본 연구는 사용자가 특정 전문지식에 대하여 검색하는데 있어 관계형 데이터베이스와 온톨로지를 결합해 보다 적합한 검색 결과를 반환하도록 하는 관계형 데이터베이스와 온톨로지 병행모델에 관한 것이다. 데이터나 정보 양의 급격한 증가는 검색 결과의 사용자 확신을 도리어 떨어트리는 big data 문제에 부딪히게 되었으며 모바일 기기의 사용 증가는 검색과 결과의 판단에 있어 인간의 관여를 줄이는 단순성을 높이는 것이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 고수준의 의사결정이 요구되는 분야에 있어서의 검색 성능을 높이기 위해 관계형 데이터베이스로 구성된 데이터에 온톨로지를 결합시켜 사용자에게 적합한 데이터를 반환할 수 있는 모델에 대해 지원해보고자 한다. 본 연구의 검증을 위해 전문 지식이 요구되는 의약품 분야의 데이터베이스를 기준으로 서비스를 제공하는 사이트에서의 검색을 통해 문제점을 제시하고 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze authority and expertise of internally-selected Director of Presidential Security Service (PSS) through case-studies of the 9th Director of PSS Sang-Bum Park and the 13th Director of PSS Sang-Kuk Yeom, and to provide suggestions as to how to improve the expertise of PSS director and how to make PSS more trusted by the president and citizens. To do so, this study employs qualitative research on various references while acquiring testimonies from an expert group. The result of the research is as follows. First, the 9th Director of PSS Sang-Bum Park and the 13th Director of PSS Sang-Kuk Yeom are categorized as non-authoritative Director of Presidential Security Service. Second the 9th Director of PSS Sang-Bum Park and the 13th Director of PSS Sang-Kuk Yeom are categorized as expert-type Director of Presidential Security Service. It must be acknowledged that the authority of PSS directors does not come from close relationship with president or physical distance, but from legality and professionalism. Therefore, when appointing a person who is in charge of his/her own safety, the president must consider national security and professionalism in order to succeed as a ready president.

IT분야의 벤처기업 창업 활성화의 일환으로 정보통신부는 '98년도부터 투자 사업을 통해 IT전문투자조합에 출자해 오고 있다. 이글에서는 정보통신부가 출자한 IT전문투자조합의 운영 현황을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 최근까지 IT전문투자 조합을 통해 이루어진 투자 내역을 토대로 지난 4년간 국내 벤처캐피탈의 IT부문 벤처 투자 동향을 분석해 보았다. 이번글은 아직 벤처캐피탈 투자에 대한 정보가 부족한 상황에서 IT부분을 중심으로 과거 국내 밴처 캐피탈의 투자에 대한 분석을 수행했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다 이글을 통해 향후 IT전문 투자조합 및 국내 벤처캐피탈의 투자조합 운영에 있어 개선점을 제시해 국내 벤처캐피탈의 선진화에 기여하고자 한다.

This study designed to nursing student's image of professional nurse before clinical practice using Q-methodology. Using Q-methodology, 43 nursing student sorted 34 statements selected professional nurse type. The statement positions on the sorting continuum were scored from +4(representing the highest level of agreement) through 0(at the neutral position on the continuum) through -4(representing the highest level of disagreement). Factor analysis of the data was undertaken using PC QUANL software to determine if any patterns were discernible. The three factors extracted eigenvalues greater than 1.0 and explained approximately 53.94% of the variation in responses(41.63, 7.41 and 4.9% respectively). The categories were labeled 'Nightingale's nursing philosophy type', 'Consideration of patient type' and 'Self-development type'. Twenty-two students who located to factor 1 "Nightingale's nursing philosophy type". Eleven students who located to factor 2 "Consideration of patient type". Three students sho located to the factor 3 "Self-development type". The significant differences found in the subjective structure of nursing student's image of professional nurse. The study results can be utilized in both an effective nursing education and clinical practice.

Securing a well-trained workforce with skills and expertise is a prerequisite for the successful fostering of IT industry. Investment into human resources in a knowledge-based economy is more effective than material resources since a high quality IT workforce is recognized around the world as the key resource that decides the national competitiveness. This study examines the environments of IT industry that are ever-changing depending on technology trends such as new bases for IT technology and convergence, the concept of IT convergence. The concept and necessity of ideal talents of convergence are also addressed as the paradigm of IT industry is changing. Chapter 3 analyzes the governmental demand-oriented IT workforce training programs and supports for convergence IT workforce training centers conducted by the government as well as convergence workforce training programs. Chapter 4 analyzes, based on the survey, major factors that may affect the attempt to secure an efficient education system for convergence-oriented IT workforce training in reflection of corporate demands. Lastly, chapter 5 states the major findings and limitations of this study.

본 연구는 간호대학생이 성공적으로 임상실습을 경험하여 전문역량을 갖춘 전문인으로서 성장하기 위해 간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 임상수행능력을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G도 J시 소재 J대학의 간호학과 4학년 학생들이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 11월 5일부터 11월 9일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석항 결과 대상자의 DISC 행동유형별 임상수행능력 하위 영역별 살펴보면 간호과정은 D형(주도형) $3.67{\pm}0.43$, C형(신중형) $3.66{\pm}0.40$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.55{\pm}0.43$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고(F=4.03, p=.005), 간호기술은 D형(주도형) $4.03{\pm}0.45$, C형(신중형) $4.02{\pm}0.41$, I형(사교형) $4.01{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.91{\pm}0.37$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(F=5.07, p=.001), 전문직 발전영역은 D형(주도형) $3.77{\pm}0.47$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.53$, C형(신중형) $3.60{\pm}0.37$, S형(안정형) $3.56{\pm}0.49$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(F=5.07, p=.001). 이상의 결과로 간호대학생의 다양성을 이해하고 강점을 개발할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

현재 전자상거래 시스템에서 도메인에 대한 전문적 지식이 없는 사용자는 원하는 상품을 찾기 어렵다. 또한, 다양한 전자상거래 시스템간의 공통적인 상품 정보에 대한 표준이 부족하므로 원하는 상품을 찾기 위해선 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 기반의 온톨로지 언어를 확장하여 퍼지 상품 지식베이스를 구축하고 지능적 질의 처리가 가능한 지능형 에이전트를 제안한다. 상품 지식베이스를 퍼지 온톨로지를 통해 구축함으로서 도메인에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없는 사용자를 지원하고, 서로 다른 시스템간에 표준적인 상품 지식으로서 질의 처리에 사용될 수 있다.

Specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work and managing many work force in construction sites. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the competitiveness of construction industry. However, there is no in-depth research on training programs for their management or technical staff. Therefore, this study proposes a framework of educational program for the specialty contractors' employees in order to enhance their competence. An extended review of literature related the educational program was carried out to understand the concept, structure, and element of the education system. A questionnaire survey for specialty contractors' employees was performed to investigate the status and problems of educational programs as well as the their educational needs. Based on the survey, the demand-oriented education programs is required to meet the needs of specialty contractors' employees. The framework of demand-oriented education programs for specialty contractors' employees consists of training contents, training type and method, training hour.
