This study is a project case research on PVR-based e-book systems for the cultural property learning effectively. In this study, we designed and implemented the systems and contents using a photographic virtual reality technique. This system could provide the students an effectiveness of virtual experience such as a student is at place that has the cultural property. Moreover we developed the educational contents in image DB. We also converted these contents into e-book typed contents that the students easily searched and used the system in class. This systems were applied the students in elementary school. As the result of applying, we found that the PVR-based e-book systems were more effective than plain web-based systems. This study will give advanced education environment to students as well as teachers in future.

This paper describes design and implementation of a general purpose cyber educational system. In this system, there are different types of menus and services according to such user's rights as system operators, professors, assistant instructors, students. In order to keep in close contact between students and professors, provided are various services such as the official announcement, transcripts of lecture, bulletin board, Q/A corner, report box, archive of study materials, electronic mail box, memorandum including checking of one's attendance and school record. For the purpose of activating small group studies and discussion about given subject, it can organize into groups automatically and provide with debating rooms. The system is implemented by separating with both HTML design and programming part by templete concept. Overload of iterative server is solved by adjusting the numbers of DB servers of each service.

This paper is intended to provide a good lecture to computer utilizing courses in the Department of Nursing, therefore first analyzes the outlines of relevant qualifying examinations as well as the contents of the textbooks and syllabus that are currently taught in universities, and then design the curriculum by applying blended learning for effective proceedings of computer-utilizing course. The curriculum for computer-utilizing course which this paper suggests is based on blended learning which blends face-to-face classes with e-learning classes, and its two tracks of teaching and practice include weekly core areas, teaching goals, and subjects. Therefore, this curriculum is expected to lead to excellent learning outcomes as it will become a good teaching scheme for teachers and will motivate students to acquire license. and to find employment.
