본 논문은 댁내통신설비 구축에 필요한 설치 공간과 운용조건에 해당하는 환경 요소들에 대한 체계를 분석하여 정리한 것이다. 댁내통신설비기술의 부문으로서 구조화된 배선시스템이 그 중추를 이루고 있으며, 이에 필요한 광커넥터, 트랜시버 등 핵심 접속 자재, 보호기, 복합 세대단자함 또는 게이트웨이 등이 개발되고 있다. 이에 더하여 댁내통신설비의 근간이 되는 배선시스템을 최적으로 수용하고 운용할 수 있는 공간과 환경이 갖추어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공간과 환경에 대하여 국내외 표준자료와 기술규격 자료, 설치시방서와 연구논문 등을 분석하여 아직 체계적으로 정리되어 있지 않은 공간과 환경 요소들을 분류 정리한 것이다.

The Experimental calibration method has been investigated to correct d-spacing estimation and to identify phases in the electron diffraction data acquired by imaging plates. When the diffraction data from the imaging plate was corrected by the d-spacing calibration method with the radial intensity distribution plotting in this experiment, The accuracy of d-spacing estimation was significantly increased in errors of about 0.5%. The experimental calibration equation followed up the first order exponential decay function was derived from the trace of d-spacing deviation between the measured and the calculated values. It was applied to the analysis of d-spacing and the phase identification of the transitional phases formed from [001] gibbsite specimen by electron beam irradiation effect. In this case more accurate phase identification and d-spacing evaluation is possible for the transitional phases whose diffraction patterns are complicatedly superimposed. It is concluded that ${\chi}$-alumina, ${\gamma}$-alumina and ${\sigma}$-alumina are clearly identified as the major transitional phases formed from gibbsite by electron beam irradiation for 120 min.

The development of electronic theses and dissertations system will provide the opportunity for theses and dissertations to be recognized as a basic channel for the dissemination of research findings and an essential resource in the discovery process. In digital environment. many universities and libraries throughout the world are now making digitized versions of traditional(print) dissertations available online. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current theses and dissertations management system based on web questionaries and survey of home pages. and to suggest a standardized theses and dissertation management model in Korea.

Recently, an integrated electronic publishing format that can be used by disabled people and the general public is expected. If applied to national alternative material production strategy, it is expected that not only the problem of alternative material production strategy using existing DTD(Document Type Definition) but also various alternative material corresponding to the demand of consumer can be supplied. In order to cope with changes in the production and management strategy of the substitute materials for the rapidly changing persons with disabilities, it is necessary to develop the substitute materials related to the substitute materials, such as 'production of alternative materials', 'research and education of alternative material', and 'operation of alternative material network' The organization of the National Library for the Disabled should be expanded and reorganized so that a constructed center can be established and demonstrated its expertise.

The within-class variance of Otsu's method is moderate but improper in expressing class statistical distributions. Otsu's method uses a variance to represent the distribution of each class. The variance utilizes a distance square from the mean to a data. This process is not proper in denoting a real class statistical distribution because of the distance square. In this paper, to express more exact class statistical distributions, the within-class standard deviation as a criterion for threshold selection is proposed and then the optimal threshold is determined by minimizing it. In order to have validity, it is shown through the experimental results that the proposed method was more superior to the counterparts.

H.264/AVC provides better quality than other algorithms by using a deblocking filter to remove blocking distortion on block boundary of the decoded picture. However, this filtering process includes lots of memory accesses, which cause delay of overall decoding time. In this paper, we propose a data-reuse algorithm to speed up the process for the deblocking filter. To reuse the data, a new filtering order is suggested. By using this order, we reduce the memory access and accelerate the deblocking filter. The modeling of proposed algorithm is compiled under ARM ADS1.2 and simulated with Armulator. The results of the experiment compared with H.264/AVC standard are achieved on average 58.45% and 57.93% performance improvements at execution cycles and memory access cycles, respectively.

This paper intends to describe the characteristics of electronic resources. to review bibliographic elements of ISBD(ER) related to the bibliographic description of remote electronic resources. and to comparatively analyze ISBD(ER), AACR2R Chapter 9, OCLC manual. CCM Module 31, and USMARC.

XML은 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language)의 간략화된 버전으로 SGML의 확장성, 구조, 검증의 특성을 계승하고 있다. 이런 장점으로 XML은 발표된 이래로 인터넷 상의 자료표현의 표준으로 각광받고 있다. 그러나, XML은 문서의 데이터 포맷 표현을 향상시키는데 중점을 두고 만들어졌기 때문에 문서변조 및 데이터 삭제 등의 공격에 취약한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결책으로 XML 전자 서명, XML 암호화 기법, XML 접근 제어와 같은 다양한 해결책이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서에만 전자서명을 첨부하는 것이 아니라, DTD에 전자 서명을 첨부하는 방법을 제안하였다. 먼저 DTD파일을 끝까지 읽으면서 파싱을 하고 여기서 추출되는 엘리먼트나 속성, 엔티티들을 해쉬테이블에 저장한다. 파싱이 종료되면 해쉬 테이블을 읽어 들여서 메시지 다이제스트를 수행한다. 수행 후 이를 개인 키와 합성하여 전자 서명을 생성한다.

XML(extensible Markup Language)이 1996년 등장한 이후, 기존의 정보를 XML 기반으로 나타내기 위한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 언어자원(language Resource)과 관련된 분야는 80년대부터 그 연구가 있었으나, XML의 등장 이후, 보다 다양하고 특화된 영역의 정보를 구조화하기 위한 연구결과가 최근 소개되기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분야 중 전자사전을 표식(markup)하는 XML기반 표준언어인 LEXml(Presentation/Representation of Entries in Dictionaries: LEXml)에 대하여 살펴보고, 기존에 XML로 구축된 전자사전을 LEXml로 변환하여, 그 구조의 확장성과 유효성을 검증할 것이다. 기반자료로써 2000년도에 구축된 MultiDICO의 불어 정보를 이용하였다. 이를 위해 MultiDICO의 XML문서 구조와 LEXml 구조 사이의 각 요소(element)별 대응표를 만들었으며, 이를 바탕으로 XSL(Extensible Style sheet Language)를 작성하였다. 본 연구결과 LEXml이 기존에 구축된 전자사전들을 표식하는데 어려움이 없을 뿐만 아니라, 기계가독성을 높일 수 있는 구조적 유연성이 매우 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
