Till now, applications of many kinds of satellite images have been accentuated in the datacentric scientific studies, researches regarding system development and concerned technologies for them are on the un-matured stage. Especially, satellite image processing requires large volume data handling and specific analysis functionalities, so that practical necessity of base study for system development is emphasized on. In the view of information system, various edged trends such as web standards, cloud computing, or web framework are utilized owing to their application benefits proven and business needs. Considered these aspects, a testing implementation was carried out using OpenStack cloud computing environment and e-government framework. As for the processing functions, WPS in GeoServer, as one of OGC web standards, was applied to perform interoperable data processing scheme between two or more remote servers. Working with the server implemented, client-side was also developed using several open sources such as HTML 5, jQuery, and OpenLayers. If it is that completed further experiments onsite applications with actual multi-data sets and extension of on-demand functionalities with the result of this study, it will be referred as an example case model for complicated and complex system design and implementation which needs cloud computing, geo-spatial web standards and web framework.

The trend of the web is moving from portal-centered to user-centered, and RIA(rich internet application) is considered best solution for usability and functionality of the next generation web. But the lack of reference document or technical guide for RIA implementation is a big obstacle for extension of RIA environment to practical business engineer or user. In this paper, I will suggest the implementation conceptand reference site for user-centered environment based on RIA concept. The suggested concept support wire/wireless environment, and use the e-mail that is already used by many company or portal. The contents of this paper will be very helpful to the practical engineer or portal/company that want to use or implement about RIA environment.

Because of the spread of smartphones due to the development of information and communication technology, online shopping mall services can be used on computers and mobile devices. As a result, the number of users using the online shopping mall service increases rapidly, and the types of products traded are also growing. Therefore, to maximize profits, companies need to provide information that may interest users. To this end, the recommendation system presents necessary information or products to the user based on the user's past behavioral data or behavioral purchase records. Representative overseas companies that currently provide recommendation services include Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. These companies support users' purchase decisions by recommending products to users using ratings, purchase records, and clickstream data that users give to the items. In addition, users refer to the ratings left by other users about the product before buying a product. Most users tend to provide ratings only to products they are satisfied with, and the higher the rating, the higher the purchase intention. And recently, e-commerce sites have provided users with the ability to vote on whether product reviews are helpful. Through this, the user makes a purchase decision by referring to reviews and ratings of products judged to be beneficial. Therefore, in this study, the correlation between the product rating and the helpful information of the review is identified. The valuable data of the evaluation is reflected in the recommendation system to check the recommendation performance. In addition, we want to compare the results of skipping all the ratings in the traditional collaborative filtering technique with the recommended performance results that reflect only the 4 and 5 ratings. For this purpose, electronic product data collected from Amazon was used in this study, and the experimental results confirmed a correlation between ratings and review usefulness information. In addition, as a result of comparing the recommendation performance by reflecting all the ratings and only the 4 and 5 points in the recommendation system, the recommendation performance of remembering only the 4 and 5 points in the recommendation system was higher. In addition, as a result of reflecting review usefulness information in the recommendation system, it was confirmed that the more valuable the review, the higher the recommendation performance. Therefore, these experimental results are expected to improve the performance of personalized recommendation services in the future and provide implications for e-commerce sites.

Under the diagnosis of low employment rate and low growth, the government regards the creation of new jobs through the creative and innovative R&D as an important national plans. This study attempts to measure the employment creation effect of R&D investment of industrial technology by using input-output analysis used in domestic and international broadly. The employment effect can be divided into employment inducement effect and direct employment effect. As a result of the analysis, The employment creation effect of R&D investment of government industrial technology is measured to be 8-12 peoples per 1 billion KRW investment. This results mean that government R&D investment is a effective policy for employment creation. And it is necessary to establish R&D policies that reflect the technical characteristics of the employment creation effect. In short term, it is important that the government invest the superior technology of total employment and direct employment as essential means of employment creation by selection and concentration strategy. In mid-long term, the government should focus on technology spread as technology transfer and opening innovation strategy for employment creation to support superior technology of employment inducement. The results of this study can be used in analysis on the employment creation effect related to industrial technology R&D.

This study uses Gini coefficient to index the inequality of academic information resource among universities to identify the areas where the gap is extremely severe, and analyzes the Gini coefficient over time for 10 years to show how the gap is changing. In addition, the degree and characteristics of the gap appearing by type of universities such as metropolitan universities, local national universities, private universities, and colleges were also compared. As a result, first, the university library academic information infrastructure showed a severe level of disparity (0.6 - 0.9), and the inequality was more severe in serials, electronic resources, and reference service. Even when the relative Gini coefficient was calculated considering the number of students, the inequality was over 0.4 in serial etc. Second, the Gini coefficient trend over the last decade shows that the inequality has decreased toward equality in the re-education time of employees and electronic information resources, but not in other sectors. Third, it was found that special universities and universities in the metropolitan area showed a large gap between universities of the same kind, and local national universities showed the best gap level as well as the best academic information infrastructure.

대부분의 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어는 높은 가용성, 신뢰성, 신속성, 정확성 등을 요구하는 대규모이면서 복잡한 실시간 시스템이다. 이러한 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 개발사업에 있어서 저비용 고효율의 미개국방경영 건설을 위하고 강한 전투력을 육성하기 위해서는 국방정보시스템의 효율적인 소프트웨어 개발사법이 요구된다. 따라서, 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 사업관리자가 개발사업을 관리하고 감독하는데 있어서 개발자와 사용자간의 조정 및 통제 기능을 수행하고 해당 국방정보시스템의 특성을 파악하여 성공적인 사업수행을 할 수 있도록 기술적인 사업관리 측면에서 구체적이고 상세화된 방안/지침을 제공하기 위한 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 도메인 지식개발에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 국방정보시스템의 사업관리자가 경험을 동해 축적해 온 기술, 정책, 아이디어, 노하우 등에 대한 지식을 습득하고 사업 관련자료에서 제시한 소프트웨어 생명주기 단계별 방안이나 지침 등을 바탕으로 하여 식별된 사실이나 내용을 지식베이스로 구축하여 국방정보시스템의 사업관리자가 필요로 할 때 설명모듈을 거쳐 임무 및 세부활동사항을 게시하여 줌으로써 사업관리 경험이 부족하거나 사업관리자가 교체되었을 때 사업관리자들이 업무를 지속적으로 연계시켜 임무수행이 가능하도록 기초/기반 여건을 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 개발사업에서 소프트웨어 생명주기 단계별 사업관리자의 임무 및 세부활동사항 지원용 전문가시스템을 개발할 때 이용할 수 있도록 도메인 지식을 개발하는 것이며 논문의 결과를 활용시 기대되는 효과는 본문을 참고 바란다.의 장점을 취합하여 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 기존의 UN/EDIFACT표준을 사용하고 있는 EDI환경과 기존 VAN 방식의 EDI 중계 시스템과 연동되며, 향후 관세청의 XML/EDI 표준 시행을 미리 대비하는 선도연구로서 자리매김이 된다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 XML/EDI 통관시스템은 향후, 서비스의 최대 걸림돌이 되어왔던 값비싼 EDI 사용료의 부담에서 벗어날 수 있게 할 것이며, 저렴한 EDI구축/운영 비용으로 전자문서교환의 활성화와 XML이 인터넷 기반의 문서유통 표준으로 자리매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. In 2019, the pilot project to establish a record management system for administrative information datasets started in earnest under the leadership of the National Archives. Based on the results of the three-year project by 2021, the improved administrative information dataset management plan will be reflected in public records-related laws and guidelines. Through this, the administrative information dataset becomes the target of full-scale public record management. Although public records have been converted to electronic documents and even the datasets of administrative information systems have been included in full-scale public records management, research on the quality requirements of data itself as raw data constituting records is still lacking. If data quality is not guaranteed, all four properties of records will be threatened in the dataset, which is a structure of data and an aggregate of records. Moreover, if the reliability of the quality of the data of the administrative information system built by reflecting the various needs of the working departments of the institution without considering the standards of the standard records management system is insufficient, the reliability of the public records itself can not be secured. This study is based on the administrative information dataset management plan presented in the "Administrative Information Dataset Recorded Information Service and Utilization Model Study" conducted by the National Archives of Korea in 2021. A study was conducted. By referring to various data, especially public data-related policies and guides, which are being promoted across the government, we would like to derive quality evaluation requirements in terms of records management and present specific indicators. Through this, it is expected that it will be helpful for record management of administrative information dataset which will be in full swing in the future.
