This study draws out the implications based on the analysis of the U.S. Army's practices(Army Military Human Resource Record(AMHRR) and interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System(iPERMS), Archival Information Service) and applies it to our military by paying attention to the importance of military personnel records and the thorough records management that are the foundation for promoting the welfare service projects of those who have committed to the nation. Through these, it is expected to contribute to the smooth promotion of veteran welfare projects and to create a climate that honors the military at the bottom of society in the future.

Latest personnel management Jobs with the existing payroll of a simple task rather than piecemeal, combined with the company's strategy, emerged as an important business management information system in e-HRM is an increasing need. In this paper, designed by e-HRM personnel-management Management Information System through the personnel costs and improve capabilities, performance-based assessment of the personnel was established, the staff of the opinions it easier to improve service through improved worker satisfaction. Also on the web, individuals, departments, and the company's performance and to be able to share your goals with an interactive interface to a more transparent process of HR royalty customers without having to focus only on financial indicators, financial, internal process perspective to manage the balance execution of the company's strategy can be used as a tool.

The study seeks to analyze the procedures and methods of preparing the records management reference table of the electronic human resource management system dataset, the roles of participating organizations, and the contents of each management reference table area from the records manager's perspective to help the person in charge of establishing the management reference table. Improvement plans were suggested based on the problems that appeared during the process of preparing the reference table. As a major improvement plan, a separate selecting policy at the level of the national archives should be designed for the national important dataset records in the government information system, which should be operated such that it preserves the entire dataset rather than a part. It is necessary to set the unit function-data table-unstructured data mapping data as mandatory items, and the selection and management criteria for unstructured data that significantly influence system operation should be additionally prepared. Regarding the setting of the disposition delay period, because there is an aspect of increasing complexity, it is deemed desirable to operate it by integrating related unit functions or setting the retention period longer.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an ontology-based retrieval system for the electronic records of universities and to compare its performance with the existing keyword-based retrieval system. We used OntoStudio 1.4 for implementing an ontology-based retrieval system, and the test collection consisted of the following: (1) 5,099 electronic records of the 'personnel management notification' created by Korea Maritime University, (2) 20 topics (10 short-topics and 10 long-topics), and (3) the relevant assessments were conducted by the group of human experts. 10 university staff participated in the experiment of keyword-based searching and used the same test collection as used in the experiment of ontology-based searching. The ontology-based retrieval system outperformed to the keyword-based retrieval system in terms of Recall and Precision, and the same results showed in the test of the short-topics and long-topics comparison.

본 연구는 건물 내부에서 외부로 외부에서 내부로 출입하는 출입자를 정확히 파악하기 위하여 보안이 강화된 개별인증 출입보안시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 시스템 구현을 위해서 RFID 기술, 지문인식 기술을 적용한 통합인증단말기와 무게를 측정하는 전자저울을 활용 하였다. 개별 인증이 가능한 출입 인증 보안시스템을 구현한 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 내부에서 외부로 나오는 경우와 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 경우를 분리한 이중 출입방식으로 외부인이 내부에서 나오는 사람의 인증만으로 쉽게 건물 안으로 진입하는 보안상의 문제점을 해결 하였다. 둘째, 건물 내부 물품을 외부로 유출할 시 무게 차이 때문에 출입문이 차단되어 관리자의 허락 없이는 물품을 밖으로 유출할 수 없게 되어 도난을 방지문제를 해결 하였다. 셋째, 몸무게 정보를 이용하여 출입자들이 동시에 출입문을 통과하지 못하도록 제한하여 모든 출입자의 로그정보를 정확하게 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 데이터베이스에 저장된 출입로그 데이터를 출퇴근 관리프로그램에 지원하여 급여 계산 및 인사 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 다섯째, 건물에 화재가 나거나 폭탄 테러와 같은 위험 발생 시 출입자를 정확하게 파악할 수 있게 되어 용의자 파악이 용이하도록 하였다.

Diligence/Indolence records are the key data for a human resource management and the basic data to measure the salaries of the employees. However, existing mechanical or electro-magnetic diligence/indolence management systems have the problems that the systems are often incorrect or require much cost to build them. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence management system using a smart device of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system acquires the location data of the employee using the MAC addresses of both a smart device and access points of the WiFi and transfers the data of punching-in/out based on the acquired location to a server. The benefit of the proposed system is that it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I management system with low cost because the system exploits smart devices and WiFi access points installed previously.

21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

The non-ionic surfactant (NIS) Tween 80 was evaluated for its ability to influence invitro cumulative gas production, dry matter digestibility, cellulolytic enzyme activities, anaerobic microbial growth rates, and adhesion to substrates by mixed rumen microorganisms on rice straw, alfalfa hay, cellulose filter paper and tall fescue hay. The addition of NIS Tween 80 at a level of 0.05% increased significantly (P<0.05) in vitro DM digestibility, cumulative gas production, microbial growth rate and cellulolytic enzyme activity from all of substrates used in this study. In vitro cumulative gas production from the NIS-treated substrates; rice straw, alfalfa hay, filter paper and tall fescue hay was significantly (P<0.05) improved by 274.8, 235.2, 231.1 and 719.5% compared with the control, when substrates were incubated for 48 hr in vitro. The addition of 0.05% NIS Tween 80 to cultures growing on alfalfa hay resulted in a significant increase in CMCase (38.1%), xylanase (121.4%), Avicelase (not changed) and amylase (38.2%) activities after 36 h incubation. These results indicated that the addition of 0.05% Tween 80 could greatly stimulate the release of some kinds of cellulolytic enzymes without decreasing cell growth rate in contrast to trends reported with aerobic microorganism. Our SEM observation showed that NIS Tween. 80 did not influence the microbial adhesion to substrates used in the study. Present data clearly show that improved gas production, DM digestibility and cellulolytic enzyme activity by Tween 80 is not due to increased bacterial adhesion on the substrates.

Since Alarm Monitoring Service was introduced in Korea in 1981, the market has been increasing and is expected to increase continually. Some factors such as the increase of social security need and the change of safety consciousness, increase of persons who live alone could be affected positively on Alarm Monitoring Service industry. As Alarm Monitoring Service come into wide use, the understanding of electronic security service is spread and consumer's demand is difficult, so consideration about new developmental plan is need to respond to the change actively. Electronic security system is consist of various kinds of element, so every element could do their role equally. Alarm Monitoring Service should satisfy consumer's various needs because it is not necessary commodity, also electronic security device could be easily operated and it's appearance has to have a good design. To solve the false alarm problem, detection sensor's improvement should be considered preferentially and development of new type of sensor that operate dissimilarly to replace former sensor is needed. On the other hand, to settle the matter that occurred by response time, security company could explain the limit on Alarm Monitoring System to consumer honestly and ask for an understanding. If consumer could be joined into security activity by security agent's explanation, better security service would be provided with mutual confidence. To save response time the consideration on the introduction of GIS(Global Information System) is needed rather than GPS(Global Positioning System). Although training program for security agents is important, several benefits for security agents should be considered together. The development of new business model is required for preparation against market stagnation and the development of new commodity to secure consumer for housing service rather than commercial facility service. for the purpose of those, new commodity related to home-network system and video surveillance system could be considered, also new added service with network between security company and consumer for a basis is to be considered.
