전자도서관과 같은 문서 정보 검색 시스템의 구축을 위한 중요한 요소 기술은 지금까지 출판물로 만들어 놓은 기존의 방대한 자료와 이미 다양한 형식으로 전자문서화 되어 있는 문서정보를 사용자에게 얼마나 단일 형식으로 통일화시켜 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는가이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제에 있어서 표준화된 단일 전자문서 형식으로 XML 문서를 적용시키기 위해 국립 중앙 도서관 표준 SGML DTD를 XML DTD로 재정의한 후, 일반적이로, 다양한 특성을 지닌 멀티미디어 기술 문서를 표준화된 XML 문서로 자동 변환하는 자동 XML 변환기를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 자동 XML 변환기는 다양한 문서형식의 전자문서를 표준화된 XML 문서로 자동변환함으로써 문서 정보검색 시스템에서의 문서정보의 교환, 저장방법상의 표준화 및 문서 형식의 단일화를 제공해 줄 수 있다.

Due to rapid internet supply and the increase of electronic resources including network resources, there has been a sudden change in cataloguing fields. To deal with rapid changes, IFLA revised cataloguing rules for electronic and continuing resources; ISBD(ER) and ISBD(CR). This study is to analyze activities of IFLA and ISBD(CR), expecially in regards with concepts of continuing resources, new categories of bibliographic materials, major or minor changes in title proper, basis of the description, material specific area, definition of a new terminologies, changes in AACR2R 2002 revision and MARC 21 coding, and issues concerned with revision of KCR 4 and KORMARC.

ISO/TC46 is the International Organization for Standardization of practices relating to libraries, documentation and information centers, indexing and abstracting services, archives, information science and publishing. This study analyzes current trend of ISO/TC46 and the 4 subcommittees, considering recent matters in regard with identification and description of information resources: ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISTC, etc. This research discusses also the question of how international standard numbers system are managed: endowment identifying numbers for electronic resources, component parts, and works.

The ENCs, which is a database for the use of maritime navigation within the ECDIS on the ships are recently being utilized in wide marine applications. But, even though official ENCs have been produced according to the IHO S-57 and S-52 standards, current ENCs are limited to their static characteristics of contents and structures being inherited from the analog media style of the traditional paper charts. Thus these limitations are often recognized as barriers to the full use of high resolution and advanced digital technologies. This paper presents prototype development results which demonstrate dynamic ENC features using high density ENCs and simulated tidal information to support various marine GIS fields as well as efficient and safe navigation purpose.

Absorbed dose dosimetry protocols of high energy photon and electron beams, which are widely used and based on an air kerma (or exposure) calibration factors, have somewhat complex formalism and limitations for improving dosimetric accuracy due to the uncertainty of the physical parameters used. Recently, the IAEA and the AAPM published the absorbed dose to water-based dosimetry protocols(IAEA TRS-398 and AAPM TG-51). The dose calibration programs for these two protocols were developed. This program for high energy photon and electron beams was also developed for users to use in a window environment using the Visual C++ language. The formalism and physical parameters of these two protocols were strictly applied to the program. The tables and graphs of the physical data, and the information of ion chambers were numericalized for their incorporation into a database. This program can be useful in developing new dosimetry protocols in Korea.

양의 스크래피(scrapie)는 우리나라에서의 발생보고가 없는 해외가축전염병의 일종이며, 동물의 전염성 해면형 뇌증(Transmissible Spomgifrom Encephalopathies; TSEs)중 역사가 가장 오랜 질병인데, 현재 영국에서 문제되고 있는 새로운 전염병인 소 해면형 뇌증(Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy; BSE) 즉 일명 광우병(mad cow disease)과의 어떤 연관 가능성 때문에 수의학계의 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 질병이다. 일단 감염되어 발병되면 치료대책 없이 100$\%$ 폐사되는 세기의 불치병으로 알려진, 소 해면형 뇌증(BSE)은 영국에서 현재 사람의 크로이츠휄트-야콥병(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease; CJD)과의 관련 가능성 여부를 놓고 독특한 문제가 되고 있는 세계적인 희귀질병이다. 이들 질병에 대하여는 아직까지 확실한 병인체가 밝혀져 있지도 않으며, 그렇기 때문에 면역 혈청학적 진단방법도 확립되어 있지 못할 뿐만아니라 예방백신의 개발 또한 불가능하다. 다만, 임상적인 병력과 임상소견, 뇌조직 표본에 대한 현미경 검사 또는 전자현미경 검사에 의한 특이소견 관찰 등 조직병리학적 진단만이 가능할 뿐이다. 본편에서는 소 해면형 뇌증(BSE)의 병리학적 감별진단과 관련, 지금까지 보고된 임상증상을 검토해보고, 우리나라에서 경험한 소의 광견병에 대한 조직병리학적 진단 재료를 근거로하여 감별진단을 위한 참고자료로 설명하고, 국제수역사무국(Office de International Epizooties; O.I.E.)에서 발생한 Manual of Standards for Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for List A and B Diseases of Mammals, Birds and Bees(1992)(포유류, 조류, 꿀벌에 있어서의 A급 및 B급 질병에 대한 진단시약 및 예방백신에 대한 표준지침) 중에서 소 해면형 뇌증(B 83; p 742-747)과 스크래피(B 32; p 424-427)에 관한 내용 (Chapter 22, 205-215)을 기본자료로 제공하고자 한다.

전자부품의 고성능화 고집적화를 위한 표면실장기술의 발전과 환경과 건강에 대한 관심의 증가로 땜납 중의 납의 독성과 그에 따른 납 사용 규제 움직임과 선진국의 법규제에 대응 하여 무연 땜납이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 무연 땜납용 볼에 관한 기술정보의 유용성의 제고와 객관적인 비교평가를 위한 표준을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 납점용 볼의 표준화 현황을 조사하고, 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 납땜용 볼에 대한 인식과 표준화 현황을 조사하였다. 또, 기존에 납땜용 볼에 관하여 발표되었던 자료들을 조사하여, 유연.무연 납땜용 볼의 품질특성과 그 평가방법을 비교하여 연구하였다. 무연 납땜용 볼은 외관이 거칠고, 융점과 표면장력의 차이로 인하여 젖음성이 떨어지며, 리플로우 조건에 따라 접합부의 높이에 변화가 있으며, 접합강도는 높아지는 특성을 보였으며 접합부의 신뢰성에서도 유연 납땜용 볼과는 많은 차이를 보였다. 이런 무연 땜납의 특성을 감안하여, 몇 가지 품질특성별 평가방법 및 기준을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 온라인상에서 제공되는 다양한 정보와 기술을 사용하여 20세기민중생활사 연구단의 디지털아카이브즈 시스템을 보다 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 자료 관리를 위하여 기본적으로 더블린 코어 표준에 기초한 20세기민중생활사 디지털 아카이브즈 시스템 데이터베이스를 사용하였으며, Daum과 Naver에서 제공하는 Open API를 통하여 디지털 아카이브즈 데이터를 보다 현장감 있게 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

The paper investigates empirically the determinants of standardization activity at the industry level, focusing on market structure. The enactments or amendments of collective standards is used as the proxy variable for standardization activity. The independent variables, in addition to market structure, are technological opportunity, factor intensity, export ratio, and industry characteristics(assembly). We estimated the logistic regression model(so-called Logit), using the pooling data for 9 Korean industries, including foods, textiles, chemicals, nonmetallic minerals, metals, electronics and electrics, machinery, automobiles, and shipbuilding, over 2006-2009. The empirical finding shows that market structure has no any effects on the enactments or amendments of collective standards in Korea. This might infer that oligopolistic firms devote themselves to de facto standards determined by market rather than de jure standards such as collective standards and Korean Standards(KS). Besides market structure variable, whereas technological opportunity and assembly characteristics are likely to relate positively with the enactments or amendments of collective standards, capital intensity and export ratio have no any relationship with industrial standardization, respectively.

유무선 인터넷의 발달로, PDA, 셀룰러폰, Hand-held PC 등 low-end로부터 high-end까지의 다양한 규모의 하드웨어 자원을 가지는 유무선 단말들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 웹 상의 점보 표현을 위한 표준으로 자리잡은 확장성 표기 언어인 XML을 위한 파서 및 뷰어는 그러한 단말에서의 자료 브라우징을 위해 필수적으로 임베딩 되어야할 소프트웨어 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 모바일 표준 플랫폼 규격으로 채택된 WIPI 기반의 모바일 단말에 내장되어 수행되는 소규모 모듈 기반의 XML 파서가 설계, 구현되며, 그 응용으로 간단한 전자책 뷰어가 구현된다. 본 XML 파서는 경량급으로 셀룰러 폰과 같은 소규모 단말로의 내장을 위해 유용하다.
