In order to achieve high accuracy of off-line character recognition(OCR) systems, the recognized text must be processed through a post-processing stage using contextual information. In this paper, we reclassify Korean word classes in terms of OCR word correction. And we collect combinations of Korean particles(approximately 900) linguistic verbal from(around 800). We aggregate 9 Korean irregular verbal phrases defined from a Korean linguistic point of view. Using these Korean word information and a Head-tail method, we can correct misrecognized words. A Korean character recognizer demonstrates 93.7% correct character recognition without a post-processing stage. The entire recognition rate of our system with a post-processing stage exceeds 97% correct character recognition.
This paper explores a method of text watermarking for agglutinative languages and develops a syntactic tree-based syntactic constituent movement scheme. Agglutinative languages provide a good ground for the syntactic tree-based natural language watermarking because syntactic constituent order is relatively free. Our proposed natural language watermarking method consists of seven procedures. First, we construct a syntactic dependency tree of unmarked text. Next, we perform clausal segmentation from the syntactic tree. Third, we choose target syntactic constituents, which will move within its clause. Fourth, we determine the movement direction of the target constituents. Then, we embed a watermark bit for each target constituent. Sixth, if the watermark bit does not coincide with the direction of the target constituent movement, we displace the target constituent in the syntactic tree. Finally, from the modified syntactic tree, we obtain a marked text. From the experimental results, we show that the coverage of our method is 91.53%, and the rate of unnatural sentences of marked text is 23.16%, which is better than that of previous systems. Experimental results also show that the marked text keeps the same style, and it has the same information without semantic distortion.
We present efficient generalized algorithms for all-to-all personalized communication operations in a 2D torus. All-to-all personalized communication, or complete exchange, is at the heart of numerous applications, such as matrix transposition, Fast Fourier Transform(FFT), and distributed table lookup. Some algorithms have been Presented when the number of nodes is power-of-2 or multiple-of-four form, but there has been no result for general cases yet. We first present complete exchange algorithm called multiple-Hop-2D when the number of nodes is in the form of multiple-of-two. Then by extending this algorithm, we present two algorithms for an arbitrary number of nodes. Split-and-Merge algorithm first splits the whole network into zones. After each zone performs complete exchange, merge is applied to finish the desired complete exchange. By handling extra steps in Double-Hop-2D algorithm, Modified Double-Hop-2D algorithm performs complete exchange operation for general cases. Finally, we compare the required start-up time for these algorithms.
The catalysts for decomposition reaction of acetaldehyde were investigated. The catalysts were prepared with transition metal Ni, Mo, Al on ${\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ support by impregnation method. Physio-chemical properties of catalysts were characterized by SEM-EDS, XRD, XPS, BET and TPR techniques. The conversion efficiency of catalysts for acetaldehyde was measured in the temperature range of $150{\sim}500^{\circ}C$ by GC through the micro reactor system. The 8 wt% $Ni/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ was found to be the most active catalyst of mono-metal catalysts tested, and the 1-3 wt% $Ni-Al/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ showed higher conversion efficiency than other bimetallic catalysts.

To select the operating condition of 0.5 MWth chemical looping combustion system, minimum fluidization velocity, transition velocity to fast fluidization and solid circulation rate were measured using mass produced new oxygen carrier (N016-R4) which produced by spray drying method for 0.5 MWth chemical looping combustion system. A minimum fluidization velocity decreased as the pressure increased. The measured transition velocity to fast fluidization was 2.0 m/s at ambient temperature and pressure. The measured solid circulation rate increased as the solid control valve opening increased. We could control the solid circulation rate from 26 to $93kg/m^2s$. Based on the measured minimum fluidization velocity and transition velocity to fast fluidization, we choose appropriate operating conditions and demonstrated continuous solid circulation at high pressure condition (5 bar-abs) up to 24 hours.
Tomato crops are easy to expose to disease and spread in a short period of time, so late measures against disease are directly related to production and sales, which can cause damage. Therefore, there is a need for a service that enables early prevention by simply and accurately diagnosing tomato diseases in the field. In this paper, we construct a system that applies a deep learning-based model in which ImageNet transition is learned in advance to classify and serve nine classes of tomatoes for disease and normal cases. We use the input of MobileNet, ResNet, with a deep learning-based CNN structure that builds a lighter neural network using a composite product for the image set of leaves classifying tomato disease and normal from the Plant Village dataset. Through the learning of two proposed models, it is possible to provide fast and convenient services using MobileNet with high accuracy and learning speed.
This study attempted to examine the effect of education and training on organizational performance based on HCCP research through the systematic review of previous studies. For this, 29 papers used HCCP data were selected and analyzed, and the research results are as follows. First, the research results showed that education and training had a positive effect on non-financial performance such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and financial performance such as sales and operating profit. Second, in order for education and training to affect organizational performance, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and education transfer were found to be important factors. Third, for effective transfer of education and training, it is necessary to establish a system that can be applied to the field after education and training, finally, it suggested the need for research to be conducted to reveal the practical effectiveness of education and training by measuring the degree to which education and training contributed to financial performance more closely.

This paper proposes a system that performs object detection and distance estimation for application to autonomous vehicles. Object detection is performed by a network that adjusts the split grid to the input image ratio using the characteristics of the recently actively used deep learning model YOLOv4, and is trained to a custom dataset. The distance to the detected object is estimated using a bounding box and homography. As a result of the experiment, the proposed method improved in overall detection performance and processing speed close to real-time. Compared to the existing YOLOv4, the total mAP of the proposed method increased by 4.03%. The accuracy of object recognition such as pedestrians, vehicles, construction sites, and PE drums, which frequently occur when driving to the city center, has been improved. The processing speed is approximately 55 FPS. The average of the distance estimation error was 5.25m in the X coordinate and 0.97m in the Y coordinate.
Plant diseases and pests affect the growth of various plants, so it is very important to identify pests at an early stage. Although many machine learning (ML) models have already been used for the inspection and classification of plant pests, advances in deep learning (DL), a subset of machine learning, have led to many advances in this field of research. In this study, disease and pest inspection of abnormal crops and maturity classification were performed for normal crops using YOLOX detector and MobileNet classifier. Through this method, various plant pest features can be effectively extracted. For the experiment, image datasets of various resolutions related to strawberries, peppers, and tomatoes were prepared and used for plant pest classification. According to the experimental results, it was confirmed that the average test accuracy was 84% and the maturity classification accuracy was 83.91% in images with complex background conditions. This model was able to effectively detect 6 diseases of 3 plants and classify the maturity of each plant in natural conditions.
