ERP is a new technique of process innovation. It indicates enterprise resource planning whose purpose is an integrated total management of enterprise resources. ERP can be also seen as one of the latest management systems that organically connects by using computers all business processes including marketing, production and delivery and control those processes on a real-time basis. Currently, however, it's not easy for local enterprises to have operators who will be in charge of ERP programs, even if they want to introduce the resource management system. This suggests that it's urgently needed to train such operators through ERP education at school. But in the field of education, actually, the lack of professional ERP instructors and less effective learning programs for industrial applications of ERP are obstacles to bringing up ERP workers who are competent as much as required by enterprises. In ERP, accounting is more important than any others. Accountants are assuming more and more roles in ERP. Thus, there's a rapidly increasing demand for experts in ERP accounting. This study examined previous researches and literature concerning ERP education, identified problems with current ERP education at college and proposed how to solve the problems. This study proposed the ways of improving ERP education at college as follows. First, a prerequisite learning of ERP, that is, educating the principle of accounting should be intensified to make students get a basic theoretical knowledge of ERP enough. Second, lots of different scenarios designed to try ERP programs in business should be created. In association, students should be educated to get a better understanding of incidents or events taken place in those scenarios and apply it to trying ERP for themselves. Third, as mentioned earlier, ERP is a system that integrates all enterprise resources such as marketing, procurement, personnel management, remuneration and production under the framework of accounting. It should be noted that under ERP, business activities are organically connected with accounting modules. More importantly, those modules should be recognized not individually, but as parts comprising a whole flow of accounting. This study has a limitation because it is a literature research that heavily relied on previous studies, publications and reports. This suggests the need to compare the efficiency of ERP education between before and after applying what this study proposed to improve that education. Also, it's needed to determine students' and professors' perceived effectiveness of current ERP education and compare and analyze the difference in that perception between the two groups.

Information system failure is various such as program test unpreparedness, physical facilities for damage prevention unpreparedness from simple software error. Although cross is trifling the result causes vast damage. Recently, became difficult by simple outside security system to solve this problem. Now, synthetic countermove establishment and suitable confrontation connected with danger came in necessary visual point about general Information Technology of enterprise. In connection with, in this paper, various informations and system and control about data that can happen information inside and outside considering integrity for IT resource, solubility, confidentiality within organization studied about special quality to model synthetic Risk Management System that can of course and cope in danger.

In the aspects of existing cultivation and management of forest resources, national forest informatization has been promoted so that the public can use the resources and so that efficient and systematic cultivation and management of forest resources can be performed constantly. In particular, even though forest informatization has been attempted a lot despite the distinct characteristics of forest, the attempts have achieved little effects. Typically, many of the internal work systems of Korea Forest Service have been built for the purpose of collecting top-down data in the main office rather than the actual work site, and also, from the aspects of use by the public as well, various contents have been provided by the persons concerned, so useful information has not been able to be transmitted systematically. Therefore, Korea Forest Service has promoted IT governance concept and EA-based informatization as a way to solve enterprise problems and also reinforce work and service in the existing system to promote the project to build the foundation of national forest informatization. Based on this, this study suggests chief challenges or implications.

전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

Today the theme of "IT Architecture" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on information systems planning and information architecture, IT architecture may be viewed as the outcome of evolution, rather than revolution. A case study was conducted in order to compare the tasks and deliverables of U.S. IT architecture and Korean Information Strategy Planning. No significant differences were found in tasks or deliverables. Implications of the study were discussed.

최근 정보시스템들은 전사적으로 통합 운영이 가능해지는 복합시스템으로 발전해 나가는 추세이며, 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있고, 시스템 간의 정보가 보다 유기적으로 흐를 수 있는 환경이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 복합시스템에서는 상호운용성이 그 중요한 이슈로 다루어지며, 정보시스템 상호운용성 향상을 위하여 많은 절차와 정보기술이 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 우리 국방 분야에서는 네트워크중심전(NCW) 개념 등을 구현하기 위하여 전장관리정보시스템과 자원관리정보시스템 간의 상호운용성에 대한 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국방정보시스템 간의 상호운용성 분야에 대하여 구체적이고 체계적인 정책 수립을 위해 국방정보시스템의 개발 단계를 크게 개발 전, 개발 중, 개발 후의 세 단계로 구분하여, 그에 따라 각각 조직 및 임무, 수행절차, 기술 및 도구, 제도 및 규정등 네가지 관점을 가지는 2차원 형태의 국방정보시스템 상호운용성 인증 프레임워크를 처음으로 설계하여 제안하였다. 또한, 제안한 프레임워크를 우리 국방 환경에 적용하기 위하여 원칙, 조직, 절차(단 ${\cdot}$ 중장기적), 기술도구, 관련 규정 제(개)정안 등의 분야들에 대해 각각 방안들을 제안하고 있다.

There have been many studies to improve the performance of a database system focused on modifying data structure, data partitioning, and materializing strategy. The main contribution of this study is to propose a new alternative towards improving database performance by designing single table schema or processing queries virtually in main memory space. Material Requirement Planning(MRP) part explosion process has shown almost 2 times shorter under DB schema we suggested, and even more than 10 times shorter when separating and filtering policy of DB archiving process are assumed. Several experimental results are shown to illustrate the excellence of our solution.

Currently, many companies are trying to be more competitive by implementing the most appropriate software package, called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP can support the company's business process. A repository, which can store and retrieve enterprise-wide information, is a key component of such software package. This paper implements an enterprise repository for the ERP. A well-known repository standard, IRDS (Information Resource Dictionary System), is employed for the repository architecture. The proposed metadata schema can help develop database, business applications, models, and workflow. To illustrate the practical usefulness, a real-life ERP prototype is built within the framework of the proposed repository.

This study investigates the extent to which the implementation of enterprise resource planning(ERP) systems enhance the corporate performance by examining financial variables of the implemented firms against those of the control fm. A total of 346 observations were obtained from 160 firms, 80 implemented firms and 80 control firms, for the period of 1998-2002. Results from the study partly support the assertion that ERP improves the full spectrum of business functions such as selling, marketing, purchasing, warehousing, accounting and human resources by tightly integrating enterprise-wise information databases. First the profitability of the implemented group was different from that of the control group. The indicator (dummy) variable was able to explain the differences in total cash flows between the implemented group fm and the control group firms. Second, ERP turned out In improve the efficiency in managing assets. The indicator variable has the power in explaining the differences in the amount of accounts receivables between the implemented group firms and the control group firms. Third, the product turnover ratio of the implemented group was different from that of the control group. Fourth, the average value added per employee and the net income per employee of the implemented group firms were greats- than those of the control group firms. Finally, the average magnitude of the administrative expenses of the implemented group firms was smaller than that of the control group firms.

Traditional cost system is distorted due to the using unit-based measure. It is being criticized that it do a poor job of attributing the expenses of support resources to the production and sales of individual product. Activity Based Cost System expend the range of second-stage cost assignment drivers beyond the traditional measures of labor and machine times, units produced, and material quantities to allow for drivers that measure the amount of batch-level, product-sustaining, and facility-sustaining activities performed. It is a resources consumption model of organization, not just a more complex cost accounting of cost allocation system. This paper proposes a enterprise resource planning by activity based management. To effective performance system for company that want to be setting competitive levels, the information systems must support a fast moving, rapidly changing. Activity based management is a process of accumulating and tracing cost and performance da to a firm's activities and providing feedback of actual results against the planned cost to initiate corrective action where required. Therefore this system provides a highly powerful decision-making tool. To construct this system, we need Enterprise Resource Planning System. Since ERP is designed around the idea that rapid change and a degree of unhandled change is normal, it allows driving the customer's rapidly needs much deeper through the business cycle.
