years, deep learning based state recognition studies have been proposed to recognize drivers' condition. Deep learning has the advantage of extracting features from a non-human machine and deriving a more generalized recognition model. In this study, we propose a more accurate state recognition model than the existing deep learning method by learning image and PPG at the same time to grasp driver's condition. This paper confirms the effect of driver's image and PPG data on drowsiness detection and experiment to see if it improves the performance of learning model when used together. We confirmed the accuracy improvement of around 3% when using image and PPG together than using image alone. In addition, the multimodal deep learning based model that classifies the driver's condition into three categories showed a classification accuracy of 96%.

색채는 이제 현대 산업사회의 핵심이다. 색채의 영향력과 활용 국면을 다룬 책들의 등장은 그 자체로서 의미를 지닌다. 최근 출간된 "색채심리"와 "우울한 블루, 그리운 파랑" "색으로 승부하는 21세기" "한국의 전통색과 색채심리" 등은 색채와 인간의 관계를 생물학적.사회심리학적 혹은 산업적 영역의 다양한 시각으로 풀이하고 있어 흥미롭다.

This study examined Korean traditional dancing performances in small theaters as a phenomenological approach. Korean traditional dances, as cultural welfare, are expected to be attractive to the public and our cultural heritage is expected to be inherited from them. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for Korean tradition dancing to be supplied to the public as a Traditional Cultural Welfare Program. A qualitative approach was taken to best achieve the aims of this study. The data used in this study were collected from July 10th to September 1st, 2016, using in-depth interviews. Seven Korean dance professionals with more than 15 years' experience in traditional dancing performance were enrolledin this study. The traditional dancing performance in small theaters is necessary in terms of providing concert halls to local cultural artists and high quality performances to audiences as traditional cultural welfare. The traditional dancing performance in small theaters as cultural welfare will provide a platform to enjoy various traditional cultures across all ages and all class levels of the society in auniversal dimension.
