The museum, run by the archives, should show historical facts about the president through objective records that are not fully evaluated. The wartime atmosphere should maintain solemnity to highlight the evidential value of records about history, but include an interesting element that allows visitors to come comfortably. It would be possible to accommodate 360 viewers at the same time, and it would be an option to limit the number of visitors considering the operation of weekend events and the donor honor hall. In this study, we established and presented an image integration plan centered on the color plan and the signature plan. Although the real image integration plan is a case study that starts with symbols and logos and is conducted through an integrated and systematic system through the basic design and application design system, it is considered to be a meaningful study in terms of practical use.

최근 러시아는 무기의 해외판매에 주력하고 있으며, 이의 일환으로 '93년에 무기전시회와 에어쇼를 통해 여러 종류의 무기를 공개전시하였으나 기술적 내용과 특징은 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 이 글에 소개된 내용은 S-300V, S-300 PMU, TOR 등 대공유도무기용 위상배열레이다를 중심으로 하여 우리 군과 방산종사자들의 관심이 많은 대공방어체계용 레이다 관련 자료를 모으고 기술적인 해석을 하였다.

The evaluation of art has been historically based on the thorough reliance on the subjectivity of beholders due to the fact that the production and appreciation of works of art is founded on the similar(subjective) value. There had been little attempt to reverse such tendency by creating an objective and quantitative checklist for evaluating a work of art. Centering on the evaluation of the Media Art, which increased dramatically in numbers since the late 1960s, this is an attempt in systematizing the quantitative evaluation of Media Art by reflecting the idea of subjective criticism as well as its medium specificity. As such, the criteria for the evaluation consist of media evaluation, work evaluation, appreciation evaluation, product evaluation and exhibition evaluation. The evaluators can be divided into the general public, the Media Art specialist and the curatorial staff, according to their experiences in dealing with the Media Art. Based on the result of the FGD, the weight has been added to the evaluation system according to each evaluation criteria to ensure the balance between the objective and subjective criticism.

전투간 각급제대는 필요한 정보를 수집하기 위하여 다양한 수단을 사용해야 하는데 USN체계는 체계의 특성상 사단급이하의 전술제대에 적용이 적절하다고 보았다. USN을 군체계에 적용하는 방안을 정립하고 USN을 감시정찰체계로 사용하여 전시 및 평시에 사단급 이하에서의 전술작전간 운용하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 토대로 USN을 군체계에 적용할 경우에 보유해야 할 주요 성능 및 소요기술을 도출하고 분석하였다.

The Naval Combat System has several equipment needed to operate the system, such as radar equipment, underwater sensor equipment, guns and missile control and armed control equipment, and a multi function console is configured to control it. The multi function console is equipped with HCI(Human Computer Interaction)-based software for displaying the status information of equipment and controlling equipment, and the operator uses the installed software to operate the Naval Combat System. However, when operating a Naval Combat System for a long time, there are problems such as physical discomfort caused by the structure of the multi function console display and increase in fatigue of the person who operates various and complicated user interface configuration. These issues are important factors in reducing Naval Combat System operability. In order to solve these issues, in this paper, based on a questionnaire survey conducted for Naval Combat System development personnel, multi function console screen design to reduce physical discomfort and HCI design to reduce fatigue and increase intuition are proposed. The proposed design is expected to provide convenience to future Naval Combat System operators and improve operation over existing Naval Combat System.

전통적인 디지털 박물관 시스템은 전시를 조직화하는 단순한 기능에 촛점을 두고 있으며 설계 패턴은 전시 항목들에 기반을 두고 있다. 이것의 생명주기는 직선적이고 피드백과 재사용성이 부족하여 생명 주기에서 지식 처리를 다루는 것에 대해서는 관심을 가지지 않고 있다. 하지만 현대 디지털 박물관은 급진적으로 증가하는 정보를 다루어야 하고, 디지털 감상, E-학습과 관련 연구를 위해 통합된 기능을 제공해야 한다. 이러한 요구사항들은 디지털 박물관에서 객체들이 고수준으로 추상화되고, 생명주기도 반복적이며 재사용이 가능하도록 요구하고 있다. 그러므로 체계적으로 통합된 지식처리 과정들이 디지털 박물관에서 정보시스템을 다루기 위해서 절대적으로 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현대 디지털 박물관 시스템에서 새로운 생명주기를 제안한다. 지식 흐름(knowledge flow)은 디지털 박물관 생명주기에 걸쳐서 모든 정보 흐름으로부터 고수준으로 추상화된 객체이다. 지식 흐름을 따라가게 되면 이 특별한 생명주기는 정의된 시금석으로서 다차원의 분수 모델(Fountain Model)과 비슷하며, 이 생명주기에서 지식처리 과정은 각 차원에서 다른 강조점을 지닌 계층으로 잘 나누어진다. 또한 분산된 지식 처리 절차를 체계적이고 재사용할 수 있도록 통합하기 위한 지식 기반 소프트웨어 공학 접근방법을 제공한다.

In the past, companies concentrated their efforts on developing new technologies and producing new products. But new technologies in this information age do not make difference any more comparing to other companies. In this marketing environment, a company must appeal strongly their own image to the customers' brains to make better difference than other companies do. One of the best way to make their own image in the customer's brains might be outgrowing themselves of the one-way communication such as the printed-media or broadcast-media and preparing some space such as advertisement halls or pavilions where customers and companies meet each other and make mutual communications between both of them. Therefore, we need to study systematically on the design elements in the advertisement halls or pavilions. To begin with, we should lully understand the basic idea by looking up the reference literature. We case-studied on the basic of constructive elements of advertise halls of both SAMSUNG and LG Electronics Co. The purpose of this study is to realize that we can transfer effectively the company's image to the customers only if we fully understand company's business philosophy and vision in advance to start design the advertisement hails. We should also realize that it is also important to manage systematically the company's design strategic elements' to achieve its changing goals in more logical and scientifically way.

The state has the constitutional duty to secure the safety of its citizens and provide protection against any physical dangers. The Republic of Korea has a high threat of nuclear, biological and or chemical(hereafter referred to as NBC) attack from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Thus, the state has a responsibility to form a legislation to provide the protection for its citizens and implement duty to guarantee the human rights. Under the current legislation, the 'United Defense Act', 'Framework Act on Civil Defense' that are applied under wartime conditions are insufficient in providing the protection of the citizens of the state in the occurrence of NBC attack. Therefore, it is necessary that the 'Act for the Protection of Citizens in the occurrence of NBC Attack' is legislated to provide a system that protects the nation's citizens under the wartime conditions mentioned above. This paper incorporates a theoretical analysis of the need for the constitutional responsibility of the state to provide protection for its citizens under wartime conditions, the necessity of a specific measure to protect citizens during NBC attack, the relationship between 'Act for the Protection of Citizens in the occurrence of Nuclear, Chemical and or Biological Attack' and current legislations that are applied under wartime conditions, and the particulars of the proposed act.
