본 논문에서는 일반적인 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델을 준용하여 "글로벌 B2B 전자상거래"로서의 사이버무역(Cyber Trade) 내지 전자무역(e-Trade)의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념, 유행 및 사례 등을 살펴보고 향후의 발전방향을 검토하였다. 특히 무역거래알선 사이트로 대표될 수 있는 무역 부문의 국내 e-마켓플레이스에 대한 심층적인 사례분석을 통해 고객 중심의 바람직한 사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델은 계약 이전은 물론 계약 이후의 모든 무역업무 처리에 필요한 각종 정보와 서류가 전자적으로 교환이 가능한 이른바 "단절없고 전 무역과정이 유통되는 네트워크(Seamless & Fully Circulated Network)"의 구축을 지향하고 있다는 점을 지적하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 인터넷과 EDI의 통합, 온라인과 오프라인의 통합, 국내와 외국과의 네트워크 통합 등이 매우 중요함을 강조하고 있다.

국내의 항만물류산업에서는 서류 전송을 합리화하고 입력데이터의 오류를 없애기 위해 EDI를 도입·실행하여 왔다. 그러나, 기존의 항만물류산업에서 사용중인 전통적인 EDI는 사내 정보시스템과의 비연계성, 과중한 EDI 구축비용과 소프트웨어 구입비 및 EDI 통신료, 산업간 EDI 자료교환의 불가능, 업무프로세스의 개선 미약, 응답시간의 지연, 사용의 불편성, 표준문서 사용 등 제반 문제점들이 미해결 상태로 남아있다. 차세대 인터넷 언어로 각광받고 있는 XML은 기존의 데이터를 보다 쉽게 표현, 교환, 저장할 수 있어서 무역, 금융, 멀티미디어, 전자상거래 등 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있다. 특히 XML의 개방적이고, 유연한 특징으로 인해 상이한 데이터 및 문서포맷을 지닌 다수의 거래업체간에 뛰어난 상호운영성을 가져와 이를 이용하는 비율이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 위해 다수의 XML기반 프레임워크가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML/EDl, BizTalk 프레임워크, ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업의 EDI시스템에 적용하여 이들의 구조를 밝혀내고 각 프레임워크의 유효성을 검증하고자 시도하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the send and receive of the message in the both Bolero and TEDI System. Bolero System is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions, as well as the Bolero Rulebook and Operating Rules governing their use. On the other hand, The TEDI System replaces a series of trade documents with electronic date, and it realizes secure and reliable transactions of data among parties by means of open networks, such as the Internet. The TEDI system is composed of Web browsers, TC Servers, a RSP Server, and Certification Servers.

A Study on the Information Security System of Fin-Tech Business In traditional electronic commerce, there have not been severe issues of trading information through documents in paper or the closed EDI. The scale of e-commerce has increased as internet develops, however, turning to the online e-commerce, which caused a number of issues such as authentication, information forgery, and non-repudiation between the parties. To prevent conflicts from such troubles and perform the post management, security technologies are applied throughout the process of e-commerce, certificates intervening. Lately, meanwhile, FinTech has been creating a sensation around the mobile payment service. Incidents of information leakage from card corporations and hackings imply the need of securing safety of the financial service. Development and evolution of FinTech industry must be accompanied by information protection. Therefore, this research aims to inquire into the information security system of leading FinTech company in a foreign country.

오늘날 우리 나라가 당면한 최우선 경제과제중 하나는 물류부문의 혁신을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 정부도 1993년 물류체계 개선을 위한 장기구상으로 ‘화물유통체계 개선 10개년 기본계획’을 수립하여 적극 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 PORT-MIS사용자를 상대로 한 설문조사에서는 선박입출항 업무 관련 서류의 40%, 항만시설 사용 업무와 관련된 서류의 31%, 하역업무 관련 서류의 10%만이 EDI를 활용하고 있었다. EDI 활용이 저조한 사유로는 전송시간이 많이 걸리며, EDI 소프트웨어가 작동되지 않으며, 수신확인이 되지 않기 때문이라 응답을 하였다. 이처럼 오늘날 항만물류산업이 겪고 있는 물류 데이타 흐름의 단절적 현상은 시간이 흐를수록 해결될 기미가 보이고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라가 겪고 있는 물류관련 업무를 한번의 데이터 입력으로 해결할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 시스템개발을 목표로 우선 PORT-MIS EDI 업무를 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 향후 화주, 운송사, 선사, 포워더, 창고업자, 하역회사, 철도청, 화물터미널, 컨테이너 터미널, 해양수산청, 관세청, 출입국관리사무소, 검역소 사이에 서로 교환되는 적하목록, Booking List, 컨테이너 Pick up정보, 위험물 정보, COPINO 정보를 비롯하여 대 관세청 신고 등 수출컨테이너 화물업무의 전반적인 영역으로까지 쉽게 확대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과 구축된 시스템은 원천정보를 중앙의 통합데이터베이스에 저장하여 이를 사용자의 요구에 의해 인터넷을 통해 전달하는 FTP와 웹 EDI 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technologica

KICS is intended to facilitate the computerization of the criminal justice process and realize a quick and transparent criminal justice process. Thus, it has been operating in the field of criminal justice by establishing criminal justice portal for the empowerment of the people. While in 2008 the opposition by the Court concerns the independent function of the judiciary and privacy violations presented in conjunction with its own operating system between the judiciary and other institutions. KICS improve office productivity by creating documents in a single criminal justice agencies to reduce costs, and costs of document exchange between criminal justice agencies. Secondly, the decision-making process is simplified by using the electronic documentation system and speed up, bind and document handling procedures ranging from preserving documents received are reduced dramatically contribute to the competitiveness of the organization through business improvement. Third, The use of an electronic document stored in the information is easy, and it is possible to easily access a variety of information can facilitate the realization of an open state by smoothly to provide information about the people. The technique of information-communication rapidly developed has made it possible for us to do business through Internet. Electronic commerce was increased rapidly by the explosive development of the inter and communication revolution. E-Commerce has created a fundamentally new way of conduction and will change drastically accepted ways of doing business. Normally international trade has been formulated in a way that exporters and importers meet face-to-face and contract and pay by letter of credits. For the global electronic commerce to vitalized, the outstanding matters should encourage the creation of infrastructure of information security and new models in the field of electronic payment systems, electronic commerce agreement for remedy, adapting electronic date interchange in transport documents and negotiability of electronic bills of lading. The payment systems such as electronic fund transfers, tradecard system and electronic letters of credits issued by SWIFT system permit the parties concerned(sellers, buyers ad service providers) to settle payment electronically. Still they are many limitations for complete international electronic transactions. The following measures have to be taken to vitalize electronic trade transactions. It is needed to acquire information security such as authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation and confidentiality. All kinds of documents need to be replaced by electronic date exchange and the legal structure of international convention, national law for electronic payment systems have to be completed. Also a detailed guide of the banking operation and developing rules for electronic letters of credits need to be provided to adopt eUCP rules for the electronic presentation of documents.
