This study is about an architectural change for traditional hospitals to meet the challenges of the rapidly changing general hospital through a case study on specialized centers in Korea. Rapidly changed social facts are made new paradigm which is not functional organization but patient centered. It makes many changes from traditional hospital to specialized center, such as disease based care organization, cancer center. The purpose of this study is to find architectural design guidelines for general hospitals which are struggling to change from to functionally organized hospital to the new disease and organ based care center that are patient focused. In order to find applicable design guidelines, analyze general hospital's organizational features and their factors.

강북삼성병원 당뇨전문센터 운동처방실은 지난해 5월 개설해 단체 운동 교육, 운동 능력 검사 및 상담 교육 등을 하고 있다. 운동 처방을 받기 위해서는 의료진의 진료를 받은 뒤 운동 능력 검사 처방을 받아 3개월 간 한 번에 약 50분 동안 운동 능력 검사와 상담 및 교육으로 이루어진다. 문여진 운동처방사를 만나 운동처방실의 역할과 환자들의 반응, 효과에 대해 이야기를 들어봤다.

30년 가까이 인슐린펌프만을 이용한 당뇨병 치료에만 매진해온 명실상부한 "당뇨병전문 클리닉"인 양재 최의원. 단순한 병원의 차원을 넘어, 종합당뇨치료 센터로서 당뇨교육실과 운동시설, 식당 등의 시설을 갖춰 당뇨병의 진료에서 교육까지 모든 것이 원내에서 가능하다. 당뇨전문내과라는 이름에 걸맞게 체계적인 당뇨관리 시스템과 시설을 자랑하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 양재최의원은 인슐린펌프를 이용한 당뇨 치료에 매진해 '당뇨의 완치 실현'을 위해 교육과 치료를 병행하고 있으며 인슐린펌프치료 및 당뇨전문센터로 널리 알려져 있다.

Calcium hydroxide has been widely used for root canal dressing material in endodontic treatment. This report describes that when the accurate diagnosis and proper nonsurgical endodontic retreatment is applied to periapical lesion with accidentally extruded calcium hydroxide paste, the lesion can be successfully treated. Overfilled calcium hydroxide can affect the healing process, so the overextension of calcium hydroxide agent should be avoided.

Recently, there will be many changes that revised emergency medical service with prescribe specialist doctor emergency medical center duty. if emergency patients come emergency medical center, in the existing system, emergency patients receive treatment in order emergency room doctor and 1-2 resident and 3-4 resident and specialist doctor. in improved system, emergency patients receive treatment to emergency room doctor and duty specialist doctor. as a result, the procedure was. simplify. but appling such a system, there should be placed duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. So, all hospitals be difficult to place duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. In this paper, to use mobile device, there design integrated emergency center management system for revision of the emergency medical service to use emergency medical center service near the user's and specialist doctor service in hospital and the hospital's information service and Emergency room usage service.

This study is about change a necessary and natural change from institutionalized hospital based health care to a more patient centered, accessible health care. Rapidly change of social and medical facts such as growing aging population, malady, changing of medical policy are made new paradigm. This paradigm is both required to the hospital ; consolidate department and service; architectural change. Benefit to patient and hospital are many, so there are many challenges in Korean general hospital. The purpose of this study is find architectural design guideline to Korean general hospital which is struggling to change from to functional organization to the patient based care center. As a result, the type is divided into three classes, consultation type(C), some of examinations are added on consultation type(EAC), consultation and examination are fully integrated type(CEI). Each type has different organization and the proportion of area, group unit, process of treatment.

Crown fractures are the most frequent traumatic injuries to permanent teeth and mainly involve the maxillary incisors due to their exposed position in the dental arch. One option for managing crown fractures, when the tooth fragment is present and in good condition, is reattachment of the fragment to its original position. This paper reports on three crown fracture cases in which successful esthetic and functional results were achieved by reattachment of the tooth fragment.
