This research studies the characteristics of the family systems of traditional societies in Black Africa. For this purpose, this study has chosen three subtopics: the distinctive features of traditional societies, marriage customs (polygamy and polyandry), and the societal features of patriarchal and matriarchal societies. First, we analyze men's and women's roles, ownership and management of the land, dowry, and social values of livestock as the distinctive features that support the family system in traditional Black African societies. These elements play an important role in increasing the number of family members. Next we analyze marriage customs-polygamy and polyandry-which increase the number of family members, on the one hand, and secure the labor force, on the other hand. Most traditional societies in Black Africa prectice polygamy. However, the $Bashil{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}$ and Bahima prectice polyandry. Polygamy in traditional societies in Black Africa is based on the traditional social customs that display the authority and dignity of the family head, who has control over all family members in both patrilineal and matrilineal societies. The authority and dignity of the family head are used to keep and increase the number of family members, that is, to secure the community firmly. Finally, most traditional societies are patrilineal. However, matrilineal societies are prevalent in the so-called Matrilineal Belt, which term refers to the savanna regions where Bantu peoples reside, that is, the coastal regions from the Angolan coast, bordering the Atlantic, to the Tanzanian and Mozambique coasts that border the Indian Ocean. These societies trace descent through the maternal bloodline. The traditional family system in Black Africa is based on economic social, and political factors, as well as on the community spirit of the members, which has resulted from the choices made to increase the prosperity and well-being of the people.

이 연구는 한국 전통사회의 교육별이 오늘날이 교육열과 어떻게 연관되는가를 규명 하고자 하는 역사적 고찰로서 특히 과거제도가 가족 사회에 끼친 영향을 중심으로 분석하였 다 자료는 관련된 역사자료와 생활자료인 1차사료와 2차사료로 대별되는데 그중에서 여성의 간찰과 구비전승된 규방가사 서사민요, 무가 등과 현장조사에 기반한 민속자료가 주요자료 로 분석되었다, 그리하여 내용분석법과 역사민속학적인 방법에 의하여 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 과거제도의 장악을 통하여 확립된 중앙집권의 관료제와 학문숭상의 전통 그리 고 과거급제를 해야 가능해지는 관리로서의 등용을 주요가치로 지향하였던 출세주의 또 가 족의 영광은 집안남성의 과거급제라는 점에서 여성들이 내면화할 수밖에 없었던 가족주의가 적극적인 교육열의 역사적인 뿌리임을 밝혔다 이러한 전통은 교육기회가 평등해진 현대사회 에 여전히 한국인의 의식 깊숙이 내재되어 있다 그러나 학문숭상의 전통중에서 '수행'을 겸 함 학문을 추구한 사람파의 전통은 단절되고 출세를 목표로 하는 '학벌' 위주의 왜곡된 전통 만이 지속되어 과열된 교육열로 표출된다.

The purpose of this study is to delve into reinterpretation and categorization of normative meaning of tradition. The normative meaning of tradition which plays a key role of the action-guiding power is the main source of morality. According to ecological cultural approach to diachronic transition of traditional value, traditional value leads its dynamic life: its origin, acculturation, transformation, distortion of traditional value depending upon periodic social change. It is necessary for traditional value to be reinterpreted and categorized, with a view to contributing to attribute & competency of democratic citizen in future society. The normative meaning of traditional value applicable for Korea's future society can be reinterpreted from its origin revealed in the classic. The order of discussion in this paper runs as follows. Firstly, we will investigate into dynamic change of the traditional value on the basis of the ecological cultural perspective and seek the possibility of modern reinterpretation of loyalty & filial piety as representative traditional value. Finally, we will treat the categorization and its significance of traditional value in the frame of Korean value including both western value and Korean traditional value.

정보화 사회, 지식 기반의 사회로 대표되는 요즘, 사회의 발달 속도가 점차 빨라지고 있으며 이로 인해 다양한 문화를 빠르게 접할 수 있는 기회는 늘어나고 있으나 전통문화에 대한 인식은 점차 약화되고 있다. 이런 시대적 흐름속에서 제7차 교육과정에서는 다양한 교과에 전통의식 함양을 위한 단원 및 활동을 도입하여 전통문화를 바로 알 수 있도록 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리의 전통인 개인의 뿌리를 찾는 족보 교육과 더불어 촌수 및 호칭관계를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 기반 학습 시스템을 설계하였다. 시간과 공간의 제약이 적고 아동들과 친밀도가 높은 WEB기반 학습을 통하여 족보에 대한 이해 및 친족관계에 대하여 학습단계별로 자연스럽고 효율적으로 이해할 수 있도록 하였으며 자신의 족보를 직접 검색할 수 있는 시스템 설계를 통하여 우리나라 전통 문화에 대한 긍지와 전통의식이 함양 될 수 있도록 한다.

This study suggests regionally closely-related traditional market support measures that are intended. Market and the community to investigate the relationship between traditional markets and the degree of relationship with the local economy, whether the degree of cooperation with local communities, local people in stores and traditional markets, with a visual image, interacting with local relevance were. Executed questionnaire to merchants and traditional market connection specialists of the tradition market engaged to whole country small town. Small town region's traditional markets have a close relationship with the community. Contribute to regional economic development, and locals have a passion for shopping. Small town to enable local traditional market requires the following way. Through surveys and research policy implications are as follows: First, by constructing a civil partnership with a focus on the needs of local residents need market activation measures. Second, the traditional market members to build social relationships that contribute to their local needs. Third, Installation and utilization of community space in traditional markets is required. Fourth, to increase the participation of young people need to be developed in the program. Fifth, small town regional market collapse and space reorganization is needed.

The inter­relationship of Korea southeast region community related to a mask dramas in depth. The Folk mask dramas are, for traditional community members to live well and enjoy cultural practices in society. Even if a mask drama would be performed in the 21st century, it would be the one of traditional society. It shows the life of traditional society and proposes the issue of traditional society. The thing is handed down well with technology of a mask drama assigned as intangible cultural asset. The Korea southeast region, Kyongsang Provinces, or Yeongnam area has been handed down several kind of mask dramas. These are Byeolsingut Talnori with religious, the Ogwangdae of wandering play team, the Ogwangdae of local residents, and the Dulnorum of local residents. The mask dramas of Korea southeast region are specified as intangible cultural asset, many traditional mask play were restored. The restoring is imitation. These things are difficult to assigned as the intangible cultural asset. But though it is the imitation of the mask dramas, it is culture phenomenon. So we need to make the fostering system.
