Railroad logistics transporting freight by train takes charge of 10 or 20 percent of domestic cargos. Railroad logistics users such as transport companies including shippers or Inland Container Depot(ICD) use electronic document(EDI or XML) or input data through WEB to process railroad logistics business. However, as business environments evolving into e-business, it is required to upgrade the legacy railroad logistics process. As the increase of using ebXML-based schema format, it is also needed to improve the electronic documents based on DTD format into those of XML schema format. This study deals with information standard for railroad logistics to improve the railroad logistics business. To this purpose railroad business processes were re-defined through the standard business process modeling methodology. Information model was also derived by defining railroad logistics activities from business process model. And Business Information Entities(BIEs) were defined to design new electronic documents according to the extracted information model. An improved system architecture for railroad logistics was proposed as well. The results of this study will provide an effective and flexible business flow to railroad logistics business.

네트워크 환경의 발전과 디지털 미디어 저작툴의 발전으로 이미지, 오디오, 비디오, 전자 문서 등의 멀티미디어 데이터는 시공간적 차이 없이 인터넷에서 빠르게 배포되고 있다. 품질의 손실 없이 무한 복제가 가능한 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성 및 저작권에 대한 의식의 부족 때문에 이들 데이터의 불법 복제 및 무단 배포가 일어나고 있다. 이와 동시에 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권 정보를 보호하기 위한 워터마킹 기술도 연구개발이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 또한 워터마킹 기술의 취약성을 밝히는 워터마크 공격 기술도 워터마킹 기술의 발전과 더불어 개발되고 있는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 다양한 워터마킹 기술들의 성능을 검증하기 위해 어떠한 워터마크 공격 기술과 워터마크 평가 기술이 있는지 동향을 파악하고 이러한 기술의 내용을 살펴본다. 또한 워터마크 공격 기술과 평가 기술에 관련된 최근의 국제 표준화 현황도 살펴본다.

Digital library system is an area of multimedia data production system which can differentiate itself from the traditional libraries. While the major role of the traditional libraries is servicing the customers, digital library system is a total system which produces new-formatted knowledge from the existing and new information, and servicing the knowledge to the customers. Thus digital library system must incorporate open and standardized document formats such as SGML, and make the knowledge shareable among the other digital library systems. In order to do show the efficient implementation for the effective digital library system, a technical alternative will be introduced as performing the Digital Library Pilot project.

It is not easy to access to the required data from the Web by using search engines because there are too many data selected and they do not provide enough information related to the corresponding data. Metadata is data about data. It includes information about data itself and contents of data as well. Users can acquire enough information about the corresponding data and access to the required data exactly using metadata, and therefore the data usability will be increased. In this paper, several metadata technologies and metadata models that are already in process of standardization or adopted as standards are analyzed, and the SeriCore Metadata Model for documents such as papers, project reports, technical reports, abstracts, and manuals, and graphic images that are in the field of science technologies on the Web is proposed. The SeriCore Metadata Management System that can generate, store, and retrieve metadata effectively is designed and implemented based on the SeriCore Metadata Model.

최근 XML을 기반으로 한 웹서비스는 인터넷 전자상거래와 인터넷을 기반으로 한 서비스통합 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며 웹서비스를 이용한 메시지 및 문서를 안전하게 송수신 하기위해 XKMS기반 하에 XML전자서명, XML암호화 등이 표준화 되어 있다. 그러나 웹서비스를 위한 XML기반 PKI서비스인 XKMS는 PKI와의 연동방안이 제시되어 있지 않으며 PKI와 XKMS간의 상호인증이 보장되어 있지 않고 서비스거부공격과 재연공격 등에 취약점이 있는 등 여러 가지 취약점이 분석되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CA발행 공인인증서를 활용한 XKMS와 PKI서버간의 상호인증방안을 제시하고 메시지 송수신 시 nonce값을 이용하여 재연공격을 방지할 수 있는 메시지 형식을 정의함으로써 보다 안전하게 XKMS PKI가 연동을 하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

기존 하드웨어 중심의 네트워크 인프라를 소프트웨어 중심으로 진화시켜 서비스 유연성과 비즈니스 민첩성을 제고시킬 수 있는 새로운 네트워크 기술로 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹(SDN: Software-Defined Networking)과 네트워크 기능 가상화(NFV: Network Functions Virtualisation) 기술이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 빠르게 상용화 단계에 접어든 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹 기술과 달리, 네트워크 기능 가상화 기술은 표준화 단체를 통한 기술 논의 및 상위 표준문서 작업에 많은 노력이 집중됨에 따라 네트워크 기능 가상화 기술을 개발하고 검증하며 운용할 수 있는 실질적인 플랫폼 개발에 대한 요구가 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 본고에서는 최근 Linux Foundation의 Collaborative Project로 발표된 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 네트워크 기능 가상화 플랫폼 개발 프로젝트인 OPNFV(Open Platform for NFV)의 목적과 개발범위 그리고 향후 개발방향을 중심으로 소개한다.

IMT-2030(6G)은 IMT-2020(5G)에 비교하여 많은 서비스와 기능들이 추가되고 있다. IMT-2030(6G) 요소기술 개발은 산업계에서 매우 빠르게 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 기술을 기반으로 표준개발이 ITU-R WP 5D, 3GPP 등 여러 기구에서 동시다발적으로 진행이 되고 있다. Open RAN은 시점으로는 5G 이후에 출현한 기술이지만 5G를 기반으로 실현이 가능함을 산업계에서는 보여주고 있다. 이러한 기술들을 구분 짓고 체계화 하는 것이 표준기구의 역할이라고 할 수 있다. ITU-R WP 5D 제44차 회의(2023년 6월)에서 이번 회기(2020-2023)를 종료하며 완성한 IMT Framework 문서의 내용을 기반으로 AI와 정보보호가 융합한 지능형 보안관제의 필요성, 구조와 기능에 대하여 살펴본다.

Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence abount an age of information demand is a education focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology. WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submint various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. And XML electronic signature raise interworking between digital signature systems used by various field of using XML document. Using these merit and complementing defect are main contents that users have to pay about Certification service to get CA certificate from 2004 june. This paper propose multiplex Certification remote education agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

Recently, a major issue in the research of metadata is the standardization of metadata format. The new extension capability of metadata in the standardization requires some changes - storing and managing dynamic data consistently. In this paper, we define the characteristics of new metadata and propose a concurrency control called Two Version Latch (2VL). 2VL uses a latch and maintains two versions. Maintaining two versions using latch minimizes conflicts between read operation and write operation. The removal of unnecessary lock holding minimizes refresh latency. Therefore, this algorithm presents fast response time and recent data retrieval in read operation execution. As a result of the performance evaluation, the 2VL algorithm is shown to be better than other algorithms in metadata management system.

One of the business in the future will be executed by Business to Business(B to B) model of E-Commerce. The concept of the B to B model composes the work process, people, and supporting environment. The work processes are related to the information process, technologies, and standards. Information process elements contains digital data exchange, data sharing, and collaboration. This paper designed and implemented the XML-based Business Flow Management System(BFMS) for B to B model of E-commerce in the Internet. BFMS in this paper automatically performs the information process for B to B model such as electronic bidding system including purchase order management, bidding management, delivery management to build E-Commerce in the Internet. XML can be used as document standard between business for skating and exchange of data and also provide platform independent environment.
