현재 자율운항선박의 성공적 달성을 위해 다양한 연구개발이 진행 중이며 이와 관련하여 자율운항선박의 안전항해 지원을 위해 자율운항 지원 서비스와 해양사고 대응 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 자율운항 지원 서비스는 전자해도표시시스템(ECDIS, Electronic Chart Display and Information System)에서 수립하는 항로 계획 정보를 육상 운항조정상황실에 전송하여 충돌 위험 예측 후 유용한 정보를 자율운항선박에게 제공하는 서비스이다. 이 서비스를 통해 타 선박과 자율운항선박간의 조우 지점과 타 선박의 사전 변침정보를 미리 알 수 있기 때문에 충돌 예측 정보로써 활용할 수 있다. 해양사고 대응 서비스는 현재 사람에 의존적인 해양사고 상황인식 및 해양사고 대응기관에 전파하는 것을 자동으로 상황을 인식하고 사고 대응하는 서비스이다. 이 서비스를 통해 사고 단계별 유용한 정보를 사고선박 및 주변 해양사고 대응기관에 정보를 제공함으로써 추가적인 해양사고 방지와 즉각 대응이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 2가지 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해 시스템의 요구사항을 분석하고 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하였다.

The marine electronic system for safe navigation such as ECDIS has been contributing to increase the safety of navigation, decreasing the mariner's load of navigation. The ECDIS should be developed and approved by international standard of IMO for performance standard and IEC for type-approval method and required results. However, these standards have some ambiguities for us not to directly adopt them for real approval system, so we should analyze them for more clear meaning and prepare our own detail standard for type-approval system. The first thing to do for the goal of this research was to analyze the standard in detail and make ambiguity be cleared in our own standards, considering each test item in view of test methodology. For the result of analysis we could develop more evident and detail type-approval standard for each test item with test technology needed. Especially, we developed the colour differentiation test process of ECDIS monitor, which include the colour differentiation formula derived from CIE colour scheme. Several test items require sensor informations of navigation equipment compatible with IEC 61162. We also developed the signal simulator for general messages of IEC 61162 that must be provided. Additionally, the type-approval processes and standards for Back-up arrangement and RCDS mode were developed.

문화지도는 지도라는 인터페이스를 활용하여 문화와 관련된 여러 가지 주제들을 지도위에 나타내는 것이며, 이는 해당지역에 대한 문화(주제), 지역(공간), 시대(시간) 라는 세 가지 값을 동시에 활용하여 해당지역의 시대별 문화를 통합적으로 이해할 수 있다. 전자문화지도는 이러한 문화지도를 전자적 형태 즉, 컴퓨터를 활용해 구현한 시스템으로 주제, 공간, 시간 값의 메타데이터를 활용해 조합이 가능하도록 데이터베이스화한 개념이다. 이는 시대별 지역별 주제별 정보들을 사용자 스스로가 조합해서 조회가 가능하다는 의미이다. 본 논문에서는 해외지역, 특히 지중해지역 중심의 연구를 위한 전자문화지도를 설계한다. 이는 인문, 지역학과 IT의 융합학으로서, 해외지역을 연구하는 도구 및 연구결과물의 전시 도구로 활용할 수 있다.

S-57 is currently the IHO standard for the exchange of digital hydrographic data. S-57 is intended to support all types of hydrographic data. But, it has been used almost exclusively for encoding Electronic Navigational Charts(ENCs). In onder to meet this requirement, a new standard is being developed. GML will be the core encoding rule of IHO's new standard. but there has been no study that tried to develop the GML for ENC that are reconized as base map in the Marine GIS. If ENC is transformed into the form of GML, it may be widely used for more users and applications. This paper presents the application schema for translating ENC into GML and program.

The study revealed that the companies are still reluctant to stop using document-based payment methods although they are aware the use of electronic payment system would reduce express and save time. Considering problems that are suggested in the conventional payment method, more companies will introduce and utilize the electronic payment system. Moreover, as the refined electronic payment system is essential in electronic trade, active studies on this field would greatly contribute to the development of electronic payment system. The prevailing settlement of international trade still relies on trading documents while the legal issues are not finalized for electronic bill of lading (B/L) and electronic bill. This research purpose on comparing some e-trading models in character and presenting the obstacles of e-trading activation and the solutions. e-trading models this research has studied are BOLERO, TradeCard, electronic L/C etc. Comparing characteristic points of the e-trading model in this article are as follows; 1)Access ways as a global e-trading model, 2)Structural and Functional characteristic, 3)Role as a global e-trading model, 5)Legal and Application issues in practice, 6)Security issues for Technology. But Further studies on this subject would be needed.

With the rapid growth and development of information technology and the Internet, the amount of information published in electronic formats such as video, audio, digitalized text, etc. and the number of users accessing information online to satisfy their information needs are growing at a tremendous rate. This study analyzes standardized components to construct ERMS and proposes a model of ERMS based on the result of the analysis. The main functions of ERMS in university libraries are: 1) ERMS can manage and control access information to various electronic resources, metadata, holdings, user resources. Also, ERMS can be compatible with an existing library system such as IR(Information Retrieval) system, linking system, or proxy system. 2) ERMS should completely be compatible with acquisition and cataloging systems for effective management and control of integrated information organization and library budget. 3) ERMS should systematically and effectively manage license information on electronic resources. 4) ERMS should provide ideal and effective environment for use and access control of electronic resources in a library and integrated tool to manage and control all of electronic resources. Additionally, this study points out the need to organize committee groups to establish standardized rules and collaborative management of electronic resources among university libraries like DLF ERMI and redesign organizations in a library and a librarian's job description.

오늘날 원격 환경의 진료시스템이 개발되고 있는데, 이들 시스템은 미래의 원격진료 즉, 병원에 직접가지 않고 집에서 바로 혈압, 심박수 등을 검사 받을 수 있는 시스템 개발의 기본이 되고 있다. 그리고 정보통신의 발전으로 모바일 PC 즉, 개인 휴대용 단말기(PDA:Personal Digital Assistants)가 의료 분야에서 PC를 대체하여 이동성, 편리성을 제공하는 전자 차트를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 PDA는 작은 몸체로 이동성 및 편리성 등이 PC보다 뛰어나지만, 해상도가 큰 이미지, 높은 처리 속도를 요구하는 작업 등을 처리하기에는 효율성이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 또한 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 데이터를 무선 환경으로 처리 해야 하기 때문에 환자와 관련된 의료 영상 즉, MRI 사진이나 X-ray 사진 등을 의료 환경에 이용 하는 데는 보안 의 문제점을 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있는 진단과 치료기술을 이러한 의료를 필요로 하는 사람들에게 제공하는 접근성의 보장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 무선 환경의 PACS의료 인증시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.

전자상거래의 초창기에는 하나의 사업 모형과 거래 모형에 특화된 거래 형태가 주로 이루어 지다가, 최근에는 한 사이트에서 여러 가지의 사업 모형과 거래 모형을 지원하는 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이러한 추세를 볼 때 앞으로는 더욱 다양한 거래모형이 등장하고 또한 한 marketplace에서 이와 같은 거래모형들을 지원할 수 있어야만 고객의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현실세계에서의 디자인회사와(디자인 판매자) 신발제조업체(디자인 구매자)간의 신발 디자인 거래를 온라인으로 지원함과 동시에 다양한 거래모형을 적용하여 판매자와 구매자의 욕구를 동시에 충족시키고자 하였다. 지원하는 거래모형은 고정가격제(fixed prico), 경매(auction), 구매자가 디자이너에게 특정 디자인을 요청하는 디자인 요구(design request), 그리고 협상(negotiation)이며 디자인 요구란 구매자가 자신이 원하는 디자인을 해 줄 수 있는 디자이너를 구하는 시장이다. 본 연구에서는 신발 디자인 거래 상품으로 Concept design과 Drawing design을 대상으로 하였다.

This paper proposes an international trend and its implementation for an E-Navigation that can utilize of existing and new navigation tools, in particular electronic tools, in a holistic and systematic manner. IMO develops a broad strategy for incorporating the use of new technologies in a structured way to ensure that their use is compliant with the various electronic navigational and communication technologies and services that are already available. Implementation of this new strategic vision might require modifications to working methods and navigational tools, such as chats, bridge display equipment, electronic aids to navigation, communications and shore infrastructure. E-Navigation will reduce navigational accidents errors and failures by developing standards an accurate and cost effective system.

This thesis presents a step-by-step development strategy to implement electronic school libraries corresponding to level 2 among 3 levels of the school library. The implementation of electronic school libraries means the transformation of school libraries into school media centers. This thesis divides the implementation of electronic school libraries into 3 steps. The first step is the implementation of facilities, the second step the implementation of web-based information system, the third step the networking of school libraries, on the basis of the first and second steps. And this thesis presents the basic policy of educational administration aspects to support 3 steps.
