The Impact of Exclusive Subcontracting on the Input, Behavior and Output of Innovation in Small Venture Firms: Evidence from Manufacturing Industries of Korea (수·위탁거래의 전속성이 중소벤처기업의 혁신 투입, 활동 및 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes the impact of exclusive subcontracting on the input, behavior, and output of innovation in manufacturing industries of Korea. Based on the analysis of pooled cross-sectional data of 6,029 small venture firms, this study proved that the exclusive subcontracting between small venture firms and large enterprises are lowering R&D investment of small venture firms. Second, the innovation activities of small venture firms including the ratio of R&D personnel and the scope of cooperation and partnership with external organizations were lower than those of small venture firms that have non-exclusive or no relations with large enterprises. Third, the innovation performance of small venture firms such as the number of patent applications, the ratio of sales by new products, and the cumulative sales growth rate was lower than those of small venture firms that have non-exclusive or no relations with large enterprises. This study verifies that the exclusive subcontracting relationships significantly weaken the innovation process and performance of small venture firms systematically, resulting in a kind of market failure in which small venture firms have almost no incentive to facilitate innovation.

  • In this study, preconditioned adjoint equations for the quasi one-dimensional Euler equations are developed, and their computational benefit at all speed is assessed numerically. The preconditioned adjoint equations are derived without any assumptions on the preconditioning matrix. The dissipation for Roe type numerical flux is also suggested to scale the dissipation term properly at low Mach numbers as well as at high Mach numbers. The new preconditioned method is validated against analytical solutions. The convergence characteristics over wide range of Mach numbers is evaluated. Finally, several inverse designs for the nozzle are conducted and the applicability of the method is demonstrated.

  • 차량 축계의 비틀림진동은 엔진 공회전시와 정속주행시(완만한 가감속) 및 가속페달 급조작에 따른 급격한 가감속에 대해 각각 고유한 동특성을 나타내면서 차체의 진동과 소음을 유발시킨다. 공회전시의 진동해석 및 가속페달 급조작에 따른 차량 전후 진동에 대해서는 지금까지 많은 연구가 진행되어 상당한 발전을 이룩한 반면 완만한 가감속시 차량의 전속도 구간에서의 진동해석에 대해서는 해석상의 어려움으로 인해 주로 실험에 의한 접근 방법에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수동변속기가 장착된 전륜구동 승용차를 대상으로 차량 전속도 구간에서 축계의 비틀림진동 해석을 할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였으며, 개발된 방법을 트랜스미션 축진동 저감을 위한 클러치 비선형특성 튜닝에 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 강제진동해석방법은 수동변속기가 장착된 모든 종류의 차량에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 자동변속기의 댐퍼클러치 설계에도 응용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 중개사들에 대한 인식이 예전보다 많이 좋아졌지만 아직도 중개업 서비스에 대한 불신과 선입견이 남아 있다. 미국, 캐나다 등 선진국에서는 중개제도를 실시해 소비자들의 불만과 불신이 많지 않지만 우리나라는 관련 법안이 있으면서도 시행되지 않고 있다. 현 중개 서비스에 대한 문제점과 전속 중개제도의 활성화에 대해 살펴보았다.

  • For the property right's protection of the nation, the uncertainty's dissolution and the reliability's security of real estate trade are very important. With the life style's change, the market of real estate becomes diversification, and the level of the real estate trade becomes diversification. But compared with this, the trade system of the real estate has not broken away from the mode in the past yet. To cope with it actively, it needs to review the real estate trade form. Especially, it needs to investigate a plan that can advance the Agency Listing method. The Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System have been the usual system in some advanced countries like America, Japan. It is the system that establishes the real estate brokerage's trade order and encourages the execution for the real estate client's property right's protection and benefit offer. In our country, The Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System were created in the revised real estate brokerage law in 12, 1993. But because of varies of questions, it can not be settled down. So this paper will develop the characteristic factors of the Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System revitalization and examine the mutual relation depends on the factors. And these factors were studied through the proved analysis to the effecting made on the Agency function's consideration and real estate broker' trust and customer satisfaction. So depends on these, the existed value now will present the revitalization plan and political implication about the Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System.

A Study on the Court's Recognition and Improvement of the Standard Contract Issues in the Media Entertainment Industry (미디어 엔터테인먼트산업의 표준계약서 쟁점 사항에 대한 법원의 인식과 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to organize issues of exclusive contracts for celebrities, which have been a major part of the existing industry, in preparation for various contract disputes in the media entertainment industry, and disputes in the media entertainment industry. According to the law case analysis conducted to achieve the purpose of the study, the court judged that the exclusive contract that did not conform to society's conventional wisdom was not effective, and that it was difficult to maintain the contract because it was not a normal contract. In addition, the court believed that unreasonable contracts using unfair trading status and overly long contracts were all reasons for termination. According to the court's judgment, the current standard contract requires about four revisions. First, clarification of contract termination conditions, second, clarification of payment date of revenue allocation, third, diversification of contract periods, and fourth, realistic modification of penalty provisions. Standard contracts have been enacted after several discussions, but there are still many things to revise and supplement. It will not end up with the preparation and use of contracts, but it will be necessary to continuously revise them to suit the industry's situation.

A New Pressure-Based PISO-Finite Element Method for Navier-Stokes Equations in All Speed Range (Navier-Stokes 점성유동의 전속도 영역 해석을 위한 새로운 압력기반 PISO-유한요소법)

  • A finite element scheme using the concept of PISO method has been developed to solve the Navier-Stokes viscous flows in all speed range. This scheme includes development of new pressure equation that retains both the hyperbolic term related with the density variation and the elliptic term reflecting the incompressibility constraint. The present method is applied to the incompressible two-dimensional driven cavity flow problems(Re=100, 400 and 1,000). For compressible flows, the Carter plate problem(M=3 and Re=1,000) is computed. Finally, we have simulated the shock-boundary layer interaction(M=2 and Re=2.96×10/sup 5/), a more difficult problem, and compared its results with the experiment to demonstrate the shock capturing capability of the present solution algorithm.
