한국항공우주연구원은 공공기술연구회 산하 한국지질자원연구원, 한국해양연구원, 한국건설기술연구원과 협력하여 2002년 4월 17일에 본격적인 원격탐사 연구 및 공공지원 업무의 주축을 담당하게 될 공공원격탐사센터를 설립하였다. 별도의 독립조직이 아니라 원격탐사위성인 아리랑위성을 개발, 운영하고 있는 한국항공우주연구원을 중심으로, 한국해양연구원, 한국지질자원연구원, 한국건설기술연구원등 관련기관이 해양분야, 지상분야, 건설분야 등 각 전문분야 별로 협동연구 체계를 구축, 실질적인 국가원격탐사센터 역할을 수행할 것이다. 이와 같이 설립된 공공원격탐사센터에 대한 홍보, 위성자료의 공공활용 지원 및 원격탐사 Tutorial 등을 사용자들이 쉽게 접속하여 이용할 수 있도록 공공원격탐사센터 홈페이지를 구축하여 Open 하게 되었다. 공공원격탐사센터 본부인 한국항공우주연구원을 비롯하여 전문센터별로도 홈페이지를 구축하여 서로 연결되도록 하였다. 2003년도에는 이와 같이 open 된 홈페이지에 위성자료 통합 DB를 구축하여 서비스할 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze researchers' information use behaviors in the field of business administration in order to provide library services based on user information needs. The methods of this study targeted the members of K Society in the business administration field, and employed user survey using a web-based questionnaire. A total of 202 users answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire focused on items such as by age and status, general information use, electronic resources use, SNS and mobile services information use, library and information center use, and specialized business administration library use. The results of this study suggested improving several library services.

정보화의 진전에 따라, 국가 경영의 정보시스템 의존도는 심화되고 있으나, 현재까지 공공부문의 재해 재난 대비는 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국가기간정보시스템의 생존성 확보를 위한 원격지 이중화 백업센터의 구축 방안을 고려한다. 서비스 중단시의 손실을 고려하여 우선백업대상시스템을 선정하였으며, 백업센터의 구성 및 형태, 위치 등의 고려요소를 파악하였으며, 확장성과 비용 효율성을 감안하여 공동백업센터 형태로 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 국가기간정보시스템 공동백업센터의 구축은, 국가경영의 연속성 확보는 물론, 향후 공공부문의 전문적 전산운영기반 확충의 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터 산하의 한국정보검색위원회에서 위원간의 연구의욕 고취와 새로운 검색 및 데이터베이스 관련 기술 보급을 위해 매월 연구발표회를 개최하고 있다. 본 코너는 매월 발표된 주제논문을 게재함으로써 정보검색과 관련된 정보를 제공하기 위해 마련된 것이다.

In this study, it designated to grasp and analyse the status and problem regarding whole information service system in the object of specialized information center in scientific and technological fields which is designated and supported by KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information). And with this basis, it presented the efficient information service plan which reflected and adopted recent information technology, of related fields in parallel.

학술연구를 수행하는데 도움이 되는 중요한 정보 중의 하나는 학술연구자가 연구 중인 분야의 최신 논문에 대한 원문 정보와 이 논문이 실려 있는 학술지의 소장 정보라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 정보를 효과적으로 학술 연구자에게 제공하기 위해 첨단학술정보센터(Korea Research Information Center: KRIC)에서는 전문학술정보센터(Special Research Information Center: SRIC)로 지정된 대학도서관에서 구독하는 학술지에 게재된 논문에 대한 목록 데이터를 통합하는 학술지논문 종합목록 시스템을 구축 중이다. 이 시스템에서는 기존의 대학도서관에서 사용하고 있는 목록기술규칙인 MAEX(MAchine Readable Cataloging)대신 인터넷 기반의 디지털 도서관에 적합한 형태를 가지는 더블린 코아를 새로운 목록기술규칙으로 채택하였다. 이러한 더블린 코아를 사용하게 되면 목록자는 전문적인 교육 없이도 간편하게 새로운 목록을 작성할 수 있다. 학술지논문 종합목록이 구축되면 학술연구자들은 원하는 논문이 검색된 경우, 원문이 구축되어 있으면 인터넷을 통해 곧바로 원문을 볼 수 있고, 원문이 구축되어 있지 않다면 복사/팩스 서비스 시스템을 통해 원문을 제공받을 수 있게 된다.

대용량 실험데이터를 생성하는 가속기, 전자현미경, 전파망원경 등과 같은 첨단 실험장비들의 기술적 발전으로, 생성되는 실험데이터의 규모가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 데이터 분석연구에 대용량 데이터의 저장이 가능하고, 데이터 분석에 필요한 고성능 계산 서버를 갖춘 전문 데이터센터의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전문 데이터센터를 연계한 데이터 분석 연구환경구축에서 가장 기본이 되는 데이터수집을 위한 고성능 데이터 전송 시스템을 구현하고, 이를 적용한 사례를 통해 제안하는 시스템의 효율성을 검증한다.

A literature analysis for the planning and realization of the multimedia meta database and digital library's integrated information system was carried out to establish the various oceanographic resources in the Oceanographic Information Center, the first in Korea. The study targeted from printed matter, network resources, full-text and to VOD. The focus of the analysis lies in the providing practical integrated information retrieval service for oceanographic resources based on the framework of effective MODS metadata with network resources description. The analyses included oceanographic resources, multimedia information processing, MODS metadata descriptive elements, metadata classification, system organization, and retrieval for planning and implementation of the multimedia meta database system.
