There are various educational aids which we can use in classroom. In classes, video presenters have been used for presenting full-text book to screen. In this study, we developed an educational solution to support real-time video capture of contents of text-book using video presenter. If teachers use this solution, they can teach using real-time captured video of text-book in anytime, anywhere.

한국전자통신연구소의 음성 데이터베이스 구축 현황을 기술한다. 현재 한국전자통신연구소에서는 음성인식 연구를 위해 단어음성, 정형 문장 음성 등의 데이터베이스를 구축, 보유하고 있다. 음성인식용 데이터베이스는 정해진 단어, 분장을 20명 내지 100명이 발성한 것으로, 일부는 음소 단위까지 레이블링이 되어 있다. 또 음성합성 연구를 위해 합성단위 및 운율데이타베이스를 가지고 있는데 이는 한 명 혹은 남녀 각각 3명이 발성한 것으로, 일부는 피치 등이 수록되어 있다. 문장 데이터베이스는 언어 정보처리를 위해 교재, 문학, 경제, 과학 분야의 문장을 총 480만 어절 가지고 있으며, 이 중 일부에 품사 정보를 추가하였다. 한국전자통신연구소는 국내 음성 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 음성 연구의 기반 자료가 되는 음성 데이터베이스를 국내 대학 및 산업체에 배포하고 있다 음성 데이터베이스는 음성 연구의 기반이 되는 자료임에도 불구하고 많은 비용과 노력이 들어 일반 대학에서는 쉽게 만들 수 없었다. 이에 ETRI는 한국통신이 출연한 "자동통역 요소기술개발" 과제으 LQNTKSANF인 여러 종류의 음성 데이터베이스와 관련 프로그램을 공급하여 국내 음성 연구의 기반 확립에 기여하고자 한다. 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the KESLI consortium by analyzing the status of participant organizations and their needs. A survey questionnaire including questions on consortium selection, management, and evaluation was distributed. The findings from the 179 responses indicate that the needs of the participants include issues related to the collection development policy, the cataloging of e-journals, user education, and evaluation. Therefore, KESLI should provide the following: (1) examples of collection development policy used for reference, (2) system development for e-journal cataloging, (3) materials and program guidelines for user education, and (4) education related to evaluation techniques for e-journal usages.

As IT technology improves, software is being more and more important. Industry demands higher level of programming ability from university graduates. As a result, programming related courses already take higher possession of electronics department curricula. But even though the environment likewise computer laboratory is improved as much, and professors have tried to enhance the quality of their lectures and educational results, still programming education does not match the demand of our society and industry. In this paper, we introduce the overview of programming education in electronics department, KUT and discuss problems in programming language education especially for the 1st year students, since programming education to the 1st year university students becomes one of the most important part as it deals with fundamentals on programming language and we suggest its improvement directions in regards with students, teaching materials, professors, class size, and class hours.

This study developed e-book content in order to use e-books as a tool to provide more efficient classes to learners who are familiar with smart devices and online spaces. E-book contents were produced using Sigil-0.9.10. The development process is as follows. Before e-book development, it is necessary to prepare manuscript files, image files to be inserted, fonts to be used, and e-book covers. After inserting the book cover images, it is necessary to register the table of contents using the title tag and register the free fonts. Also, a style must be created for text or images used in the main text connected to a file containing the entire text. Then, after separating the entire text file into separate files according to each chapter, the text is completed in turn. E-books were produced focusing on hyperlink functions so that educational content and various example images could be accessed. Currently, there is a lack of research on e-books as textbooks in universities within the fashion design major. In the future, if e-book contents are developed according to the characteristics of courses and the level of learners, they can be used as effective teaching tools.

Overseas marketing before the conclusion of a contract is a huge obstacle to enter the global market because it has needed the company's maximum capacities which are some cost, time and human resources. Thus it required a reestablishment about the education fields and research schemes. Due to the advancements in ICT and internet, a subject of e-trade is becoming a critical issue with a subject of a practice of international trade. However, since the mid-2000s, e-trade research articles and educational materials such as textbooks, research papers are being gradually reduced. Therefore the purpose of this study, from an oversea marketing point of view among the various e-trade fields, is to measure an education performance and an academic research scheme. And this study will suggest direction of improvement about research scheme and educational performance in the overseas marketing. According to the result, to establish the education and research scheme about SEM(Search Engine Marketing), SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and SNA(Social Network Analysis) which are introduced in the industry among the education and research field related the e-trade is urgent. And some subjects need a capstone-design reconcile theory and practice.

현대사회를 정보화 사회라고 한다. 교과서나 교사에 의해 독점되던 지식은 다양한 출판물과 전파매체를 통해서 무차별적으로 전달되고 있다. 20세기가 출판문화의 시대였다면 21세기는 전자, 전파 매체가 주도하는 정보의 시대인 것이다. 이러한 변화에 따라 교육 현장에서도 열린교육의 핵심인 개별화 교육이 강조되고 있으며 컴퓨터의 교육적 활용에 무한한 가능성을 인지하고, 이를 교수-학습에 적용하려는 시도가 끊임없이 전개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별화 교육의 일환으로 교수-학습 현장에 컴퓨터와 웹을 접목한 대화형 교육방송 시스템 설계와 구현에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. U 기술을 이용하여 수업교재를 제작하고, 이를 기반으로 서버를 구축하여 원격지에서 다양한 학습자들이 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 학습할 수 있는 대화형 교육방송 시스템에 관하여 연구하였다.

Computer programs are required from all areas in society including machine, space, aviation, and medicine. However, the programming curriculum is getting hard despite a lot of teaching materials and video lessons. Programming languages are very diverse, but most of them use the same structure, and they only have different expression methods. Therefore, if one learns one programming language, then it doesn't need to spend a lot of time and efforts to learn another programming langue. Most programming languages use the structure of sequence, selection, and repletion in general. The important thing for programming learners is the structure or algorithm of programming not the grammar of program. This study designed and implemented the language learning system to learn structured programming by using a flowchart.

The purpose of this study is to develop the eTextbook and to explore the usability of the eTextbook for accelerating mobile learning in university. This study was primarily based on needs analysis of students, and eTextbook was created based on digital publishing through Adobe DPS. The major design principles of the eTextbook based on previous studies were as follow. First, eTextbook should deliver learning contents in a simple and systematic way. Second, eTextbook should induce student's flows by providing segmented learning contents and various learning resources. Third, eTextbook should expand information accessibility by providing a wide variety of multimedia functions. The development principles of eTextbook have been developed based on cognitive psychology. Location and function of the link or icon used for eTextbook have been developed on the basis of the principles of cognitive psychology. The main development principles were Coherence, Signaling, Redundancy, Segmentation, Multimedia principle, and so on. In order to examine usability of the developed eTextbook, experts' and learners' reactions were evaluated. The primary responses of learners are that the eTextbook increased the learning accessibility and provided various multimedia factors, and thus increased the learning flows in the class.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the frequency and usage of sentence patterns appearing in electronic dictionaries used in Korean language education in order to design an automatic sentence patterns checking. First, the concept of sentence patterns is defined and it is classified into sentence structure patterns and sentencial expression patterns. Sentence structure patterns and sentencial expression patterns are analyzed how they are expressed in the Korean Learner's Corpus. learner's Corpus is built into the Standard Corpus, which all Korean Learners must learn, and the Errors Corpus made by learners. From these research, we will find out how frequently the Sentential Patterns are being used in the Standard Corpus which has been made of Korean Texts and how the Sentential Pattern are being used in the Errors Corpus which were constructed from Korean learner's writings. Finally, having described the Sentential Patterns on the Sentential Electric Dictionary, we determine the optimum speed in the search for the Sentential Pattern.
