본 연구에서는 카페 비즈니스에서 중요한 서비스 품질의 여러 요인 중 카페의 사회문화성이 새로운 커피 비즈니스의 주요 특성으로 대두됨을 인식하여 이를 통해 카페의 이미지와 브랜드 충성도의 향상방안을 모색해보고자 함에 본 연구의 목적이다. 커피 전문점 중 전문브랜드와, 지역브랜드, 개인카페를 중심으로 설문을 통해 이를 분석한 결과, 카페 서비스품질 중 사회문화성은 전국 프랜차이즈는 브랜드 충성도를 도리어 낮추는 결과를 주지만 개인카페는 브랜드 충성도를 높이는 요인으로 작용하는 차별된 효과가 나타나 개인카페나 지역프랜차이즈의 카페 비즈니스에서는 전문성이 기반이 되어야만 브랜드 충성도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 개인카페는 지역 프랜차이즈보다는 더욱 덜 복잡한 서비스 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인카페의 특수한 사항들이 사회문화성을 통한 브랜드 이미지를 향상시키고 이를 통해 브랜드 충성도를 높이는 것을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 전국 프랜차이즈는 서비스 품질 중 접근성과 확신성을 통해 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도가 높아지는 전략이 우선적으로 대두되며, 그 외의 서비스 품질들은 충분히 현재의 상태로도 매우 만족스러운 결과인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지역 프랜차이즈의 경우는 서비스 품질 중 확신성이 강화되고, 서비스 전문성과 접근성을 통해서 더욱 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략이 마련되어야 전국 프랜차이즈화 될 수 있는 고객의 인지력을 향상할 수 있는 전략이 모색된다. 반면, 지역기반의 개인카페들은 전국단위의 프랜차이즈보다 전국단위의 프랜차이즈로 나아가기 위해서는 지역기반의 지역프랜차이즈 카페들보다도 전문성 강화가 중요하며, 사회문화성을 강조하는 서비스 전략을 통해 고객들로 하여금 브랜드 충성도를 높이도록 전략화 방안이 필요하다.

전자정부 로드맵에 발맞추어 교육인적자원부의 정보화 추진전략을 가시화하고, 지식 기반 업무혁신 포탈을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 제고한 사례를 소개한다. 조직 특유의 전문성을 강화하고, 개인의 업무수행능력 제고를 통한 조직역량 강화를 위해 최적의 지식관리 체계를 구축하고, 정보화 전략체계 추진의 1단계로 행정 업무의 편의를 높일 뿐 아니라 대외 업무와의 효율적인 연계를 이끌어내고자 업무혁신을 위한 포탈 시스템을 구축하였다. 이에 시스템 도입 후 부내 혁신 마인드 제고를 위한 노력과 국민의 참여 반영 현황을 서술하고, 향후 기간 정보시스템 통합 방안과 추진 애로사항을 결론으로 제시한다.

This study compared and analyzed the levels of expectations of specialized hospitals, and the recognition of professional competency in specialized hospitals for the general public aged 20 years or older and those professionals on the hospital staffs who had more than three years of experience. The research period ran from July 2018 to May 2019. T-test and regression analysis were used for the analysis of the data. Research result; There was no difference in the level of expectations for the specialized hospitals between the general public and the hospital staffs. It was shown that the professional factor affecting subjective expectations of the specialized hospitals was a difference in the way of thinking between the general public and the hospital staff. The professional factor affecting the expected level of hospital use for the general public and hospital staffs was confidence in the doctors. However, the professional factors affecting the credibility of doctors differed between the general public and the hospital staff. The factor for the general public was excellent technical skill in the field, and the factor for the hospital staff was the specialized ability of doctor and their years of medical service. It is thought that efforts are needed to reduce the difference between the perception of hospital staff and that of the general public in order for specialized hospitals to continue to develop.

The police have executed the priority projects for the eradication of school violence as part of governmental comprehensive measures and the role of the police as law enforcement agencies to combat school violence is expected to be further strengthened. In this regard, this study proposes several alternative policies for police activities of school violence prevention. First, it is required to establish clear legal basis for activities of school police and recruitment and education programs to enhance their professionalism. Second, we must look for ways to ensure the accountability of parties involved in school violence such as school and parents. Third, it is necessary to promote 117 call actively which has comprehensive hotline function in school violence and enhance the professionalism of counselors for promoting the victim reporting. Finally, there is a need for differential police response according to the degree of risk of school violence.

The main objective of this study is to explore the forward-looking role of a National Hangeul Museum Library that can actively respond to changes in the era and to propose development strategies for this purpose. To achieve this, the current functions, resources, materials, online and offline services, and the library's website were thoroughly analyzed. We conducted research on the operational status and best practices of libraries within museums, art galleries, and advanced libraries both domestically and internationally. Ultimately, we aimed to establish medium to long-term development strategies for the Korean library and derive step-by-step detailed implementation plans. The results of this study can serve as foundational data to help the National Hangeul Museum Library effectively fulfill its central role as a library related to the Korean language and culture.

The currently implemented Positive List System, sales manager training, and pesticide sales record systems focus on the safety of determined pesticide use, but the proposed agrochemical pharmacist (AP) system aims accurate diagnosis and reasonable prescription. In this study, 81% of famers claimed expert assistance for purchasing and applying pesticides, and 42~86% of sales managers insisted on the strengthening expertise in diagnosis and prescription. In the institutionalization of AP, a special implementation guideline is essential to embrace the present sales managers with long experience. Sales managers of commercial and agricultural cooperatives recognize the qualifications of agrochemical pharmacists as a strategy to differentiate themselves from competitors, and increase sales through market positioning of "pesticides prescribed by trustworthy agrochemical pharmacists", not sales managers anymore.

한국과학기술정보연구원(이하 KISTI)은 지난 6년 간 전사적으로 품질제고전략, 서비스만족전략, 이미지제고전략 등 3대 고객만족추진전략을 수립하여 체계적인 고객만족경영시스템을 구축하고 이를 강화하기 위한 노력을 기울여 왔다. KISTI는 고객을 대상으로 서비스하는 부분을 크게 5개 업무유형 11 세부 서비스로 구분하여 있다. 각 업무유형별로 산업계, 학계, 연구계, 관계 등 핵심 고객군을 세부적으로 설정하고, 각각의 업무 프로세스 및 서비스 청사진을 표준화하여 이행표준체계를 수립하였다. 국가 과학기술 연구망 업무를 수행하는 담당자별로 실명제를 통한 책임경영을 하고 핵심 고객의 니즈를 반영하기 위한 심층 FGI(Focus Group Interview) 및 DI(Depth Interview)를 진행하였다. 또한 정기적인 고객 Needs 및 VOC 문제점을 파악하기 위한 워크숍을 개최하여 활발한 개선활동을 진행하였다. 향후 연구로는 체계적인 정보서비스의 향상을 위해서는 일부 직원이 아닌 내부 직원 구성원이 모두 고객 지향적 마인드 형성을 해야 한다. 단순한 친절과 고객 편의 제공이 아닌, 전문성을 중심으로 서비스의 질적 수준을 향상 시켜야 한다는 "프로의식"이 내부 구성원들 사이에 확산되어야 진정한 고객중심의 경영이 이루어 질수 있다고 본다.

This paper presents a case study on competitive strategies of TNS Korea, the leading marketing research company in Korea. The case study shows that core competences of TNS Korea are its scientific expertise and customer-oriented consulting service and that these two core competences are sustained and further improved by implementing comprehensive human resource development strategies. The successful competitive strategies of TNS Korea provide significant managerial implications to firms in marketing research and other industries.

The purpose of this paper is to study the instructional contents and strategies for school library media specialist education in Korean Library and Information Science. The writer insist several aspects of instructional contents should be emphasized for relevant school library media specialist education. Instructional contents for philosophical and conceptual aspect of school library and media specialist, knowledge and experience for literature for children and young adult, and knowledge and technique for teaching and instruction at field are those. And the writer suggests LIS education for media specialist should be able to let the students stand on the strong professional sprit, help adapt themselves to school practice, and make them a professor of literature.

우리나라 학교급식의 현재 성적표를 "양적 성공, 질적 실패"로 평가할 수 있다. 2003년 학교급식이 국가적 교육사업이 되어서 초 중 고 특수학교에서 전면급식이 이루어지고 10,343개교에서 704만명의 학생에게 급식을 제공하고 있다. 현재는 양질의 학교급식을 안전하고 저렴하게 공급하고, 국가식량정책과 연계하여 효율적으로 관리하여야 할 시기이다. 그러나 학교급식 소요경비 연 2조3천억원, 영양사 7,196명 등 63,145명이 종사하는 거대한 산업군이라는 규모에도 불구하고 전체 학교의 70%만이 식당시설을 갖추고 있고 급식 만족도가 학생이나 학부모의 기대에 미치지 못하고 있으며, 식중독 발생의 원흉이 되어 국민적 질책의 대상이 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 문제는 1) 영양사 업무과중에 따른 시간부족, 영양사 지식정보 부족 등에 따른 식재료 및 위생관리 소홀, 2) 냉장, 냉동, 오염/비 오염 구획 등에 필요한 시설과 설비 부족, 3) 교육인적자원부의 급식위생관리의 전문성 부족과 담당 인력 및 정책적, 재정적 지원 부족을 원인으로 볼 수 있다. 학교급식 안전대책은 아래 20대 과제를 추진하여 확보하여야 할 것이다. 전략 1은 "우수한 식재료 위생관리"로서 "급식비 인상 및 현실화, 철저한 수입 농수축산물관리, 식재료 공급 및 전처리업 자유업에서 신고제, 허가제로 전환, GAP(우수농산물관리) 제도 도입, 생산이력제도(traceability) 도입, 급식원료 "품질인증 제도" 도입, 식품원료 전처리 시 세척, 소독프로그램 보급, 학교급식 식자재기준, 규격 설정, 과학적이고 쉬운 검수지침 개발 및 보급, 신속검사키트를 활용한 주기적인 미생물 검사 의무화, 위생 전문가에 의한 검수, 식재료별로 분산된 법령과 관리제도 정비(식품안전기본법), 급식식자재 공급 유통 과정의 감시 감독 강화" 등 13개 과제를 제안한다. 전략 2는 "급식위생 확보 인프라구측"으로서 "급식종사자 전문성 확보(조리/영양/위생), 급식전담기구(학교급식진흥원 /학교급식센터 등) 설치, 급식형태 다양화(위탁/직영 균형 발전), 학교급식법 재개정, 학교급식 HACCF제도 확대" 등 4개 과제를 제안한다. 전략 3은 "급식소 시설 설비 현대화 및 환경개선"으로서 "급식시설 설비 현대화 (전처리실, 냉장고, 온장고 구비 등), 급식소 환경 개선 (상수 사용 확대 및 안전강화, 지하수 소독 강화, 정화된 공기 공급 등)" 등 2개 과제를 제안한다. 전략4는 "급식위생제도 및 관리체계 개선"으로서 "전문적 단일기관 안전관리 (식품안전처)" 과제를 제안한다.
